I settled with a debt that I owed on February 10,2023 I asked for a settlement letter to be emailed to me. I followed their process on requesting my email by using their site www.cwconnect.com. I never received the email I contacted Caine & Weiner and was told they sent the email to the wrong email address. I made sure the email address was corrected and still have to not received and email. I constantly contact Caine and Weiner daily and I get the response the email was sent but I have not received anything. Im in the process of obtaining a mortgage loan and my closing date is fast approaching and I need this letter but Caine and Weiner have not assisted me in anyway. Instead they could only help if I pay additional $640 and then they will contact the credit bureaus to remove it off my credit report.Business Response
