    I recently had the pleasure of using Super.com, and I have to sayit really lives up to the name! From start to finish, everything was smooth and super convenient.I booked a hotel through their platform and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to find a great deal. The interface is clean, the prices are competitive, and I loved the little extras like cashback offers and discounts that made me feel like I was getting real value.Customer support was also a highlight. I needed to modify my reservation and got a friendly and efficient response almost immediately. Its clear they actually care about their users.All in all, my experience with Super.com was excellent. Whether you're booking travel, managing finances, or just exploring new options, it's a one-stop shop that makes everything easier. Definitely recommend giving it a try!

    I made reservations using their website and booked a hotel but selected the wrong location for the hotel. I spoke to someone on April 1, 2005. She told me to contact the hotel so that I could get a refund. She contacted them and sent me a link to verify myself. I have been trying to activate the link for the past 4 to 5 hours, and it says the session has expired. I reached out to customer service via email and the app, and no one can help me.

    Deceptive Listings, Zero Accountability I recently had an incredibly frustrating and costly experience with Super.com that I feel compelled to warn others about. I booked a pet-friendly hotel through their platform, only to arrive and be told that the hotel does not accept pets. This left me scrambling at the last minute to find alternate accommodations. Fortunately, the hotel staff was very apologetic and mentioned that they had encountered numerous issues with Super.com misrepresenting their listings and told me to beware of booking with obscure third parties.What followed was an absolute customer service nightmare. ******************** flatly refused to refund me, citing an absurd policy that required me to get the hotel to provide written approval for a refund. When I approached the hotel about this, they were baffled, stating that in 30 years in the industry, they had never heard of such a requirement. They were happy to speak with Super.com, but they refused to talk to the hotel. Super.com refused to take responsibility for their misleading listing. Instead, they dismissed me, telling me "this case is closed" without any resolution or refund.This company operates with zero accountability for the accuracy of their listings and places the burden on customers to fix their mistakes. Their refusal to acknowledge the issue, coupled with an outright dismissive approach to customer service, makes it clear that they prioritize profit over integrity.Bottom line: If you value accurate bookings, reliable customer service, and basic accountability from a company, DO NOT use Super.com. I will never book with them again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them as well.

    Stay away from Super.com, its a total scam! They lure you in with low prices, but they dont care about customer service or the quality of the hotels they list on their platform. I booked a hotel in **********, **, only to arrive and find my room filthy and completely unacceptable. The hotel staff was rude and unprofessional, making it clear they had no intention of resolving the issue. With no other choice, I had to leave and book a different hotel. I cancelled my stay and showing my good faith, I booked a different hotel with super.com. After that, they ignored all my emails and calls. The worst customer service I have even seen in my life.When I called Super.com for help, they completely abandoned me. Their excuse? Were just a booking company, we dont handle hotel quality. They never followed up, never issued a refund or credit, and ignored my concerns. This company is a fraud. As soon as a problem arises, they leave you defenseless. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere, Super.com is not worth the risk!
