    They did not book the correct room with the hotel that was listed on my booking. I asked for a refund and they told me they placed it in my ******. They never did and Ive talked to 5 different representatives all with different stories. Stay away if you actually want a nice vacation.

    ************ kept my refund even after the hotel canceled!Super.com is a complete scam and I want everyone to know how they operate so you dont get burned like I did.I booked a hotel through their site and unfortunately had to cancel. The hotel itself, ******************************, was professional and handled the cancellation quickly. They even sent me written confirmation with a cancellation number and stated clearly that my card had been refunded. At that point, I assumed everything was taken care of.Then came the nightmare. Super.com, who acted as the middleman in the booking, kept my money. I never received a refund. When I disputed the charge with my bank, Super.com fought tooth and nail to keep the money. They completely ignored the fact that the hotel refunded me. Instead, they sent my bank generic booking screenshots and fine print about their terms and conditions, hoping to confuse the issue and make it seem like I was at fault.This is the definition of fraud. I have written proof from the hotel showing the refund was issued, but Super.com decided to hold onto the money anyway. I never received the service I paid for, and now I am stuck appealing this mess while Super.com tries to run out the clock.Its clear this company counts on customers giving up. They make it nearly impossible to reach a real person, and when you do, the representatives just read from a script. They bank on you being too busy or too frustrated to fight back.Please do not use Super.com for travel bookings. If anything goes wrong, they will leave you out in the cold. They have no accountability, and their business practices are designed to keep your money even when they dont provide the service. Book directly with hotels or use a legitimate booking ******* filing complaints with the BBB, FTC, and my state Attorney General. Super.coms behavior is unethical and harmful to consumers. Save yourself the stress and avoid this company at all costs.

    They are scammers Before you finalize the booking they ask you to choose refundable or not and after the transaction if something goes wrong they dont want to correct the problem and they tell you that they cant fix it so your money will be taken out for nothing!!!!!Scammers

    Rented a hotel months ago using Super.com. Didn't sign up for anything. DEFINITELY not a membership. Woke up this morning and found a $15 charge from Super.com. Super scammy.

    I was booking and had my dates right though when I received my email my dates were set earlier. They said it was me who put the dates in wrong. I didnt have those dates in. It was non refundable. They screwed us.

    I reserved a room through their site for 2 queen beds, specifically. When we arrived to our room, they placed us in a 1 queen bed and a pullout couch bed. This is NOT the same. Hotel said that's all they had and weren't willing to do anything about it. And, the site must have used new photos of the hotel because the hotel was NOT in the same state upon our stay. It was a very, worn down hotel, and I wouldn't have chosen it in current conditions. Stains all over carpet, broken lamp shade on the desk, pieces of furniture missing from many furnishings. Overall, horrible stay. Neither hotel nor website offered a refund. I will not be using this site nor hotel chain again.

    Booked a room. Confirmed reservation with a call prior to traveling to hotel. Travelled 5 hours. Arrived at hotel and they gave my room to someone else. They said no more rooms available. Took my money and didnt give me a room or a pot to **** in. Total scam cheating robbing thieves
