I honestly dont get why CAINE WEINER is reporting this debt under my name because I dont owe them anything. I never signed anything with them, and when I asked for a copy of the original application, they didnt even bother to provide it. Its frustrating because this is hurting my credit for no reason, and its just not fair. This collection from CAINE WEINER was not authorized to be on my credit report. This is fraudulent and a violation of my consumer rights and I demand this account to be removed. Im not liable for this debt. Well, Jasmine this is my dilemma. We BOTH think this is a hoax. However, its on my credit report. So my question is, first, how does a hoax even get the authorization to submit something to my credit report in the first place. Second, how does I get PROOF of a HOAX to provide to you?
