    I have their app on my phone. I have had it for years and usually have no problems as of late I cant do anything in my account. Ive tried contacting somebody with no response from anywhere Ive sent anything theres no phone numbers to reach them and all I wanna do is be able to use the app, they have to have somebody whos responsible for issues that arise. Everybody have talked to cant figure out whats going on.

    I am trying to reply to Nextdoor but the email address apparently isnt good because every time I try to send it I get a message saying that it couldnt send him so I dont know how to reach him unless its gone through and my email is telling me it didnt go through which that happened sometimes but I dont know I wish they had a phone number that we could contact them at this isnt working and I dont want to close the case until they get it fixed but I cant even get him the information he wanted the version of iOS I have a **** and I cannot send him a screenshot of anything because nothing pops up as far as errors. It just freezes up the screen and I cant move anywhere I have to get out of next-door going to another program come back into the Nextdoor let it kick me out of there  go back in then I can scroll down but I cannot click on anything soon as I do it freezes so theres no information I can send him other than that if you could pass along, I would appreciate it since it says my responses arent going through to him

    I started my Nextdoor account December 2. I saw an option on GoFundMe to share my page, so I shared it the moment that I shared a page. Several white individuals started attacking me verbally by making derogatory comments, slandering me calling me names calling me a liar, saying that Im a fraud saying that my go for me pages are fraud. They think that Im trying to get over on the system, I keep in mind I just started my Nextdoor page December 2. I didnt even know that company existed until I saw the option on GoFundMe ever since December 2. They have been bashing me and falsely flagging my post and then when I defend myself against them they got the nerve to say Im harassing them. Im doing things to them even though they continued contact me by leaving comments under my post, sending me direct messages rubbing it in my face that I file complaint against them and it didnt work and they doing all these *****, childish, immature things they are antagonizing me and Nextdoor allowed it all next-door, disabled my account, and they never treated those individuals the same way next-door is doing the same thing to me. Those individuals are doing. They are discriminated against me if Nextdoor has such a problem with me sharing my GoFundMe page why is the share option on GoFundMe page for Nextdoor ? I sent Nextdoor several emails depending myself they pointed out what those individuals said I did to them, but they never pointed out. These are the things that these individuals did to you why are they protecting these other individuals these bullies? Why am I the only one being penalized these people got smart with me these people mild off to me these people made as ugly crew comments to me and Im supposed to take it because Im a different skin color than those individuals? They taunted me example ***** went on my post and under my comment people watch out shes been sending complaints against us and she made sure to rub it in my face. Why are you writing under my post?

    The email address I used to file this complaint its the same one I was using when I had my account at Nextdoor. The email address I used to file this complaint its the same one I was using when I had my account at Nextdoor I have been in frequent contact with them they know who I am and they noticed situation that was going on since December 2 now a few of those representatives is playing at like they dont know most of the time when Im talking to representatives they know and then theres a few of them that act like they dont know. Its frustrating when you give them all the information and then when you wait for their response they always contact you back like they knew they dont know whats going on you sent you took your time and you sent out all that information screenshots written account of whats going on and they still act like they dont understand or they dont know , I will give the device information. They should be able to pull everything up that way, but what happened should not have happened that whole situation got out of hand very fast Nextdoor did nothing to make those individual stop.     my point is, I would not have had to defend myself against all those individuals head next-door stepped in and told them to stop head next-door disabled. Their accounts there was bias going on. There was favoritism going on. There was one sidedness going on. There was no reason at all for those individuals to attack me the way they did, Im not the only one that shared a go for me post Im not the only one that wrote pose that could be considered spam when supervisor ******* contacted me. I replied to her with all the evidence and she never contacted me back all those emails I sent its just ridiculous that they just next-door act like they dont know nothing they didnt know whats going on , they keep saying I cant find your account with your email address so I had to go through my phone and look up the ** number for Nextdoor and then they found my account. I found your account now I just cant stand people who act like theyre new when they know whats going on  its just insulting theres no excuse for any representative to say we cant find your account as many emails I find as many case numbers I was given . This is the case number with supervisor ************;Case # ********. Next-door support need to be looking at all of the pictures I sent all of the case numbers that was emailed to me. They need to look at everything that I wrote everything that I said they need to look at everything that those individuals say it to me, I mean those individuals they broke the policy and nothing happened to him. They didnt get disciplined nothing But next-door did not hesitate to discipline me. All I did was just share one go for meat post and thats what said all this off thats what said all this emotion and now I wasnt. I have no problems at all before I got on Nextdoor website and then the same individuals involved other people to do the same thing to bully me , they kept reporting my post they kept reporting my page and they were not showing that same behavior towards other people other people wrote similar pose. Other people wrote the same pose over and over and they were not flagged for spam. Those individuals did not want me on that platform I made them mad. I stood up to him and they were mad and they decided to get back at me. Any chance they got by reporting any posted I did and when they couldnt get me for discrimination they reported my account claiming I didnt use my real name , they wanted to get me off that platform anyway possible and Nextdoor allowed that bullying behavior all those emails I sent them and they keep emailing me acting like can you tell us what happened with the bullying and I already told him all those case numbers I was emailed they can pull all that up by my Apple ** with Nextdoor  Any email I sent them they can look it up. They can look at all of those messages that was sent to me the way how those individuals rub stuff in my face and mean they they went out of their way to be ugly and hurtful they were being hateful to me all because I shared a go fund me posted. They didnt like even though on Nextdoor policy, it says you can share a go for me post as long as Its not excessive . I even tried educate these individuals you know I showed them respect and they kept on coming at me with disrespect and eventually I lost my temper. Im not proud of it, but they kept provoking me. They kept doing things to get a rise out of me I mean they just ganged up on me Next-door racism does not exist on the platform. Racism is not allowed but the same individuals they were doing just that to me what I dont understand is why did any of those individuals think I was lying about my GoFundMe in line about my attentions with my GoFundMe page thats what I dont understand. One girl named **** accuse me of being hateful combative I mean I sent screenshots of it. I sent it to the BBB guy who is over this case I sent a lot of emails and a lot of screenshots to attach with my case with the original message, I didnt have anymore characters to write in the original message complaint with BBB so I emailed the BBB representative additional information to include with this case all that evidence sent and they could see whats been sent and received and they didnt stop to behavior. it is just got out of hand next-door shouldve been the first ones to step in and say thats enough stop  at my experience on Nextdoor seeing how they let these individuals do what they want and they penalize me that platform is a joke but you cant have it both ways. You cant say they are rules here and this group of people can do what they want but everybody else got a fall in line. You cant have it both ways you have a set of rules and everybody follow or you dont those individuals and follow the rules , I got caught up. I was caught off guard but I thought about it then I wouldve took screenshots of everything that was sent. It was inappropriate for any of them to call me a liar to accuse me of the and then they went out of their way by going on my go for me page and sending me messages talking about Im a scammer and a fraud .

    I provided both my email address and my Apple ID my Apple ID is what I used on Nextdoor anytime that I submitted contact to Nextdoor support. They email me to my email address at my yahoo my Apple ID for Nextdoor. I gave them in my complaint for them to pull up my account, and I gave them all of those case numbers to pull up. My Nextdoor account  *********************************************** thats the email used to log into Nextdoor. Between that apple id and all those case numbers if they still complain they cant pull up my account their resources are clearly inadequate

    I am rejecting this response because: The manner of how Nextdoor handled my account after meeting, harassed and disrespected by multiple Nextdoor users. My account never should have been suspended. They are missing the whole point. I have submitted a lot of information to Nextdoor support along with Better Business Bureau. They are missing the point the point is what happened and how they failed to protect me on their platform had Nextdoor support followed their own policy when it came to all the Nextdoor users would not have gotten to where he got. That is my point next-door support allowed these other users to disrespect me to harass me to stalk me. These other users antagonize me these other users set lies about me all behind me  Sharing a ******** post, I took screenshots. I took plenty of screenshots. Even when I told these individuals to stop leave me alone dont contact me. They still kept doing it and Nextdoor policy. It says if a neighbor tells you to leave them alone if they tell you not to contact them you cannot contact them. I mean its a laundry list of rules on the app on that platform and I bet you if you go through all the rules and read everything that was sent to me what was sent to me you will see a lot of Nextdoor users violating those policies. My problem is to wait how Nextdoor handle  my account and lack of handling other Nextdoor user accounts. These individuals cross the line and they shouldve been deactivated my point is Nextdoor allowed all of the negative behavior and what next-door to me they didnt due to the other users there was racism going on next-door did nothing about it , I wanted to close my Nextdoor account and reopen another one. Thats what I wanted to do. I mean those you just kept coming at me left and right with the things that you were saying how you were saying it they did not know about my ******** page they accuse me of being fraud, and that is slander, and that type of behavior according to Nextdoor policy is not welcome and yet Nextdoor allowed it to happen , those individuals was looking to pick a fight Im a fraud because of my skin color have them show you everything on that page all of the content that was sent and you will see for yourself what Im talking about. I am not the only Nextdoor user that has pointed this out. I am not the only next-door user that has been violated, but other users and next-door didnt do nothing about it. You cant have it both ways you cant say you cant do these things and allow people to do them and pay and play favoritism , you cannot discriminate against me and allow others to get away with it. If you have rules and everyone is supposed to buy those rules and you let one group of people get away with it that is not right that is why I submitted this business complaint I mean how many times they claim I didnt give them the right information to look up my account but in the original complaint, you can clearly see where I said this is the login for my Nextdoor account  that Apple ID I included that with the complaint and they claim I wasnt giving them the right information. I gave them all of those case numbers and they claim they couldnt find nothing. Next-door support needs to be reevaluated because they have issues.

    I signed up on NextDoor in order to keep up with happenings around my city and surrounding areas and for tips on finding help with things like repairs, housecleaning, etc. Once I signed up I started noticing people making political comments, including comments about national politics even though this was against the rules. When I expressed my own views I was targeted by moderators who made inappropriate comments on my posts, personal insults, etc. The views that were left up were liberal views and there was always a gang of them who would attack conservatives who were polite and expressed their views in an inoffensive manner. I got my account suspended once for several days for speaking up. The second time it got suspended for 30 days, and I saw every single innocuous comment I had made was "hidden/removed" by moderators. They very clearly target conservative people. The mods seem to be chosen because of their left wing views. This site is worse than FB as far as censorship, requiring people to use their real names and locations leaving us open for attack from any number of unhinged "neighbors" and their ability to make our comments public outside of NextDoor. We are also unable to block anyone who stalks or poses some other threat to us.

    I am rejecting this response because: Next Door can say anything they want to deny they are targeting and censoring me and other Conservatives. Their BBB rating of 1 star and the hundreds of negative ratings all saying virtually the same thing tell the story here. I have nothing more to say to these communists. The day will come when their viewpoints will become so unpopular and repulsive to any normal, sane person, they will kill their own company. More and more people are waking up. Wokeism is yesterday. The word itself is not just stupid, it's past tense. They're already done.

    I am rejecting this response because: They can say anything they want. There are thousands of us who notice that their mods and people with liberal views are allowed to heap all the abuse they want onto conservatives. I literally had one of their mods stalking my posts and printing nasty comments on everything I posted. When reported, they do nothing. And they don't allow you to block people who stalk and harass you because they are sadistic freaks. A blocking feature would solve a lot of this c*** and they know it, but the ones who are mentally ill and hateful are the ones who are in charge and know they can get away with anything so the feature will never be added.

    I have unsubscribed from their emailing services multiple times with the link in the emails they send (beginning about 2 years ago), have reported their emails as junk and spam, and have blocked them, but they still continue to ******* my inbox. Its beyond obnoxious and bordering on harassment. Its ridiculous and they need to stop.

    Scammers are spamming my email address. The unethical company does not even have a unsubscribe option anywhere I'm the email. I left this app years ago cause they don't allow free speech at all. 100% leftist propaganda app. Delete anything with my info and leave me alone!!! Keep your spam to yourself!!! Every other company I have ever dealt with it makes it easy to remove yourself from these. These scammers go out of their way to make it so one cannot be removed!!!

    Nextdoor.com has ZERO ways of contacting anyone to discuss any issues! They want you to go round and round with all of their self answering questions and directions which were of no help at all for my issue! I have no way to access my so called "Ad" that they are billing me for every month, I show zero transactions on my account for the last 6 months (because that is as far as they will let you search) and I have no statistics for my supposed "Ad" that they claim I am running!I had to do a detailed search on ****** to try and find some way of contacting their customer service, and then I get a response that they do not check their emails!This is ridiculous that you can't contact anyone to get help with your account errors and yet they just keep billing me for nothing! They need to be held accountable for this!

    NEXTDOOR unsubscribe button is useless. I've tried over a dozen times to unsubscribe or go through the awful manage subscription section. They repeatedly spam me. When you try to contact them through their help system, they connect you with "user experts" not employees. So their help center *****. NextDoor reported as a spammer.

    The review team is abusive and the facility has been made aware numerous times by numerous people. I currently have an active case from my post on 11/19/2023 and reported 11/20/2023 after the review team (3 of them and their flying monkeys) provoke us in order to incite punishable reactions, banned my account once again. As well as allowing personal attacks to further their agenda. This is a common tactic of narcissists. The review team violate guidelines, manipulate guidelines and misrepresent guidelines as well as violating the constitutional right to freedom of speech. They think their guidelines supersede the constitution. Amendment **** State Action Doctrine When the government acts jointly with a private entity, the state action doctrine protects the first amendment rights from the private entity. They also discriminate against religion, forcing it into a group because it offends others.The review team is severely mentally imbalanced and their abuse to the citizens has been noted for about a year. I should have enough to file a case against them all now! It is blatantly apparent by the prior complaints that you are aware of the abuse and sit complacent. Get off your a** and do something!!! I know I am!I have uploaded only two examples, one of the review team violating guidelines and one of the personal attacks that they eventually removed. You can read through the other cases I filed against them through Nextdoor support.We are well past action of this establishment, now do something!!! I wont be pacified by soothing words, action is warranted!!!I advocate for victims of abuse and bring awareness to the unseen signs of abuse, such as that which comes from Narcissists, I have made the advocacy panel aware of the ongoing, supported abuse inside this app in hopes to bring advocates in to advocate for change. What are you going to do to immediately rectify this situation?

    While the neighbor is correct that we do have local moderation, her account wasn't suspended by the review team. They can't suspend neighbors. Only Nextdoor Support can suspend neighbors, which is what happened.

    Nextdoor repeatedly refuses to address the psychological abuse of their review team, just as they have done in their response. This is a serious issue, worldwide and needs to be addressed immediately. This is unacceptable.

    If there is any actual abuse happening on Nextdoor, the neighbor needs to report it to Nextdoor Support so we can create a case. Like I mentioned, the review team can't actually take action on any neighbors, only Nextdoor Support can.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I have opened multiple cases with Nextdoor support in regards to the abuse of the review team and each case I filed, Nextdoor support refused to address the abuse in those cases as well. Their dismissive comments, if there is any actual abuse happening from their latest response clearly shows their stance on the matter. Nextdoor in their response deflects to the review team not having the authority to take action on the neighbors, yet negates to acknowledge the fact that those very review team members are provoking the neighbors to trigger them in to an actionable response.
