      I am not happy with Paypal. Without due process, they permanently disable your account, take your money hostage for 4 months, will not explain anything if there is a violation or not. You call customer service and it is impossible. You send an email and you get the same "we've permanently limiting your account." I have not made any violations or involved in any fraudulent money movement. When does a platform decide to control your funds, little as these are, and deny you the right to withdraw your funds just because they or the system thinks it is so. I hope other money exchange platforms will overtake Paypal soon so we wont be at the mercy of Paypal.

      PayPal is not helping me solve an issue with them. I purchased something from "Top Health" for $119.94. I discovered it was a scam (they use AI videos of **** **** and ***** ******** which are not real), and immediately ordered a cancellation. In addition, the Seller guarantees a 100% refund within 30 days. PayPal initially issued a refund for $119.94. Now they say they have decided in the Seller's favor because the item was delivered. They have missed the point of the complaint. PayPal is now demanding I pay them (PayPal) $119.94 for the chargeback they made. I am a 74 yrs old woman who feels violated by this. PayPal and I have been communicating via messages, but they won't let me talk to someone to resolve the issue. They keep asking me to pay $119.94. I am so frustrated and helpless over this.

      There was a fraudulent withdrawal on my account. I reported it immediately. Paypal keeps saying it was a legitimate transaction. The criminal would put in a small amount and then taking it back. Finally he took ****** out. He supposedly lives in ******** and I'm in ***********. I would not send anybody ****** for their birthday especially some one in ********. My bank says he probably got my checking account number and the routing number. This can sit on Paypal forever I will not give Paypal the money.

      PayPal keeps changing date to refund my money after I showed proof of some one not doing what they promised as offered as service that they said they had there own things to worry about which proofs they didn't do what they were paid to do and that's not integrity

      Paypal has placed a limitation in our company's business account and our funds are currently frozen. After multiple years of using Paypal without issue, they suddenly asked for verification documents for our company which we uploaded immediately. On our account it states "Were reviewing your information and will get back to you regarding the status of Ref ID: PP-L-<...> within 3 days." It's now been nearly a month since we provided these documents with multiple calls to customer support. This is unacceptable.

      I am having issues with my pay pal account they said that my account is permanently closed. I done all the stuff they told me to do and now they are saying that my account has been closed to wait 120 days. I cant wait that long cause rent and everything is do. Plus I have been suspended from work 3 weeks. Please help

      If I could give this company no stars I happily would. This company have no customer service whatsoever. I regret the day I made an account with **********************. Because days later my account was blocked. This was about 5-6 years ago. I jumped through the hoops that they asked of me. After it was resolved I stopped using PayPal. Recently I received an email stating that I was going to be charged over $1,000.00 for a purchase I never made. I call the customer service line and was rudely told that if I didnt make the purchase then not to worry about it. Ok?? So last week I lost my debit card, in waiting for a new one my back offered me a digital debit card linked to PayPal. God I wish I would have said no. But I figured ok. And three days later, guess what? My account has been suspended AGAIN. Why? Supposedly I owe PayPal. What? So one of the hoops they wanted me to do was to verify that my current bank account is really mine. I tried different was to resolve this c*** Nothing worked. So they said I had to send in my bank statement. Against my judgement I sent it. Now for the past 4 days I have been ignored. Not even the automated chat bot answers my request. ***? An automated chat bot wont answer me, ugh! Now Ive gone on the app and tried to delete my account but can not because I have that hold on my account. How am supposed to deal with that stupid hold if Im being ignored? DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. PAYPAL I dont know what is your disfunction but I will be deleting my account A.S.A.P

      *** issued a dispute with paypal for an **** seller that didnt follow through with its shipment - its been a month and some weeks, Ive received no phone call, no contact from paypal what so ever. Ive provided all of the information and theyre allowing the shipping window to close for a shipping contest.

      My husband had $300 transferred into his Paypal account and now they are giving us a hard time retrieving the funds. They keep giving us the runaround and excuses as to why we can't access our money! I am done and over these companies that are outsourcing their calls to another country. I called on Sunday and could barely hear the customer service *** due to all the other ***s on the phones. Why do we have to wait on a company that makes every excuse in the book to keep our money? I can probably guarantee that my money is gone and in one of those ***s ******** BBB do your job and stop these scammers from stealing anymore money from customers!!!
