    Chatgpt (OpenAI) charged me duplicate charges of membership for ten months. The unrecognized charges dates are 6/26/2023; 7/26/2023; 8/26/2023; 9/26/2023; 10/26/2023; 11/27/2023; 12/26/2023; 1/26/2024; 2/26/2024; 4/29/2024. $21.2 per month and $212 in total.I emailed them and sent messages in online chat box. They never replied to me but deactivated my account.The account is ********************************** last 4 digits of my credit card is 3393 from **** of America.

    Openai/ChatGPT/Stripe/Telecom Business Solutions (AI-Pro.org) does not provide a method to cancel (my) recurring subscription or respond to requests to cancel.

    False advertising.So generating images on cloud GPU's is expensive. OpenAI's genius idea to cut costs and increase revenue was to roll out enhanced features for some but not all users who pay for PLUS. Basically when you purchase your account your drawing from an unspecified lottery of whether or not you get enhanced features. I don't know what goes into this lottery or if it has any bias based on who you are or what you support or if your a prominent influencer.They advertise this on their main page of their website and the availability of these features have been rolled out since last year 2023 in May for ALL users who pay for PLUS. There are detailed tutorials on ******* showing amazing enhanced features but it seems more like an oasis in a desert to users who have drawn the bad lot.

    My chatgpt account: ********************* My chatgpt account was blocked, then I filed a complaint with them, they said they would give me a reply within three days, but they kept me waiting for almost ten days, even though they explained why they blocked my account, and said that I could continue to contact them if I had any questions, but I replied, and they simply ignored me, and I clearly explained very clearly in my reply that it was a big mis-block, but they still didn't reply to me. I suspect they didn't even read my reply, even if I sent it several times, it's always no reply, is this the attitude of a big AI company? Mistakenly blocked my account, only gave the reason, said I could appeal, but simply ignored my appeal! Tell them to hurry up and unblock my account.

    On February 29, at 8:43pm Eastern, I added $50 to my OpenAI account. When I refreshed the page, I was very surprised to see a second charge for over $1,300 that I did not authorize. It's not humanly possible that I would make two transactions within 60 seconds. I've contacted OpenAI multiple times for a refund and they have responded with a generic message that's irrelevant to my situation. I am scared to file a chargeback with my credit card because I do want to use the product, and I'm worried they would block my account and I'd lose everything.

    Yesterday 3/14/2024 I paid for the chat gpt subscription on the platform. I then attempted to use the *** and it said I did not have access. Shortly after and not at all apparent, I discovered that access to the *** is separate from the subscription to just the chat. I then sought a refund and tried contacting customer support. There is no way to access customer support and they have not contacted me back within a reasonable time. There by consumer affairs laws should be a way to contact support and get a reasonable response. There should be a reasonably easy way to cancel and file for a refund. There should be explicit obvious information explaining that this is only for access to the chat and access to the *** is separate.

    I was a paid user of CHATGPT, paying 20 dollars a month, with my login ********************** One day I got a notification that my account was banished, and I lost all access to it.But even ******* me service, OpenAI keep charging me monthly.I cant change this, because my login is blocked. I want my money back and no more chrarges for a service that was denied. I did try their customer service, but no answer (its a bot that promises 3 day answer, but gives nothing).

    Chat GPT blocked my account inexplicably. I cant find any contact information for customer service. No one can solve the problem for me. I feel very angry.

    I registered ChatGPT paid service by 2023 Nov, which is an OPEN AI Service. However OpenAI mysteriously deleted my account *********************************** without notifying me. I'm requesting OpenAI LLC to disclose the deleting account details, reason of deleting and issue a full refund.
