    I signed up for ******** this morning because I heard good things about it. It ended up being embarrassingly bad. I can't handle the tasks it promises and is a continuous disappointment. It also lies constantly. I changed to the Plus plan because I still want to use it for the month with my apple intelligence but even that has been poor in performance. I tried to contact the business about a refund of the $180 difference. Unfortunaely every link or email address I was directed to did not work. The phone number given was to an AI agent who could not help. Their whole business works on a model of never being able to actually get a hold of anyone at the company or never providing anyone who can provide culpability or accounatability. It is clear dereliction to customer service. The issue is the company lies about its product and lies about the support it claims to offer. This company should be ***** to provide adequate support for its product and billing issues or it should clearly state it does not provide adequate support for its customers when it comes to their services. **** **** **************** *************

    Lost access to my email, support can only cancel my account?? Ok was on hold for a while, got on chat with ****** (chat txt attached). After uploading my personal information, the *** never responded. I left my PI in the chat and they were gone. Gave up after waiting 30 minutes. I opened a new account on ************************ (same card and account info) from my old email **************************** 1. what the heck with your employee never responding at all after the canned Sorry we will cancel give me all this info msg 2. wait time is ridiculous 3. I paid my fee 3 days ago, credit (not a refund) to my new account 4. Really look at your policy; people lose emails I can verify all my personal billing info and should be able to manage my account 5. why was my image generation stopped or limited on my previous pro account.6. customer service agent needs to be re-schooled. Leaving a chat after a customer gave financial account info is not only impolite, it looks suspiciouse. If my account gets hacked we will have a nother conversation.

    Dear BBB Dispute Resolution Team,I hope this letter finds you well. I am a long-time user seeking assistance regarding the suspension of my OpenAI account (**********************************************************************, User ID: ******************************, which was suspended on January 30, 2025, without a clear explanation, causing me significant distress.Background and Compliance I registered my account in ***** around April 2023 (see Exhibit A) using the email above and completed all verification processes. The Terms of Service effective from April 2023 (see Exhibit B) state that services should be used only in "geographies currently supported by OpenAI." At that time, ***** was not listed as a restricted region.Technical Use and Impacts I accessed the service through methods not defined as violations in the Terms of Service. Since moving to ****** in August 2024 (see Exhibit C), I have retained valuable data that supports my endeavors. Losing access has been both troublesome and emotionally taxing.On January 30, 2025, my account was suspended with a vague "violation of terms" notice and no opportunity to appeal. This has led to:Loss of Data: Personal and work-related data crucial to my productivity have been ***************** Strain: Continued charges for my ChatGPT Pro subscription without a refund (see Exhibit D).Broader Concerns While I understand OpenAI's focus on security, the pattern of suspensions raises questions about fairness and transparency. I wonder:Does broad enforcement truly serve security interests?How do these practices align with fairness and due process?Thank you for your attention to this matter.     This company is overcharging people like crazy and then telling them it's their problem and they may have been breached. My account specifically was upgraded overnight from a ***** a month plus plan to a 200 a month pro plan without my consent. I tried to chat with them which is the only option they have. I wait 10 hours and no response. I finally had to call my bank and the fraud department to cancel my card and try to get the charges reversed. This us happening to lots of people when I go in the chat group forum, I have provided screen shots of those people and instances.

    This is a rather simple complaint, i was a recurring customer of the company which is the chat gpt online portal which i am using for research. i have been paying for several months. but the last 5 to 9 months ( i can get you exact months if you like) they have charged me twice. Literally, one payment is extracted from account on the 17th and 21st of the month. i email copies of the statements to the company and exchanged a few emails with them, but they are jerking me around by first telling that they can't find the account, and then other non-sense questions. they ask for my credit card number, expiration, etc. and i asked for a phone number to call and talk to make sure if it is not a scam, they said the company does not have a phone number. i found one which is similar to the one your portal, and it goes directly to a mail box which i left a phone message, but i have not heard from them thus far. So, my complaint is fuel by not by the amount of money in questions, but i look around it seems like they are doing similar stuff to other customers and if each customer decides to just drop the case, it can add up significantly in the ********** pocket. So, i goal is that we deter this type of behavior, I have stopped and dropped their membership in fact i have blocked them on of my card. Please help me and i want this company to stop this type pred. behavior against customers. please let me know what information do you guys need.

    I have a billing issue with Open AI and there's no way to talk to a person. I found an email address, but I've sent three notes in the past month and received no reply. Im being double billed for its product, ChatGPT. In my profile, it shows I'm being billed for only 1. My profile doesnt have even have a history of the transactions that Im being billed for. My account shows 1 invoice: #****-485576 from 09-12-2024 for $39.99. The invoice says that its for Sept-Dec 12, 2024. Yet, I was also billed $20 on 10/16, again on 11/16 and again on 12/16. These invoices dont show up in my account, so I have no receipt for them. I need to stop the monthly duplicate payments and get the 3 charges reversed.

    I was using Chachi PT free version and I requested help creating an STL file. The chat suggested that I upload files so that it could create the *** file for me. I did that and then I got a message and said I need to upgrade to chat GPT plus. I did that. It cost me $20. Then I spent over an hour chatting with the service and it kept going around in circles and I was not able to get the results I wanted. It kept saying that there were problems with the system and that I was in the wrong mode, and so on and so forth. I asked about how to get a refund and it sent me to the support page and my attempts to get a refund cap spinning me in circles and my attempts were in vain. I demand a full refund immediately.

    I subscribed for ChatGPT Plus subscription in the amount of ***** monthly. Without my request or knowledge, I was upgraded to the ChatGPT Pro subscription. The charge was initiated on 12/27 ahead of my normal monthly payment date which occurs on the 6th of the month. This was fraud on behalf of the company OpenAI. I cancelled the entire subscription on 12/27.

    On October 17 I had signed up for openAI $20 a month plan. Prior to my term ending I had canceled my account, then I decided to contiue it. A few days before my next roll over, my account said I had not plan. I went into my bank account and found they had charged my card $20 for a plan I could not access. I contacted Open AI support for my money back and to cancel the plan, and theyb said I had to reach them through my log in site. Because my site shows I do not have a plan it will not allow me to contact them through my site and theyb would not cancel my plan. They again charged me on 12/17/2024 $20. I am unable to cancel a plan that I have no access to and they keep charging my account. There is no account number, but I did give them my email that was run through *****. Because it says I have no subscription I do not have that inormation. My bank records show this from the first statment: OPENAI *CHATGPT S 11/16 PURCHASE XXXXX99686 CA Theyb will see they had charged me twice and it says I have no subscription. Because of this I have no link to have them stop charging my account. Log into your ChatGPT account using the email address you provided (***********************************************************).Visit our *********** at ******************************* and use the chat widget in the bottom right corner of the ************* the "Billing" option and provide the following details:Your email address associated with the account.The date you started your subscription (11/16).Details about the charge, including the last 4 digits of the card used and the transaction date.I did this, they said it did not work than theyb told me to do this:Log into your ChatGPT or API account using the email that's tied to the account you're asking about. Visit our help center and start a new chat with us. You'll find the chat feature at the bottom right corner of the page. If you have trouble logging in, this help article might be helpful.They did not accetp this either. what more do I need to do?

    Hi Open Ai support team, I have opened a case over a month ago an my issue has not been solved yet.Since I asked for a case number and none of the support team members gave me one here are the names of the team members who were 'supposedly' taking care of my case: ******, ******, ********. I will not re-explain the situation again and again... ,it's all written down in the 27 emails I sent and, for which, I still have not received a satisfactory answer. The support team gave me answers but none of them helped me for me to be able to fix the issue on my ****** is as if I was in a ping pong game and I was the ball between Open Ai and it's support team members and it is really frustrating.Therefore I now hope that I will be taken seriously. Hoping my case will be solved once and for all.For now, very bad experience using Chat ******* have clearly violated my GRDP rights and you keep avoiding to fix the issue on your side directly too and also you never give answers to the legitimate questions I asked as well.
