I feel as though my frustration level is through the roof with this issue. Ive come up with several folders to make them ******** not a fan of the friends pins that keep showing up on my interests boards and Ive been incredibly patient thinking it might just pick up im not interested in seeing these particular pins. Im giving you an ultimatum right here and right now that if you dont get in touch with Pinterest about this issue Im going to be deleting it for good because itll evident at that point in time you really dont care about what the customer wants to see and pinBusiness Response

For the past few weeks I have been trying to get approved for the verified merchant program and despite everything being right, my shop being an actual shop, and spending money on Pinterest ads, Im still being denied because my policy mentions items that are currently out of stock. When told this and provided proof that I do in fact carry these items, I was sent a repeat email instead of an actual response. Theres no contact number. I cant talk to an actual person. Pinterest doesnt genuinely have customer service which is suspicious for a company that happily will charge you for ads. I will Be creating a petition for a class action lawsuit against them as I am not the only person who has experienced this.Business Response

Pinterest misrepresented their offerings, blatantly lied to me. This was a month ago. They wasted a great deal of my time. I told them I wanted nothing more to do with them and to cease contacting me. They continued to troll my website, I again told them to leave me alone. I cancelled my account with them and told them to delete all my information from their database and never to contact me again. Now, a month later, they have contacted me again. I asked why they were contacting me after I told them not to, and I asked for the name of a manager so could get to the bottom of why my information is still in their system and why they continue to contact me. I am not receiving an answer to those questions.I would like someone from UPPER management to contact me and explain why this is happening, and for them to completely delete me from their database and system. I will not be uploading all the copies of the emails that show what has been going on. If the business contacts me to resolve this issue I will be happy to forward all the emails to them at that point.Business Response

I ordered a Manual Kindle Quick Log Firewood Splitter from Helkay on December 14, 2022. The order No. was HK00062558. Since I bought this for a Christmas present for my husband I was anxiously following the package tracking information. The tracking information indicated the package was delivered...to **************!!!! I live in ****!!! I tried contacting the company and could not find any contact information for them. During this process the internet was full of information that ****** was a SCAM! I have tried contacting Pinterest to take Helkay down off their website but can't find any contact information for them! I have contacted PayPal and they said they would handle the money portion. I emailed at the beginning of November about an issue I was having with pinning Poshmark listings. They requested a video so they could see the issue in real time which I sent. I have followed up several times only to be told they are working on it. Today I received a response that they couldn't find my case it must have been closed. We're verified merchant on Pinterest for almost 2 years. But Pinterest rejected our catalog recently even when we didn't break any merchant guidelines. We have been a ********* verified merchant since 2021. We didn't make changes to our website and we didn't break any ********* merchant guidelines. Our website meets all the requirements. But now ********* rejected us to be verified merchant. It seems like ********* can reject you as a verified merchant at anytime even when you do nothing violation to merchant guidelines. Being a business merchant on ********* is a waste of time and money because you can be rejected anytime.
