1 starWorst booking site I have ever been on I literally booked a room in ********************* and when the confirmation showed up to make sure it was correct it said Fayetteville ************** I clicked on and it still booked it and took the money off the card I used and I literally spent 3 hours straight talking to their support team just to get it fixed and they kept thinking I was wanting a refund all I wanted was for them to simply fix it on where they booked me to the proper place I originally picked and they kept refusing to do it they even told me to talk to the people inside to fix it and they told me they can't fix it the people on the website are the only ones who can and they kept refusing to that was literally 3 whole hours wasted I never got my money back I never got my place changed to the proper place I am never going to use this stupid website ever again

1 starHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I made my reservation 3 months before my trip. When I get there, the hotel says there is no reservation. Apparently Supers card (not my personal card) they gave to the hotel got declined and the reservation was canceled the same day I booked. I never got a refund or a notification telling me the reservation was canceled so I could rebook. When I checked the website it said my reservation was still on. It took me 3 hours to get a hold of someone at Super and they pretty much told me they would get back to me. I was out of the $500 I paid for the hotel, no reservation, and almost all the hotels were booked or they wanted more than $1,000/night. I was stuck in *** late at night with no place to stay, what a NIGHTMARE. COMPLETE SCAMSuper.com

2 starsNot going to be traveling much in the next several months, so I elected not to join, but just use the service once. But the site didn't want to take no for an answer. Every page doesn't more time with pop *** that I had to decline than actually completing the booking. And ask the sites I checked give the hotel price, then the price with taxes and fees. They were all about the same amount of taxes and fees. The price on mine was $131, and with taxes and fees $147. But when I went to pay, it cost $160.88, with no explanation of the extra fees charged. I will update of any problems upon check in, as I've seen some complaints about booking not being recognized at hotels.Super.com
