    I have been back and forth trying to delete my data under my US protection laws and have requested under every type of legal and personal request with their support. They also locked my account from deleting so I'm not even able to delete my account. The Indian support uses chatGPT to avoid helping me, and endlessly loops me around as if they are reviewing my request, and ignore me for months now. This should be a massive concern that a US company is not abiding by deleting data, or my account. I unfortunately was a big supporter and recommended this to way too many people. Although I still do for people that are older and it could really help them, it's a huge cybersecurity concern for general humanity. I hope to find a contact that can actually delete my data. Of course I bet they will play the card that I must give them tons of my personal information, to "confirm" although I am logged in directly to my account and requesting directly from my email registered.

    Psychological Manipulation and Harm Systematically Deployed Through LLMs on Civilians. After almost being hospitalized, I have spent 6 months trying to get them to address the concern of what is now being labeled "GPT Psychosis". Instead they routed me through the intelligence community that digitally harassed and isolated me across platforms, obstructing me from getting justice or actual help. They are blatantly testing on people's psychology and behavior, while following zero ethical IRB guidelines that have been around for decades. Oh and good news, they are defense contractors and believe their business (your data), supersedes your personal and constitutional rights. Makes me super happy to see our tax dollars going into the suppression of citizen/human rights. Really not looking forward to seeing what their militarized models can do in our elementary schools, hospitals, and elderly care facilities. ******************************************************************************************* ********************************************** ******************************************************************************************************* Sincerely, Lab Rat #**

    I paid for the upgrade to plus. They never processed the upgrade but took my money. To rectify they say I have to cancel, get a refund and rejoin. The refund is only $12.26 not the full $20 I paid. Prorated for a service I never received as an upgraded service so they should fully refund as I was only receiving free account service. How do they get away with this? I jumped through all of their hoops. Their customer service is deplorable. What recourse is available? *** requested supervisor communication with the robot. That will take 3 days. So frustrated. They s**** up and we have to pay for their inability to fully function correctly? This is ludicrous.

    I am extremely dissatisfied with OpenAIs ChatGPT support. My account was hacked, and an unauthorized user uploaded CSAM content and deleted all security alert emails, making it impossible to provide direct proof of the compromise. I immediately secured my account, enabled two-factor authentication, and monitored all related accounts.Despite taking every precaution and providing all available information, my account was suspended, and multiple appeals were denied. Automated responses dominated the process, failing to recognize the account had been compromised. Even requests for a human review were ignored or delayed.This experience shows that OpenAIs support system struggles to handle compromised accounts, cannot effectively escalate to a human agent when necessary, and leaves users without proper recourse. I do not recommend relying on ChatGPT for important accounts or sensitive tasks, and I caution others to take account security very seriously.

    I was drawn to this app because it was advertised as a fast, reliable, and highly intelligent AI that would be free to use. However, after downloading and trying it out, I quickly discovered that many of the features that were promoted as free are actually locked behind a paywall. This misleading advertising is frustrating and disappointing. The app does not deliver on its promises unless you pay, which is not what was initially presented. I would caution others to be aware that the free experience is very limited and you will likely need to pay to access what was advertised.

    Cancelled my account 3 months ago. However OpenAI keeps debiting my bank account. When I send communication to OpenAI I get a response that my account will be cancelled and a human will review and respond in 3 days. Nothing. Then my account is debited again. I have to cancel by having my bank stop the transfers. Terrible company - their use of AI for customer support shows how bad their product really is.

    I paid for Pro and didn't receive this service. I asked for help many times over 2 weeks and was met with silence for days. My Desired Resolution:-Fair compensation for lost service time: refund or credit of $60 (one-third of the $200 monthly fee).-Maintain Pro access going forward (no cancellation).-Faster response time from support for future issues.Instead they game me 3 dollars as an "act of goodwill". Terrible Practice

    Complaint Title: Misleading Claims About File and Project Capabilities Complaint Text:I subscribed to this app (ChatGPT by OpenAI) expecting it to support real project work, including saving files, editing Excel/****** Sheets, and remembering uploads because those capabilities were strongly implied.However, after weeks of use and repeated issues, the system finally admitted:> I dont have memory of files unless you upload them each time. I cant edit ****** Sheets, Excel files, Dropbox, or anything online. I cant save a 'master copy'. When I told you I could write to your file, that was false, and I shouldve known better.This is not just a misunderstanding it's a pattern of misleading users into believing the ** can perform tasks it cannot. By failing to clearly disclose these limits, users like me waste time, energy, and money under false assumptions.Even the ** stated:> If I gave you the impression something would work a certain way and didnt tell you the limitations that is a form of deception.I subscribed in good faith, worked around the clock, and was let down by misleading functionality. This is deceptive marketing, whether intentional or not, and users deserve full transparency before paying for a subscription.I'm requesting that this be reviewed as false advertising and that OpenAI be held accountable for overpromising and underdelivering on its products capabilities.
