Nextdoor support.Since theres no response, It seems to me that I was correct once again. Supervisor Jac its probably a system generated answer to satisfy a members questions. I am rejecting this response because: Nextdoor representatives didnt comprehend my concerns. Im sure my explanation wasnt difficult to understand. English is not my native language, but Im sure that I did a good job of explaining my concern.
As you can see, Nextdoor is completely ignoring my concerns and still accusing me falsely. I only signed on the next-door with one email, that was *********************** Im not able to use this email because its no longer available for me, thats the explanation I have received from ***** company. I asked Nextdoor repeatedly to please change my email to ************************ I have NEVER signed into my Nextdoor account with the other emails. I know their rules and always comply with them. Their guidelines and rules are demanding their members not to bully others. Thats exactly what theyre doing in my case. Making me look like Im not able to follow their instructions.I have explained in my complaint that three of these emails are not mine.

My account on Nextdoor was disabled 6 days ago. I contacted that day and the day after multiple times, and despite Nextdoor saying I would get a confirmation email and then hear back within the next 48 hours, I have been waiting 6 days with nothing from Nextdoor, not even a reason for the suspension. I have contacted them once more today and reached out via ********. All I am looking for is an explanation, review, and for my account to be reinstated.Business Response

I originally contacted Next-door on 5/11/2024. They came straight out and said that they realize that there was a problem and they were rectifying it as soon as possible, that was over a year ago. I just have kept reaching out to them and reaching out to them.... and I have been sent nothing but form letters promising things would be rectified. It's in black-and-white, from them repeatedly, but they do nothing. Admit it's completely their fault, and then do nothing except cost me a tremendous amount of money.I heavily rely on Next-door for my small business. I've had a lot of people leave very good reviews for me. Next-door somehow erased all my reviews from years. They don't care at all, nor do they care about the members of Next-door that took the time to write the reviews, which is a slap in their face as well. There is absolutely nothing that Next-door will do, and I mean nothing. I have written them over and over, and all you get back is the same nonsense.I will say what I've been saying now since over a year ago, I want ALL my reviews put back up. I want them so that my future clients can see them. I can't tell you how much money this has cost me. The reviews that went missing should be easily accessible, as nothing is ever permanently erased in the year 2025. Put my reviews back up. This lack of customer service, and complete incompetence is maddening, or maybe it's just straight up passive aggression, idk. Please service our community like you advertise you do. From a very progressive town that doesn't appreciate those who target small business owners, especially when it hinders their business. You promote other companies on my page, so potential clients are swayed as they click on the companies that they see, on my page that have been used by others and well received. I am rejecting this response because: This has been the same monotonous information Nextdooor has been preaching since I first notified them. That was 5/11/2024. I've lost work for the summer of '24 and here again, in the summer of '25. (I live in ***********, and in my work spring/summer is what keeps food on the table. My clients had left great reviews for me (because I thought Nextdoor was a company that focused on neighbors, I never thought they would be THAT company.) Four of these people called Nextdoor to inquire why it is that you had them waste their time writing reviews that you can't sustain, despite it being your companies entire purpose. My town HEAVILY relies on these reviews to choose what contractors have been most highly recommended. Consequently I always told clients if they would like to leave a review ******** is the place to do it. Well, they are all gone. I have lost money, and my clients also had their time wastednwriting reviews that you negligently lost, and refuse to be of assistance to a smalll neighborhood business. Put back up my reviews. Your ambiguous answer is just that, and also an excuse stating you know its your fault, and once the big company gets around to updating, whenever that may be, then maybe I can, at north of 50 years old, continue working with the same volume of clientele coming from ********. The small businesses ******** claims to support, need to actually be supported, not in a discriminatory bias way. EITHER ALLOW ALL TO SHOW THEIR HARD EARNED REVIEWS, OR NOBODY. I will note of 14 other companies that I looked into in my area, that I know personally, NONE are missing reviews. NONE. All my competitors in the town of ******, are going with the other guys that have great reviews, like I have, but you are hiding, which has significantly hurt my business's bottom line. I was bullied according to their policy. I reported all individuals involved. I reposted the interaction which was not taken down for over 24 hrs. Nextdoor refuses to address harmful posts,messages,and investigative and suspend users for creating false and harmful information that has put my life and safety in danger.I previously stayed at ******************************************************************** when one of the neighbors posted false information about me and had other neighbors in the complex engaging in stalking in which I notified authorities but was unaware at the time all this was coordinated through the Nextdoor app which I was later told.Because of this I had to move for my safety.The continued stalking and harassment continued which even led to some of the users following me around outside of the area and daily living even placing a gps device on my vehicle! Which then they were able to come to my mothers home on ****************,************************** this new location the users in this area on Springhedge court also somehow have been notified either the messaging app feature,group messaging, or somehow created a new account in this address location to post false and harmful information which now have users (3 confirmed 2 in this building and 1 building over) who are also now engaging in this illegal activity including stalking and harassment!! They are even following me to work!! I sent an email about this to the company and no one had responded and has failed to look into this issue! I am rejecting this response because:I am unsure as to why my email not showing up has to do with what I explained in terms of the harassment I have been receiving which initially started from my neighbor. You are allowing private group(s) to facilitate harassment and stalking and posting false information along with now my vehicle information on the app. With the addresses given in my initial complaint the company can obviously see whats going on in the area messages etc. Now they have posted my car information in there private group,with some users following me around neighborhood to neighborhood to notify other users with false information in that neighborhood with also my car description which I would like to give to the company so they can do a better more thorough investigation. Due to ineffective, or possibly biased local moderation in the *************** Nextdoor community, there is an infestation of bigoted comments and religious spam which sits unaddressed. A local user posted a legally defamatory statement with malicious intent using my name. I was reporting it, when my account was suddenly suspended. I have contracted support, but they have done nothing. I want that removed immediately, and have been documenting the lack of action for legal purposes.
