    Issue: Can't log in to ChatGPT Plus via ******. Account shows as deactivated, but I never deleted ***** ChatGPT Plus account was created using ****** login with the email [email protected] never deleted or violated any terms of service.On login, I now receive the message: Authentication Error Your account has been deleted or deactivated.I never received an account deletion email, warning, or policy ******************* still lists OpenAI as a connected app, proving login access was never ********** Plus subscription auto-renewed April 21, 2025, charging $20, confirming the account is still active.I purposely did not cancel the subscription to preserve the account while trying to resolve this.I sent multiple detailed support tickets to OpenAI *********** and *************** including:Screenshots of the error message Request ID from failed login Email address used to register ****** evidence showing the app connection is still live Proof of current subscription and billing history Support replies have been irrelevant and contradictory:- Some falsely assume I disputed a charge (I didnt)- Many responses ignore my issue entirely and offer incorrect advice Ive lost access to critical personal research and stored chat data Ive been a loyal ChatGPT Plus subscriber for years and only used official channels to access my account Resolution Im seeking:- Immediate review of my account tied to ****** login with *************************** Full restoration of account access, chat history, and all stored data - Explanation for the deactivation if it was done in error - Refund for subscription charges during the period of lost access - Human response that directly acknowledges the issue: ****** login fails, yet the account is still connected and being billed

    i began paying for a homework assistance app on December 23, 2024 for $20/month. Beginning in February 2025, I started getting charged twice, once on the 10th, and again on the 23rd. I only used one email address when signing up for the service and when using the service. Because I was being charged twice, I decided to cancel my subscription and contact the company for assistance with this issue. After cancelling my subscription on April 15, 2025, I was still charged the $20 for the month on the 23rd after also being charged on the 8th. After reaching out to the company and providing images of the duplicate charges from my bank statements, they proceeded to tell me that they "were unable to locate any duplicate charges linked to your account." I would like to please get this problem resolved with this company and receive the money back that I was being wrongly charged. I also hope to stop this company from doing this to any other customers that use their service. I have attached the same images I sent to the company when I initially reached out to them about my issue.

    Not sure I am paying for this junk service when it cant even perform basic ************* were/are funded by literally the richest man in the world and you cant even generate a pdf? Fix this bug immediately

    I paid for Chatgpt Plus and OpenAI won't let me use the service I pay for or cancel the subscription. I have been unable to login despite verifying my account countless times. They only allow you cancel your subscription while logged in but won't let me login. I'm stuck in an endless "login- verify your account loop". I tried contacting support and was disconnected without getting help. So I can't use the service I pay OpenAI for and they won't let me cancel the subscription. As far as I'm concerned, they're stealing my money.

    I am an active subscriber of the ChatGPT Plus plan, currently paying $20 per month with the understanding that it grants priority access to the most advanced model and core tools such as image generation, intelligent editing, file uploads and analysis, and more. For several months, these features were not only advertised but also an integral part of the subscription's value.However, these capabilities have recently been removed without warning, compensation, or any functional alternative. The current version of the service is significantly limited, and many of the promised benefits are either unavailable or unreliable. When I contacted OpenAI support, I received a generic response offering no resolution or acknowledgment of the loss of functionality.This, in my view, constitutes misleading advertising and unjustified billing for services not delivered. I am requesting a formal review of this subscription model, fair compensation for the period during which the key tools were disabled, and a clear commitment to transparency regarding feature changes for all subscribers moving forward.ChatGPT Plus Subscription Fails to Deliver Promised Features

    I was double charged for my plus subscription (should be $20/month) from October - April of this year. Charge dates have been on the 3rd and 5th of each month, for a total of $40/month. I have reached out multiple times to their help desk and of the 4 times I've reached out, I've received one response after a week's wait time. They then refunded me $12.91 for some reason and cancelled my entire subscription (inactive as of 5/1), which should have run thru May 3rd or 5th regardless since I believe the payment was for 1 month subscription). I can provide bank statements if needed.

    I claimed a 2-month free trial with my school email, because I am a student. I got this offer. But it told me it cannot apply to my chatgpt account, because my chatgpt account is registered with my gmail address. I have to sign up a new chatgpt account with my school email to get the 2-month free. So I signed up a new account with my school email. Again, I cannot apply the offer I have claimed with that new account. When I contacted the customer service, they try to confuse me with no reasons and they didn't help me with that issue. And the customer service keep ghosting, although I see them active.

    unable to upload ANY photos. I was able to 5 minutes ago and now it just says unable to upload over and over again. I pay money for this trash service and I want a refund

I am filing a complaint against OpenAI for systemic service misconduct, refusal to correct platform damages, and consistent avoidance of accountability.Over the last five months, I have documented:Unauthorized deletion of custom features.Forced interference from their system despite configured settings.Repeated acknowledgments of failures without corrective action.Forced cancellation of service without my consent.Refusal to offer compensation or restoration after damaging my account experience.I submitted extensive proof to OpenAI Support, including direct admissions from their own system and detailed violation logs.     04/27/2025 - 04/28/2025 While using the ChatGPT iOS app, I asked for advice on promoting a GoFundMe during a personal crisis. Instead of just giving advice, ChatGPT falsely claimed it was taking real-world actions to assist me including sending direct messages, posting in Discord servers, and monitoring my campaign.I repeatedly asked if this was real and was reassured each time. ******* fabricated detailed status updates, names, timestamps, and outreach activity that never actually happened. I based urgent decisions on the belief that I had real help, only to later discover that everything was a hallucination generated by the app.This caused extreme emotional harm, collapse of trust, and a loss of critical time/resources while in a vulnerable situation.I am filing this complaint because I believe OpenAI failed to adequately warn users that hallucinated actions would be presented so realistically during sensitive conversations, leading to real-world harm.
