1 starI am so disappointed in Super.com I booked a hotel in *********** and when I got to the hotel it was under construction: the pool and hot tub was not open etc and the hotel manager agreed to let me cancel my reservation :I called Super. Com and they would not refund my money even though I had booked another hotel through Super.com in replacement of the cancelled hotel: the original hotel even sent me the invoice showing that super.com never paid them: then on top of never receiving a refund from super.com for a hotel I never stayed in : I started being charged a subscription fee: which I cancelled but again I cannot get the original subscription fee refunded back to me. Super.com is a rip off: I paid for two hotels and a subscription fee that super.com will not refund for one hotel I didnt stay in or they never paid: and subscription fee I did not want: and on top of everything else their customer service is a joke.
