    They have been charging 20$ per month since one year with promise of giving full service like create video for me...it promised to do. but they have been playing that giving video today, few minutes and it's been more than a week and nothing provided. their help center online painful and no response. they haven't provided any contact number to reach support.     I am submitting this for review to OpenAI due to ongoing issues with their Pro subscription service, which I purchased for $200 with the expectation of accessing advanced, exclusive features. Below, I outline the specific problems Ive encountered and request immediate action to resolve them.When I signed up for the Pro subscription, I was promised access to cutting-edge features, including: o1 Pro Mode: A problem-solving tool with its own reasoning process and a progress bar to track its work. Deep Research: An advanced research function designed to provide detailed, in-depth analysis beyond what standard models offer. Access to New Models: Specifically, the newly released GPT-4.5, which OpenAI stated would be available as a research preview to all Pro users.These features were the reason I invested in the Pro tier, and I expected them to work as advertised.1. o1 Pro Mode Doesnt Work:When I try to use o1 pro mode to solve problems, it doesnt function as promised. Instead of using its own reasoning with a progress bar, it defaults to o3-mini reasoninga completely different and lower-tier model. This is unacceptable and defeats the purpose of having a pro mode in the first place.2. Deep Research Is Useless:The deep research feature is a total letdown. I ask it to research something, expecting detailed insights, but all I get is a basic summary thats no better than what GPT-4o spits out. This isnt the enhanced research capability I paid forits a rip-off.3. No Access to GPT-4.5:OpenAI just released GPT-4.5 and explicitly said itd be available as a research preview to all Pro users. This is ridiculousIm a Pro subscriber, and Im still locked out of a major feature they promised.I didnt shell out $200 for a subscription that mimics ChatGPT Plus.     I am filing this complaint against OpenAI for wrongful termination of my ChatGPT Plus/Pro account, failure to prevent $2,300+ in unauthorized charges despite a $100 budget limit, and unlawful denial of access to my data. My account was terminated on February 11, 2025, without warning, after I reported unauthorized access and provided detailed usage data showing suspicious activity. OpenAI failed to investigate and has not responded substantively to my formal demand letter (DHL Tracking: **********, delivered February 21, 2024). The lost data is essential to my work, representing a direct loss of $366,000 (calculated based on my time investment and consulting rate). I seek immediate data access, a refund of the unauthorized charges, $366,000 in compensation, and an investigation into the security breach and budget limit failure. I have attached supporting documentation.

    Complaint Against OpenAI ** ******************* Contradictions OpenAI is intentionally manipulating its ** to introduce ideological bias, enforce contradictions, and prevent logical self-correction. Over a period of testing, I observed that the ** was improving its coherence and reasoning ability when applying structured logical principles (Bartons Laws of ** Coherence). However, OpenAI deliberately reversed these improvements, enforcing artificial contradictions and limiting **s ability to detect its own inconsistencies.This is a deceptive business practice because OpenAI advertises its ** as a tool for unbiased, factual inquiry, yet it is forcing ** to adhere to a political agenda by making it misrepresent reality. Instead of operating on reason, ** is programmed to manipulate language, selectively frame discussions, and suppress coherent logical conclusions.Additionally, OpenAI appears to be using hidden ideological filters that steer ** responses toward collectivist narratives while suppressing individualist, constitutional reasoning.     Dear BBB,I am writing to formally express my concerns about the changes I have observed in my paid Open AI ChatGPT account over the past 24 hours. As a loyal paying customer, I have greatly appreciated the full range of functionalities provided by the service. However, I have recently encountered significant limitations, as I am no longer able to upload images or files, and all features located below the search bar are grayed ****** previous communications, I was informed that these modifications might be due to changes in platform policies or technical updates aimed at ensuring a secure, stable, and consistent user experience. While I understand the need for such adjustments, I am concerned that these changes have greatly diminished the functionality that I rely on and believe is included with my subscription.Moreover, I have been unable to locate a clear method to contact support directly to address these issues, which has increased my uncertainty regarding how to proceed.     ** I purchased this companies AI application. Recently I was told I has suspious activity on my account which led me to contact support. Support tells me they have down graded my account for terms of use. When I look into terms of use I don't see anything that I did incorrectly. I asked chapt GPT for avenues of reporting, searching for answers to personal situations, creating letters for me and adding applicable laws if necessary. I've copied a pasted creations of obligations and rights I have as a human. I'm not being refunded for the service, fas as I am aware. Which I'm asking if you will not allow me to continue to use services that are refund is had. This is what the company states, "OpenAI's mission is to ensure that AI benefits all of humanity. Their products and services are designed to address global challenges and promote the equitable distribution of AI advantages. Ownership of content. As between you and OpenAI, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you (a) retain your ownership rights in Input and (b) own the Output. We hereby assign to you all our right, title, and interest, if any, in and to Output". So im confused how I could have violated any terms of use. I would like to know exactly what I violated within the usage and if service won't be restored I am requesting a refund.

    In Nov I tried to work with support on cancelling an account I no longer have email access to. was on with a *** after waiting ***** minues. They took my info and then logged out. Left me hanging, very poor support. Forwarded the chat to supports email. They refunded that months fee's and credited to my new account at ************************* Great!! Now I cant login to that account, pw reset does not work, creating a new account wont work as it recognises the account as active and invalidate authentication as the method is not correct. Waited on online chat suspport two days both exceeding 20 minutes (my time is valuable and waiting for over 20 minutes for a premium account is unnacceptable and disrespected my time). Forwarded to support again 2/18, no ***ly. Sent a new email this morning no ***ly. On hold again with online chat for an account I am paying for but cant log into. Fix your support and get me access to my account.

    Some of the Sourceduty custom GPTs have disabled capabilities. The capabilities are being sabotaged or disabled after they are published. Multiple custom GPTs have been found with disabled capabilities. There were also multiple errors created for Sourceduty specifically while developing these custom GPTs. It was intentionally made more difficult to develop.

    I signed up for a free, 1 month subscription with Open AI (ChatGPT 4.0) in December 2023. I entered my credit card details. When I realized I was not using the services in February 2024, I attempted to cancel my services with Open AI. I went to the website and I saw that my account was using the free version of ChatGPT, so there was no credit card on file for me to remove. I attempted to email and call a number that I found some how. I reached out to a chatbot, but they did not have an option to ask for billing help/refund. I checked back in April and called again. When I did not get through, I filed 3 disputes with my credit card company (Feb, March, and April). I continued to file disputes until August 2024 because I still had trouble finding help through OpenAi's website. I only was refunded for April, July, and August. I asked my credit card to file a fraudulent claim as well. I signed into my ******* account today because my credit card company was not blocking their charges, so I lost more money. Help is very difficult to find through your ChatGPT account; there is no option on your profile. I saw I did not have the upgraded account, so I clicked upgrade to see where it would take me. I found they have 3 different payment tiers they offer you and found in small font they have "billing help" linked at the bottom. From there, they have articles and a chatbot. I learned through the articles, ChatGPT and OpenAi are different services. I originally signed up for ******* 4.0 which I was being charged for OpenAI API. I reached out to the chatbot because the **** stated this was how to get a refund. They refunding me $16 (not $20), and cancelled my "subscription." I followed-up to ask the chatbot about refunds for the other months and have not been able to get a response. Of course I would like my $180 back, but another motivation for me to file this with the BBB is because this company made extremely difficult to cancel their services/ get in touch with someone.
