      I bought gps dog collars from a company (PawTronic) back in late May 2025. I had the collars for 32 days then they quit working. The gps fence wasnt staying activated and the app was not working, thus not allowing me to control the collars. I contacted the original seller and they denied my claim for a refund with it being outside of their 30 day return policy. I contacted PayPal because under the Buyers Protection it said I could be eligible for a refund (if I couldnt get things worked out with original seller) up until November 20th, 2025. However, PayPal denied my claim once again because I was just outside the 30 day window. I understand companies have policies. I am not mad about that. However, I am upset that they have to follow these policies, yet advertise otherwise like me being eligible for buyers protection. Buyers protection does not state I have to be within 30 days. It just says I have up until November 20th to make a claim. Both companies, especially PayPal have put me through loops I cannot get out of.

      PayPal has gone downhill. Ive been a customer for over 4 years. Never once have I had an issue up till 7-31-25. I chose fuel for my 5% cash back like I do every month. The points suddenly stopped coming in and werent even visible on my account or in the app. I spent over an hour on the phone with them even asking to speak to a so called supervisor because the woman who initially took my call had absolutely no clue what she was doing. The supervisor wasnt any better and finally just told me what she thought I wanted to hear which was you will see your cashback in 72 hours. Well its now 8-4-25 and I decided to call again because nothing had changed. The call this morning went just terribly as my last phone call with no concrete answer as to why there is an issue. Conveniently I was told that I didnt call last week and there were no notes about my call which really rubbed me the wrong way. Upon asking to speak to a supervisor I was conveniently hung up on. I called back and it took over 35 minutes for somebody to answer the phone. PayPals customer service is atrocious and I highly recommend to anybody to look elsewhere other than PayPal. Dont fall for the 5% cashback scam. I have sense unlinked all my accounts to ********************** and when my remaining balance is used up, I am all done with PayPal. I made this perfectly clear to the woman on the phone and told her I would be leaving a review on the Better Business Bureau in hopes that others would read it and think twice about dealing with this shifty operation. If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. I hope PayPal reads this message and I also hope that the general public reads this message. Another company that starts off wanting to do well that turns into an absolute nightmare for the consumer. I highly suggest that anyone take their business elsewhere. No resolution on the problem in the end. ****** *.

      i have used PayPal for 25 years never did anything but used it to buy and sell items on **** for the most part. last week they asked for my driver's license my bank history proof of address gave it to them then decided to call after a 40 min phone call they reviewed my account and permanently terminated my account and will not tell me the reason of my termination. I am filing a lawsuit with the Illinois secretary of state .This will be a big settlement.

      They refuse to help me recover my account that may have money in it. I even have the right password but my account is locked! I offered to verify my identity any way possible and theyre stuck on a bank account number I havent used in 5+ years. Now my moneys stuck in limbo forever and they offered no resolution.

      Using Paypal through **** (as **** not demands), is a huge mistake. I was sold counterfeit items on **** and wanted a full refund. Morons at Paypal said the items "were not counterfeit" without even seeing them. I thought...time to nail Paypal....I phoned **************** and they did a chargeback with those morons at Paypal. WHAT A USELESS COMPANY WHO IN NO WAY PROTECTS ANY CUSTOMER FROM FRAUD ETC. Just read all their negative reviews. Just canceled my Paypal account!!!!! You should do the same when they s**** you over. ******.

      PayPal refused to protect my payment accounts when a TRIAL version of an *** (MadMuscles) hit my PayPal account for unauthorized services & set up unauthorized subscriptions that would have resulted in over $240 in charges within 28 days ... all from a TRIAL. PayPal paid the *** immediately & refused to act to protect my assets once the scam was exposed.

      PayPal World ********** is ruining my credit. They lowered for credit limit without really explaining why. They sent me an email that was worded in a way to confuse me. The customer service *** that was assisting on the phone even had trouble reading the letter. I will not be using a single one of PayPal's services ever again. I will encourage everyone that I know not use PayPal for anything.

      The customer service at ********************** resolution center is at a LOW TIME LOW.I have had a paypal account for almost 20 years and the level of pettiness by these people is incredible!!! Not only have they drug out a refund for WEEKS, but the seller has also tried to push my refund through!! I have to take all my documentation to my bank to see if they can help. I had requested to talk to a supervisor for about two weeks now and have never received a call back. Talking to the regular customer service **** is like talking to a wall! They don't understand their job!! They all sound the same and their comprehension levels are nil ! It's really a shame, because up until a year ago I have always had trust with them, now i am forced to use another pay app after they finally resolve my case! at this point I believe they are being fraudulent and playing some kind of extortion game! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE...THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR "WE HAVE YOUR BACK" PROMISE!!!

      I made a purchase through PayPal and then returned the item exactly as directed. PayPal then asked for details concerning payment which they processed and I complied. They never gave me my refund after I did everything they asked! Shame on you Paypal!!
