    To Whom It May Concern,I am submitting this complaint against *********************************** concerning an account reported by *********************, allegedly assigned to their agency on May 1, 2023, in the amount of $226.00 under account number ending in ****** am formally disputing the accuracy and validity of this debt. This is not a refusal to pay, but a lawful request for validation made under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), 15 U.S.C. 1692g, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. 1681i, which mandate that debt collectors and furnishers provide adequate proof of debt upon consumer request and report only accurate, verified ************** a ******* resident, I am also protected under the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (FCCPA), Florida Statute ******, which prohibits any debt collection activity within the state without proper licensing and documentation.I specifically requested:A full itemization of the debt, including fees and interest.A copy of the original signed agreement.Proof of Caine & Weiners active license with the ***************************************A chain of assignment from Progressive to Caine & Weiner.Confirmation this debt is within Floridas statute of ************** date, no documentation has been provided. Continuing to report unverifiable debt violates federal and state laws and may subject the agency to penalties under 15 U.S.C. *********** support includes:Cortez v. TransUnion, 617 F.3d 688 (3d Cir. 2010)****** v. TransUnion, No. 3:19-cv-00380 (S.D. Miss. 2020)******* v. TransUnion, 115 F.3d 220 (3d Cir. 1997)These cases make clear that debt collectors and credit bureaus must conduct meaningful investigationsnot merely parrot creditor information.I respectfully ask the BBB to assist in resolving this matter and having the unvalidated entry removed from all credit reports until proper documentation is furnished.

    I honestly dont get why CAINE & WEINER is reporting this debt under my name because I dont owe them anything. I never signed anything with them, and when I asked for a copy of the original application, they didnt even bother to provide it. Its frustrating because this is hurting my credit for no reason, and its just not fair. How can they just put something on my report without any proof?Account No: 2023 Amount Disputed: $1059

    Your agency has broken the law on 2 separate occasions and, in this letter, I am going to prove it. Because of your company's complete disregard of the law, I have lost my ability to use my credit and get embarrassed daily. I am too embarrassed to step foot in a bank to avoid the disgusting reaction the teller gives me when they see my credit report. I am ashamed and appalled of my credit and never received a fair opportunity to dispute this account. And for this reason, you are in serious legal trouble. Please see attached letter for further explanation.

    I never received the ******* letter. To prove you are compliant with 15 USC 1692g. You must produce proof that the ******* letter was sent only (to my address). If you cannot produce proof that the letter was sent. Then you are liable for an infraction under 15 USC 1692g as seen in, ***** *. ********************, 2018 U.S. Dist. ***** ******, *8. 
    And if you were unaware I never received the ******* letter. Then this notice reinstates all your obligations from 15 USC 1692g(a)(1)-(5). 

    Also, I decline your offer to submit documents by mail. I want all communications submitted through BBB portal. So we have a communication trail that proves compliance with the ****** And to prevent me from suffering anymore from your deceptive tactics.
