      PayPal refused to protect my payment accounts when a TRIAL version of an *** (MadMuscles) hit my PayPal account for unauthorized services & set up unauthorized subscriptions that would have resulted in over $240 in charges within 28 days ... all from a TRIAL. PayPal paid the *** immediately & refused to act to protect my assets once the scam was exposed.

      PayPal World ********** is ruining my credit. They lowered for credit limit without really explaining why. They sent me an email that was worded in a way to confuse me. The customer service *** that was assisting on the phone even had trouble reading the letter. I will not be using a single one of PayPal's services ever again. I will encourage everyone that I know not use PayPal for anything.

      The customer service at ********************** resolution center is at a LOW TIME LOW.I have had a paypal account for almost 20 years and the level of pettiness by these people is incredible!!! Not only have they drug out a refund for WEEKS, but the seller has also tried to push my refund through!! I have to take all my documentation to my bank to see if they can help. I had requested to talk to a supervisor for about two weeks now and have never received a call back. Talking to the regular customer service **** is like talking to a wall! They don't understand their job!! They all sound the same and their comprehension levels are nil ! It's really a shame, because up until a year ago I have always had trust with them, now i am forced to use another pay app after they finally resolve my case! at this point I believe they are being fraudulent and playing some kind of extortion game! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE...THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR "WE HAVE YOUR BACK" PROMISE!!!

      I made a purchase through PayPal and then returned the item exactly as directed. PayPal then asked for details concerning payment which they processed and I complied. They never gave me my refund after I did everything they asked! Shame on you Paypal!!

      PayPal unjustly closed my account even after I submitted all proof to them that they needed and are refusing to release what funds I had left in my account and refuse to respond to me.

      Bueno, mi cuenta paypal solo es usado para recibir pagos de amigos y familiares, y la tengo activa desde el 2022 y hoy de la nada me suspendieron permanentemente sin motivo aparente, ya que yo no comercio con mi cuenta, es solo para uso personal. Por eso me parece injusto que suspendan mi cuenta como si nada.

      I have a PayPal account been using for months now which I asked a friend to help send some money and he decided to send $50 to the PayPal, which made PayPal temporarily block my account. I've been using it for other payments too, and nothing like that has happened before. Even though some cents are coming from the marketplace, I believe I have not been inactive in my PayPal account. I was told to provide some information like my ID and some information on those transactions, which I did by submitting my real ID card and providing proof for every transaction they mentioned. They finally limited my account and said my money will be held for 180 days. I really need the money in the account, which is ************** help me out, I'm really begging, I'm leaving this review before I file a complaint with the BBB because PayPal just ruined me at the moment.

      I have used PayPal for over 20 years. In the past they would help with disputes between you and a vendor. Remember, they are pushed on to you before the credit card companies can help if you used them to make your purchase through them. These days, PayPal goes out of there way to do nothing for you on vendor complaints. They want you to file a government complaint (IC3) and they will step in after that resolution. It has been 2 months and nothing from IC3. I have made requests to a live person for help at a higher level at PayPal and both times after being promised one, never did I get a return phone call. This is just information, PayPal is quick to use on checking out most times but I now use a credit card directly as my card companies will help me on all vendor disputes.

      If you are using PayPal as an agent to purchase coins from US companies, be advised that PayPal does and will not support you through their Buyers' Protection Guarantee. Most of the se!llers, which PP does not disclose, are Chinese and they are counterfeit sellers of Coins almost impossible to recognize without professional help, and then it is too late. You already have them. I had this happen to me twice with the same merchant, but different sites. The only way to pay was through the PayPal payment system. I did, basing my decision on the fact that I had been a PayPal customer since they started years ago. When I realized what I had received and filed a claim, they did not offer me the Buyers Proctection and refund my monies. That was never mentioned. I had to file a claim, wait weeks,. then call again, then escalate the claim, then wait another two weeks, until almost TWO MONTHS have passed and still no help from PayPal. I have tried over 15 times to get my money back through the Buyer's PRotection and the company will not honor their own advertisments as to buyers's safety, the reason I purchased in the first place. Shame on you Paypal for misleading your customers and never intending to help us in need of your help. It is almost impossible, by the way, to reach an fluent English-speaker to help you, and even those who are answering your questions will try to tell you what to do about Counterfeit U S money and they are not even Americans. And they try to give you legal advice. Be careful now when you use the Pay Pal AP and do no believe anything they say or write o promise you. It will not happen!
