      PayPal is very convenient and makes online payments simple and fast. Ive used it for years without big problems. Sometimes customer support is a bit slow and fees can feel high, but overall its a reliable service I trust.

      I sent $70 dollars to my bank so I could close out my account because of fraudulent money taken from my account by Expert Squad $39. I didnt approve this or was notified. PayPal kept drawing $50 from my account up to $100. I sent this to my daughter. They assured me the $70 and $39 would be sent to my bank account. This happened on August 23. Called today and they said they couldnt help me and my account was closed and it had been over 7 days so they couldnt refund my money. I am a widow and work hard for my money they shouldnt be allowed to keep my $109 dollars. ?? please help me.

      My account was hacked, they denied the refund of $291.00, they then reviewed and granted me the refund. The next week they took the money back and said the charges were nit unauthorized bc they came from my account. They then reviewed the cases again and gave me the money back on my account and then two days later sent me an email stating they will be taking the money back again. They sent the email from one I was not able to respond to and then when i called they said they looked at ** account and there was no fraud behavior. The charges on this dispute are the fraud behavior. Since it was from my *. **** using my card then unless i can prove it was not me then it is nit an u authorized charge. A

      I used them to buy something company never delivered my item and PayPal is not gonna give me my money back so basically theyre in business with scammers. S**** PayPal first and last time I will ever use them. . They are garbage.

      Pay Pal fails to protect their customers from deceptive on line vendors that use a bait and switch practices. They state you protection none existent. They failed to close the case so I can close my account. Do business with them at your own peril.

      Ive had my PayPal account for a few years now without issues however when my business was slowed down due to my health and stay at the hospital they limited my account. I had a lot of refunds sent out so they asked me for more info about my business. However I do not wish to continue my business with PayPal and want to close my account. They are refusing to allow me to do so because of said limitations. At this point I would like to just close my account and move on. They are holding $174 and I am not able to access it. They should not be allowed to hold your money if you dont wish to continue with their service.

      Due to privileged conversation with ************************** of **************, they were able to verify the phone number as a pre-paid phone. Why would you allow someone with a prepaid phone verify their account through that system? Opening the doors to many people, including myself, to be scammed out of $2650. I will continue to get assistance through the state of **************. I also plan to go to state media news and tell them this information and how you allow vulnerable people on fixed incomes to be scammed and drained to warn the public to not use this feature on PayPal. If your policy states friends and family are not covered by insurance, you should at least be required to verify accounts PROPERLY through ***** or ********* for all users!

      DO NOT USE PAYPAL!!!!!PayPal, in partnership with *************, demonstrates a lack of concern for its customers. I discovered three FRAUDULENT charges on my PayPal checking account. This happened while I was driving my family down the interstate in a 40-foot motorhome. I cannot surf the internet or make purchases while driving. No one else in my family has access to my PayPal account information, and I have not shared it with anyone. Each company blames the other and gives me conflicting stories and processes to follow. PayPal says it's BankCorp that makes the decision, and BankCorp says it's PayPal. So, customers using both institutions dont seem to matter. PayPal supervisors were given all the needed information and changed the claim from 'Fraud' to "Unauthorized," which led BankCorp to close the complaint due to the status change. Now ******** tells us to send a letter to PayPal, and PayPal tells us to send it to BankCorp. No resolution yet, and its been over a week!All I can say is DO NOT USE PAYPAL!!! You will get the run around if you need to have any FRAUDULENT charges.

      BBB should investigate PayPal, Inc. who is a way for the scammers to take our money and believe me, they dont do anything to get your money back. They take the business side even knowing that they are scammers. I proved them over and over that the company I purchased an item was a scammer and I never received the item and they still resolved the issue in favor of the scammer. I WILL NEVER USE PAYPAL AGAIN.
