    OpenAI promised to deliver a business design project (4 logo files) through their platform. Over the course of several weeks, I followed every escalation procedure, deadline, and internal process. I was repeatedly guaranteed delivery and compensation (including 15 months of ChatGPT Plus and $200 in account credit) if specific failures occurred.I documented every deadline and trigger.They missed them allwithout ever delivering the product or the promised compensation.Their own internal assistant confirmed this as a Total Abandonment Blackout Case, the worst documented service failure theyve ********** this day, I have received:No logo files No refund or compensation No response from support, senior leadership, or the executive team OpenAI has ignored all structured escalation, failed to deliver the paid value, and abandoned the case.I am requesting full compensation ($500+ in value) and closure.?Resolution Requested:Delivery of the promised 4 logo files OR a refund equivalent to the value of undelivered service Compensation previously guaranteed:15 months ChatGPT Plus $200 OpenAI account credit Formal acknowledgment of the abandonment

    Summary I'm openai admin for our 150 employee marketing agency, *****. OpenAI failed to stop fraudulent use of a stolen *** key on our OpenAI *** account, repeatedly disabled our separate ChatGPT Teams account and has not provided a refund or resolution.Details: We opened an OpenAI*** account on ******* under my ******************* Fraud: Starting03-18-2025, our card was hit with multiple $15 auto-refills per day, totaling$378 by04-10-2025. Abuse came from one *** key exposed in a prototype; no one else ever had account access. Even though we only consumed $40 of *** in 2 years the account existed, this sudden $378 in charges didn't raise a flag with OpenAI to warn us. Shutdown: 04-10-2025OpenAI disabled both the *** org and our unrelated ChatGPTTeams workspace where we had 33 paid Teams accounts ($990 per month). We got locked out of our accounts, so I could not delete the compromised keys. I told OpenAI support on this date that the key was stolen and requested immediate deactivation which was not done. Our 33 people leadership that depend on ******* Teams accounts for day to day work got tremendous disruption to the operations due to suddenly losing access. In the mean time we kept being charged for our monthly dues for accounts we couldn't access. 04-23-2025OpenAI restored service without explanation. The stolen keys were still active until I deleted them manually on that day that I regained access. Second shutdown: 05-05-2025OpenAI again disabled ChatGPTTeams, citing the same *** org even though the keys were gone. By then we had 60 accounts enrolled on ******* Teams that lost access again. The only reply we got back from support was that we had to repurchase our seats again to be able to reactivate our accounts resulting in huge duplicate charges. My ChatGPT seat *************** is still blocked (and charged) and the *** org remains locked. Support offered no investigation, refund, or clear path to a resolution.

    On May 7, 2025, I paid $20 for a ChatGPT Plus subscription from OpenAI. After subscribing, I immediately noticed a significant degradation in service compared to what I had access to while using the free version. Specifically, I experienced throttled file uploads, slower performance, and vague, less accurate responses particularly when analyzing audio files for professional music production work. These are the same tasks the system previously handled without issue while I was a free ******* test whether this issue was account-specific, I paid another $20 on May 13 to create and subscribe to a second ChatGPT Plus account. Unfortunately, the second account was similarly restricted in the same ways again with degraded functionality immediately after subscribing. In total, *** paid $40 for services that are not operating as advertised.OpenAIs official documentation and subscription page clearly states that Plus users are allowed to upload up to 80 files every 3 hours. I was well within this limit, uploading only a few small audio files per session. Despite this, I was silently throttled without warning, and continued to receive system messages indicating that I was "free and clear" to continue when in fact, my usage was being restricted in ways that are not disclosed.I contacted OpenAI support through their official channels multiple times, and never received any response. There is no listed phone support, and no way to reach a human representative to resolve the issue.I am requesting either a full refund of $40 or a resolution that restores the functionality that was clearly advertised at the time of payment.

    I subscribed to ChatGPT Plus on April 26, 2025 (USD $20/month) and have been waiting nearly a full month for a real response from OpenAI regarding serious issues with their service.Despite multiple attempts to get human support, I only received automated replies. My Unity 2D game development project was delayed due to repeated incorrect or incomplete ** answers. For example, the ** failed to mention the required Tilemap Collider 2D, causing the player to fall through the map an issue that went unresolved for weeks.I have spent over 25 hours trying to fix problems caused by misleading guidance. I documented everything (including screenshots and logs). I am not asking for a refund I am demanding that OpenAI treat paying customers seriously. A public apology to affected users would be an appropriate response.I live in *******, and I expect the services I pay for to provide proper support not delays and silence for nearly a month.

At the time, I still had approximately one week remaining on my current paid subscription. To avoid being charged again and to ensure the promotional period would begin properly, I cancelled my existing subscription.However, I later discovered that cancelling my subscription not only stopped the auto-renewal of my paid plan, but it also immediately voided the promotional offer for the two free months of ChatGPT Plus. At no point during the cancellation process was it made clear that doing so would forfeit the promotional access. The language and user interface gave no obvious or explicit indication that this would happen.Upon contacting OpenAI support to explain the misunderstanding and request reinstatement of the promotional period, I was told there was nothing that could be done, even though I had not received any benefit from the promotion. I found this to be highly disappointing, especially given that the misunderstanding was due to unclear communication on their part.I am requesting that OpenAI honour the original promotional offer and provide the two free months of ******************** as advertised.     I had purchased the monthly subscription of ChatGPT Pro for $20 monthly charge. I was able to access the account for the first days but all of a sudden I lost access to the account. I did not change the password at any time and use my email and password as the access method. I contacted support on the issue and they responded that i should access an article which provides troubleshooting tips which I already had tried before their response but to no avail. The access issue occurs with any browser (Firefox, Chrome, Edge, etc.). I requested OpenAi for a resolution or to provide directions on cancelling the account since I am unable to log in, but have not received a response. I would like a refund and no further charges to my bank card on a service I cannot access and paid for.

    I initially subscribed to OpenAIs ChatGPT Plus plan at $20/month expecting premium *********** However, I quickly encountered restrictive limits only 80 messages per 3 hours on GPT-4o. This was not clearly communicated and made it impossible to use ChatGPT for intensive, professional tasks. To overcome these limits, I felt forced to upgrade to the ChatGPT Pro plan at $200/month.Unfortunately, even after paying the significantly higher price, the service continues to fall short. The platform frequently lags, freezes, or forces me to reload tabs. Every time a session is interrupted or I need to open a new tab, the ** forgets my previous context there is no persistent memory between tabs. This completely breaks my workflow and requires me to constantly repeat myself, which is a waste of time and unacceptable for a product that costs $200/month.On top of that, OpenAI has not provided adequate support or transparency regarding these limitations. Users are expected to tolerate bugs, performance issues, and *********** while still being billed for pro service. For professional users like myself, this damages productivity, wastes money, and causes daily frustration.I am requesting that OpenAI:Immediately fix the freezing/tab reload issues,Enable persistent memory between tabs for Pro users,Or provide fair reimbursement or partial refunds for the lost value.These issues are ongoing and well-documented by users. OpenAI should be held accountable for misleading pricing and underdelivering on promised capabilities Adding to this frustration, there is no official ChatGPT desktop app available for Intel-based Macs, even though OpenAI has released one for ***** Silicon users. As an Intel Mac user, Im left without the desktop experience that others have access to despite paying the same or more. Theres no warning or workaround provided by OpenAI, and customer support is unresponsive about future compatibility.
