****** customer service is a disgrace. I attempted to purchase something through ****** and I was consistently being denied. I figured it was my bank account, removed any holds my bank had and, still, my transaction was denied. Two days later my account was permanently limited, leaving over $4,000 in a 180 day waiting period. This ban not only holds my funds, it also permanently bans my debit card and bank account. I can never attach those to another account and I am no longer able to purchase through ******. This is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and an outright abuse of corporate power.

i submitted my ppp loan application to ****** the beginning of february. They had me sign documents 0n 2/8 . Two days later they told me that I i was denied because another lender application was applied for. I withdraw the applications less then a week later for other lender and stayed with ******. They told me that t hey would continue to process my appplication. It is a month plus days later and still no response. I have called and emailed ****** over 20 times and i get the same generic response , ( we are working as fast as we can and are processing a large amount of ppp loans) . Crazy enough, i have seen people apply and get approved as quick as 5 days this month from ******. Yet here i sit in limbo, waiting for anything to be done. Worst part the ppp deadline is weeks away! I received my first ppp loan from ****** , so i was confident they were the way to go! I was definitely wrong ! They have no idea how they have hurt my business!

On March 9th, 2021 ****** just took 73K of our fund's hostage for 180 days, just because they can. Why...because they can. BEWARE!!! This is particularly concerning in light of the changes that COVID imposed upon consumers and businesses to work from home and being forced to work with electronic funding processors such as ******. Our company has been a long-term seller on eBay since 1999, with a 100% positive feedback rating of approx. 13,000 transactions. Our sales took off since the start of 2021 because of the rise in cryptocurrency interests. (According to ****** increased sales are the excuse to treat us unfairly, even though all monies exchanged are documented with an eBay sales or purchases) The ironic fact, even ****** business is growing because of cryptocurrency. Some how ****** can make up any reason to hold your funds and use it for their interests. Shouldn't the giant financial processors have transparency of its corrupt common business practices before seeking out more unknowing victims for their own financial gain. ****** has had litigation against them in the past that has not stopped these egregious behaviors. They are complete thieves. We have complied will all of the requested lengthy documentation requests and have no customer complaints. After multiple documentation submissions we get a lame non specific reason our account is limited.

I had not recieved a refund from Walmart on a purchase and let ****** know of my concern and they wait over 2 weeks to respond with a notice that they were issuing a provisional credit on my behalf while they investigate further. 2 days later they say they are going to debit my account because the refund was previously posted. This took over 2 weeks for a response and they Couldnt look and see before issuing this credit but after issuing its so quick they will reverse it not 48 hours later. How is this a banking or payment prosessing platform for anything let alone business. The can't keep the simplest. Things straight why should we trust them with more.. Im done with them hope the fail and bankrupt horribly to never recover again.

****** is not longer safe and/or secure for transactions. I never received a product from an affiliated ****** seller that is scamming ****** customers placing faking products on facebook, ebay. I made a transaction with a seller last December. I opened a case on ****** that it's on dispute because ****** indicated that I'm not safisfy with product that I never received.

This company is a joke and a scam now. I had never done anything illegal online and most of my purchases were done through legit source of payments which ****** should know as those are confirm to be secured process. Now they decided to limit my account and told me I couldn't do business with them so now if I were to purchase stuff online I had to rely on my credit cards and other payments. Just horrible I hope this company goes down under soon.

****** is a zero accountability company so it seems. I was scammed for 2 years with a hacked ****** associated Netflix account. When I called Netflix and saw my account there was no active membership on my end but there was one that my ****** was associated with. When speaking with ******, they showed no interest, accountability or respect for their costumers. If I were you, I'd just delete your ****** account since this company cares very little about the prevalence breech in security, accountability, and their customers.

Someone has hacked my pPaypal account and is using it to sell things and pay for shipping on Ebay. I've called ****** and they assured me the money wouldn't come out of my bank account, and it did. They've already violated their own terms of service regarding this. They refuse to close my account or remove the bank from my account. The transactions I've disputed on their website may take months to resolve and I cannot afford for someone I don't know to use my money to pay to ship things from Ebay. My next step is to get law enforcement involved because ****** refuses to help.
