    I was charged multiple times for a subscription I never signed up for. I just noticed a charge today which was declined by my bank due to insufficient funds. Listed below are the charges.January 17 - $1.97 January 26 - $15.00 February 22 - $15.00 March 22 - $15.00 April 26 - $15.00 May 29 - $15.00

    We usedsuper.com to book a reservation in pigeon Forge, ********* for a motel on June 19, 2025. We paid for the motel through super.com. we arrived at the motel, our room smelt of wet dog and cigarettes. It was unbearable to sleep in. We checked out after five minutes as there were no other clean rooms available. The hotel refunded us. But super.com has refused to refund us we had to pay foranother motel that night. if super.com has been refunded, which they have by Clarion, then why can they not refund us. It was notlike we did not try to stay there. We showed up on *** in the room was just not suitable. All I want is my refund which the motel Clarion refunded to super.com but super.com refuses to refund to me it is not a lot of money, but it is very bad business practice and I will never use this company again.

    I have been placed on some subscription to your app and being charged $15.00 per month for last 3 months. I want to end any/all subscriptions and have my money refunded

    I booked a reservation for June 7th-9. I decided to stay an additional night . Went on Super.com website to add an additional night. It charged me for a new reservation for 3 nights. Therefore I'm being charged for two reservations the initial reservation for two nights and the second reservation for 3 nights. I was able to connect via phone with a ************** **** and she advised me to contact the hotel Days Inn by Wyndham. Days Inn by ******* advised me to contact super.com. I'm getting the run around. Now I've called Super.com ************ and the message I get is "An application error has occurred. Goodbye". Attached are the two reservations that I was billed for. The initial reservation for two nights $151.41 and $238.36 for the second reservation. I had also purchased the insurance on the initial reservation in case I needed to cancel for som unforseen circumstance. Don't get why this company is refusing to refund money that is not even theirs.

    I used Super.com a few times previously, my last charge from them previously is in January. I no longer have an active account with them, and just received a charge from them today, July 2nd, for $14.99 I no longer have the same phone number that I used with Super.com, and do not remember what it is, and I can not access any part of the website or the phone systems to investigate this charge without access to the previous phone number, making it impossible for me to even begin disputing the charge without completely changing everything with my bank.

    I book the hotel and check out early and they never told me about the refund money that is not refunded.I checkout in 3 days and I paid for 9 Nights and they haven’t refunded me the money and making excuses and try to scam me

    Super + enrolled me in monthly membership without my knowledge. They did not indicate by email that I was enrolled in a subscription, and I ended up paying several months before I realized and cancelled. This is a scammy business practice that should one allowed

    I booked a room through the super.com website. From dates jun *****. On the website upon checkout it provides you with an option to pay extra to be eligible for a refund due to any inconvenience. Well I paid extra to receive a refund just in case something came up which it did. Nonetheless I contacted super and they provided me with an application to apply for a refund which is strange if I already paid to be eligible for a refund. But after completing the application, it was declined. I had to call super again and explain to them that my application was declined then they provided me with an email that I needed to forward to the hotel, which I did. ****. I then call the hotel informing them about the email. I ended up speaking with the manager and she told me that a refund basically does not have anything to do with the hotel because they never received any money from me, super has my money. Which the manager was correct because I never checked in to the hotel because I wasnt able to make it due to a family emergency. I then explained this passionately to super and they continued to give me the run around about how they needed proof instead of calling the hotel themselves. I felt as if they thought I lied knowing I never checking into the hotel. I even went as far as asking super if they would like me to put the hotel on the line so they could speak with the manager themselves. I lost $257.90 due to this. I will not be spending careless money that I barely have all because super wont return my money due my family emergency. I have called and called super numerous times expressing this situation passionately, I have been patient and lenient. There has yet to be anything done. Nobody has tried to resolve my issue everyone Ive spoken to has continuously said in so many words that they basically just dont want to give my money back when they had no problem taking it. All I want is my money back. The money I earned and worked hard for.

    I paid for a room through Super.com for ****************** in ****, ****** and when I went to check in, the motel did not have a room to accommodate me. I called Super.com to get a refund and they said they would after the operator called the motel to verify. I was not issued a refund and called again a week later and they sent me an email which I replied with my voucher receipt they requested. I informed them that I will be making a complaint to BBB if I was not refunded.

    I just found that for the last 2 months I have been charged a $15 monthly subscription from Super.com. I have no idea how they got my credit card information but I have never even heard of this company. According to ****** this company scams people all the time by singing them up for their services by scraping their CC information somehow. This is a totally fraudulent company and there should be some sort of legal action taken. I feel bad for all of those who don't realize they are being charged, luckily I was able to catch these scammers early enough where it was only 2 charges and it was on my Credit Card so I could contact my bank. AGAIN - I have never visited this website in my life. Complete Scam.
