********** and ********** information is being reported on my credit report. I have made several attempts to contact this company to update my credit report by deleting all negative unverified and inaccurate information from my file. My first letter was signed and received by them in September 2022. I received a response with an itemized list of charges they claim I owe. I then mailed a second letter validation letter, which they received in October.
I have given well over ** days for the company to verify this ********* information with no proof in sight. How is it possible for them to continue reporting clearly *********** ************ and ********** information to my credit report?Business Response

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
While I am glad to see that they will notify the credit bureaus to remove the negative account(s) from my credit history, (which should be 30 days after notifying), I would be remiss if I didn't mention that this company doesn't know who they are providing information both on and to.
I have had, and continue to maintain my car insurance through a different provider for at minimum the past 2 years.
"The consumer stated that she was covered by ************** at this time. " Who is this person? All of my communications have been through **** in which they all state: All communication will be via ****.
"The policy was cancelled in March 2022. Creditor records indicate coverage was provided******************************************************************************** **** and that a payment made in February 2022 was insufficient to cover the premium balance due at the time of cancellation." Again, I've had a different provider for at least 2 years. I also can't tell you what a ************** looks like, but can probably guess what a******* is. The account number you referenced doesn't match the letters I attached.
I would very much be satisfied if you mail me a copy of the deletion letter that goes out to the credit bureaus.
Thank you.
Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2022/12/12) */
The second response was the correct response for ******** *******. The response referencing ************** was an incorrect response. If the consumer will notice at the end of the second response, it stated, "Please disregard the initial response." The second response was the correct response for ******** *******.
Consumer Response /* (2000, 12, 2022/12/12) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I accept that they have notified the credit bureaus to remove this negative item. Please mail me a copy of the deletion letter. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I'm not familiar with this account. I have contacted three credit bureaus as well a CAINE & WEINER to request the removal of this account from my record, but they keep using the same justification, which is no longer acceptable. I have filed this as an outcome of Identity Theft. Despite everything I did on my end, none of the three credit bureaus took any action. As a result, I'm seeking assistance and ask for help in getting CAINE & WEINER to confirm that I don't have an account there and that the three credit reporting agencies can easily remove it from my credit report.Business Response

I have not received any proof of me giving written instructions. of these charges that are being claimed, However it is illegal for a company to report any inaccurate information onto a consumer report without permissible purpose or inaccurate information . I repeat I don't owe "***********" neither do I have a contract with "CAINE&WEINER"So as a Natural Living person I demand to see written instructions of me giving them the authorization to furnish this illegal account.
