You have msent me correspondence saying I owe you debt and you are putting an account I dont have with you in collections . I am not liable for any debt with your company and placing more derogatory remarks marks on my credit report will be in clear violation of the credit consumer laws. You sent a letter saying you are putting me in collections, You have failed numerous times to come forth with any signed contract between your me and your company. You are violating my rights continuously. I have told your company to cease and desist all forms of communication with me and now I am being harassed by your company. Let me state the consumer rights laws once again since you are having problems with understanding it. 15 U.S.C **** Section 602 A. States I have a right to privacy. 15 U.S.C **** B (5) not use any language or symbol on any envelope or in the contents of any communication effected by the mails or telegram that indicates that the debt collector is in the debt collection business or that the communication relates to the collection of a debt 15 U.S.C **** C Without the prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector or the express permission of a court of competent jurisdiction, a debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt 15 U.S.C **** Section 604 A Section 2 it also states consumer reporting agency cannot furnish a account without my written instructions 15 U.S.C ****s-2 (A) (1) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable calls to believe the information is inaccurate. If any derogatory remarks or collections for this company, that I have no contract with, are listed on my credit reports I will have no choice but to seek legal advice and take further action for your company breaking the law and continuing to harass me month after month. Our office has responded multiple times to the consumer's complaint. Our response was as follows: Our office received an account from the creditor ********************* with respect to this consumer in January 2020 for recovery of unpaid auto insurance premiums. Initial correspondence was sent to the consumer at that time. There is no record of any return mail. Please note the balance due is not owed to Caine & Weiner. We are collecting on behalf of the creditor, Progressive. Progressive's records indicate the policy was canceled in November 2019. Progressive indicates coverage was provided for a 2014 Mercury E350 on a policy ending in **** and that the final payment in September 2019 was insufficient to cover the premium balance due at the time of cancellation. Validation has been forwarded to the consumer in the past. The file is closed as 'Disputed' in our database. The credit bureaus have been contacted to remove any derogatory remarks from the consumer's report. We are unable to state how long it may take the bureaus to update their records. Although we have closed the file as disputed, Progressive reserves the right to pursue the balance any way they deem necessary. We encourage the consumer to contact our office at ************ if additional assistance is needed. At this point we show no negative tradelines reporting on the consumer's credit. Our office provided the information from the creditor Progressive with regards to this file. Progressive indicates that the balance is still due. Our office closed the file as disputed while the claim is being investigated. The associated credit bureaus were notified to remove any negative tradelines while the account is being investigated. We show no negative tradelines being reported at this time. However, once the investigation is completed, *********** will be notified to adjust the credit bureau reports accordingly. I recieved debt collection notice from Caine & Weiner stating they were attempting to collect a debt on the behalf of progressive insurance this letter was dated 7.29.22 and the letter stated I had until ****.22 to respond to alleged debt. I responded online on 9.11.22 via email, in the response I filed a dispute requesting verfication and the documentation of debt. I asked once the debt as has validated and verified to send me the documentation. In that dispute I specifically stated, once information has been sent to me to give me 30 days to review for accuracy before I could render any payment. I got a email from ***************************** on **** stating my dispute has been filed and additional documentation will be sent to me once recieved. on 2.9.23 I recieved a a copy of the billing statement from *****************************. Without giving me any time to review the statement for accuracy to render payment, Caine & Weiner added this to my credit file on 2.16.23 as a outstanding collection and backdated the date of the collectin to 7.25.22. I asked for 30 days in my intial dispute that I would resolve once I got final documentation. On 11/22/2022, this company claims that I opened an account with them, based on my current credit reports. I have no knowledge of Caine & Weiner, nor have I entered into any agreement with this company. This company defames my private information by providing egregious information indicating that I entered into a payment agreement with them, thereby owing their establishment money. The company has not been able to furnish a signed contract or documentation indicating that I owe Caine & Weiner. and, in doing so, violates segments of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Additionally, these misstatements are punishable as perjury under 18 U.S.C. 1621.Transunion and Equifax are also in violation of this code that dictates they must report accurate information. I am rejecting this response because: I received a debt collection notice from Caine & Weiner stating they were attempting to collect a debt on the behalf of progressive insurance. this letter was dated 11.25.22 and the letter stated I had until 1.09.23 to respond to alleged debt. I responded online on 12.10.22 via email, in the response I filed a dispute requesting verification and the documentation of debt. I asked once the debt as has validated and verified to send me the documentation. In that dispute I specifically stated, once information has been sent to me to give me 30 days to review for accuracy before I could render any payment. I got an email confirming my dispute has been filed, and additional documentation will be sent to me once received. I have yet to receive the billing statement from Caine & Weiner, or any documentation allowing me to investigate my dispute and it is now March 2023. However I have received a derogatory **** on both my Transunion and Equifax reports. Not only did this company fail to provide me with proof by validating the debt owed Without giving me any time to review the statement for accuracy to render payment, Caine & Weiner added this to my credit file on 2.16.23 as a outstanding collection and backdated the date of the collection to 11.22.22. I asked for 30 days in my initial dispute and that I would resolve once I got the final documentation. This company has refused to send ME directly the information I have requested, and is currently reporting on my credit report that this debt has been owed since 11.22.22. I disputed the debt immediately but it's still on my credit report.

Our office received an account from the creditor ********************* with respect to this consumer in January 2020 for recovery of unpaid auto insurance premiums. Initial correspondence was sent to the consumer at that time. There is no record of any return mail. Please note the balance due is not owed to Caine & Weiner. We are collecting on behalf of the creditor, Progressive. Progressive's records indicate the policy was canceled in November 2019. Progressive indicates coverage was provided for a 2014 Mercury E350 on a policy ending in **** and that the final payment in September 2019 was insufficient to cover the premium balance due at the time of cancellation. Validation has been forwarded to the consumer in the past. The file is closed as 'Disputed' in our database. The credit bureaus have been contacted to remove any derogatory remarks from the consumer's report. We are unable to state how long it may take *********** to update their records. Although we have closed the file as disputed, Progressive reserves the right to pursue the balance any way they deem necessary. We encourage the consumer to contact our office at ************ if additional assistance is needed.
