    I am a victim of identity theft. I am writing to request that you block the following fraudulent information from my credit report. I have no idea how the theft took place. I also have no knowledge of any suspects. I did not receive any money, goods, or services as a result of identity theft. Please let me know if you need any other information from me to block this information from my credit report. Thank you

    I do not have a contract or obligation to pay Caine and weiner. They is trying to collect on a fraudulent account that was open. This is identity theft. I do not have a contract with ********************* either. I am disputing this whole debt. This is a lie that this account is verified and accurate because it is not. I did not do business with either of these companies. To put something on my credit report without my permission even when I disputed this account numerous of times

    I am not liable with this debt with CAINE & WEINER. I do not have a contract with the collection agency trying to collect and reporting to my credit report. I did not sign any paperwork with the collection agency saying I will pay or owe them any money. They did not provide me with the original contract as requested.

    My name is ***** ******* and I am reporting fraudulent activity on my credit file. I did not authorize or open the following accounts and believe I am a victim of identity theft. The first is a collection account with ******************** and Weiner opened on July 29 2024 for 2681 dollars. The second is a debt buyer account with Portfolio ******************* opened on January 30 2025 for 8005 dollars. Additionally there have been unauthorized credit inquiries made by ************** and Nowcom ****************** on March 11 2025 and 800 LoanMart CCB on August 20 2024. I have never had any business with these companies and did not apply for any credit with them. I am requesting that these accounts and inquiries be removed and blocked from my credit reports under my rights granted by the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Identity Theft laws. I have taken steps to protect my identity and filed this report for further investigation.

    This is an account with ***********, I have two accounts, both accounts I switched to another insurance since they raised the amount too high for no reason, the one with the biggest amount they charged me more because they added my son with no consent
