      PayPal customer service and ********************** itself is awful. I've been a customer for 19 years. Not anymore! They are being shady! They are destroying their own company all by themselves! They sent me a credit card I didn't want, put it on my account,I called numerous times to have them take it off. Finally they did, but they also closed my other account. I specifically told them not to, but they did anyway. I called again to have it fixed and they said you had 24 hours to reverse the cancelation. I told them it wasn't even 24 hours, and they said because I live on the west coast that it was 24 hours. This is all them doing. Now they lost me as a customer, because of their shady actions. Their customer service is attrosus. I called and called and called them to fix. They are the ones that screwed up my account, now I'm paying for it because of them. Never, ever will I use them again. Ever. The company is awful now. They don't deserve a one star!

      Made a purchase online and recd a defective item. Seller would only offer 1/2 refund or me pay to have item shipped back. Paypal advised me file claim with my financial institution to get a refund. I did and because it was paid in PayPal pay in 4. They made me pay it back to them or would place me for collection. I ask for the call to be pulled and reviewed and for them to honor what I was told and they would not. So Im stuck with a $400 costume that we cant use for Christmas for the kids.

      I put a one star and even that is too much. I used my account for a garage sale purchase, someone buying an item. I used my personal account and with the person not being a friend or family they used for services and my account was closed, money being held for 6 months and no compromise. This is not a way to keep happy customers. And some of the customer service **** made me feel as though I was trying to scam someone for just wanting to have access to the money. My suggestion to you, PayPal, is that you have a third category for people who are using their account not for business, personal but goods they are selling to downsize, garage sale, estate sale, etc. stop penalizing the owner of the account. I do not recommend PayPal to anyone unless you want a headache.

      I've been a customer of ********************** for over 20 years. I purchased an item using PayPal in June 2025, product did not show up. Contacted PayPal and opened a dispute providing email documentation of purchase and seller's promise of delivery. Over the course of 3 months PayPal did nothing to support or advocate for me as the consumer and PayPal customer. After ~3 months ********************** sided with the seller and declined my dispute. Rather than PayPal requiring the seller to provide evidence of **** delivery they accepted the sellers tracking number from an oversees shipping company that does not deliver domestically in *****************. When I contacted PayPal concerning the declined dispute, they required that I their customer provide evidence that the item was not delivered. How can I possibly provide that? In my case PayPal did nothing to protect me the consumer, their customer. I have closed my account and would advise anyone considering opening an account with ********************** to NOT DO IT!

      I have business account with ********************** and is so disappointed in them. They did not help me to go after the scammer who also used their service. I tried to report it but paypal didnt care. The scammer stole many identities and took money. I have to think again if i ever want to use paypal service again. Do not use paypal as they dont protect you at the end.

      I have had a PayPal account for the last 3 years. My typical activities were not in any way suspicious. I only receive payments from reputable and legitimate organizations and typically never more than $100 in transactions a month. But for some reason I was locked out, and my account was put in a limited state. I have funds I can't receive, and I have not even been given a reason why my account would be put in such a state. PayPal should at least let us know what violations we do before putting our accounts on suspension.

      My account was discontinued with a temporary hold. The only problem going on was Because a newly advertised woman's feminine product. These ******* are to hold 6x's the liquid. I tried the two free samples and was not happy with them. I went to ****** and they had shipped me, charging me $98.61. There company policy is no more than $75.00 orders. They were refused and sent back over a month ago and I have cancelled my subscription and requested a refund. I have not received it and they somehow got my PayPal *************** and I ni longer have PayPal. Thieves that go the mile to not refund. I am still seeking my $98.61. Do not try this product, they can't even keep there own policy.

      Hi I was issued a refund and I have the email to prove it . PayPal keeps telling me that they don't have the refund. And that my email address isn't accurate . I only have one PayPal account. I am being scammed by pay pal.

      PayPal neglected to do due diligence during a dispute, which is required by their Buyer Protection program. An **** scammer gave a tracking number delivered to my zip code. But I called *** and they told me where the package was - about 5 miles away. I drove to the address, took a photo of the package. Reported to PayPal. The scammer gave them proof of delivery to my zip code. *** told me to tell PayPal to call them to verify it wasnt my package. PayPal failed to do so, closed my case. I called in the following business day, explained everything to the PayPal *** who said hed call *** to verify and notify me within 24 hours via email. Its been over 72 hours and no response. I reached out to PayPal management via ********. No response as well. Someone needs to step up and do their job.

      PayPal is very convenient and makes online payments simple and fast. Ive used it for years without big problems. Sometimes customer support is a bit slow and fees can feel high, but overall its a reliable service I trust.
