    My account was suspended from a ROLEPLAY ad I made without thinking one night. I just want to fix it and be able to speak with friends. Discord is the only way I can speak to my mom...please.

    This complaint is being filed because I was falsely suspended by Discord off of their platform.I haven't done anything wrong, and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated.This occurred on August 3rd, 2025 at 4:14 AM.I tried making many tickets with Discord support, but I haven't gotten a single reply from an actual human back.These we're automated responses, without a real human looking at the ticket or taking any action.

    I am submitting this complaint because my Discord account has been placed under restriction since July 21, 2025. This is unrelated to any past complaints. I am referencing a new account action with unresolved inconsistencies. According to the Account Standing page, the restriction was supposed to end on July 29, 2025. Despite that date passing, I am still unable to access my account and continue to see only the account standing screen when I log in.I received an email from Discord ************** stating that my account had been warned for a violation of their Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. The same message also stated that I could view the remaining duration of the restriction in my Account Standing page, and that future violations could lead to permanent deactivation.However, my account still shows as suspended even though the restriction was supposed to expire on July 29, 2025. I have not received any formal notification of a permanent suspension or termination. I have submitted multiple appeals and support tickets, and each time I only receive automated responses repeating that my account was warned. None of these responses address the fact that my account is still inaccessible past the end of the limitation period.I have asked for clarification or a manual review but have not been contacted by an actual support agent. The support system appears to be stuck in a loop of automated replies, and my follow-up messages are being ignored or marked as solved prematurely.All I am asking is for a clear resolution either to restore access to my account as previously stated, or to receive an official confirmation and reason for a permanent ban (which has not occurred).I would appreciate a timely and human review of my case and a proper explanation of my accounts current ********* account's user ID is: ******************* My account's email is: ************************** The case numbers referred to are:#******** #******** #******** #********

    I am rejecting this response because:  My account was permanently suspended for allegedly violating Discords Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. However, I did not post or participate in any harmful content I was simply a member of certain servers that were later removed by Discord.
    I was not notified in advance of any policy violations, nor was I given a fair opportunity to dispute or correct the issue before being banned. My only association with these servers was being a passive member I did not engage in any activity that would warrant disciplinary action. I believe this action was unfair, especially given that Discord acknowledges that account limitations or bans may occur due to server associations, even without direct user misconduct. This type of automated moderation unfairly penalizes innocent users.

    I havent done anything wrong i sent my friend a photo to use and I got 1 violation for child safety which restricted my access to some stuff on discord but then shortly after was given extra violations which resulted in my account banned so i should only have 1 violation. I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated.This suspension had occurred on November 11th 2024.I tried making multiple tickets with discord support, but I havent gotten a single reply from a real human back.These were usually automated responses , without someone actually looking at the ticket or taking any action, and i really do hope you guys give a human response as ive seen many people end up with a bot reply here also.

    Ive had my discord account for 3 years and Ive been a nitro member for those 3 years as well. Recently they permanently banned my account without providing any proof of what I did. They claim it was child safety but they didnt show anything I said or did. I submitted an appeal and all I got back was a bot reply, I cant talk to an actual person. I used discord every day and they cost me to lose a lot of friends. Id like to have my account back

    My Discord account was permanently banned for the reason "Child Safety". In the reason for my ban, my message included "TURN ME ON" in which was a context for a videogame I was playing with my friends. The message does not contain any **** content as stated in Discord's TOS and merely taken out of context. I have not violated any Child safety rules and I want my account to be banned.     I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. I have just submitted my ticket to Discord and now I will be awaiting their response. Would the BBB please forward this message and notify them of a response ASAP? I would also want a real human response instead of Discord's automated bot replying to my ticket. Thank you.

    The problem started sometime in June. My account was falsely reported once I filed a complaint to the business. They gave me AI generated response and never fixed the problem. There were no evidence of any wrongdoing and I was still punished.

    I was falsely banned from Discord shortly after reporting a server that was distributing illegal ****************** material (CSAM). I found the server, immediately submitted a report through Discords official ************** reporting form, and then left the server right ******** help escalate the matter and ensure the server was taken down quickly, I privately forwarded the server name to a few trusted friends so they could report it too. I did not share or engage with any illegal material whatsoever my intention was solely to report criminal content and protect users.However, my account (username: 8js3, email: ******************* was banned shortly afterward. I submitted an appeal via the correct ************** channel and later sent a follow-up appeal both have been completely ignored.I am a Nitro subscriber and the owner of a legitimate Discord community, and Ive always abided by Discords Terms of Service. This ban appears to have been triggered by automated moderation tools, and now I am being penalized for trying to do the right ******** respectfully requesting a manual review of my case and a direct response from Discords ************** team. So far, all my attempts to resolve this through proper channels have gone unanswered.Thank you.

    Thank you for the update. While I appreciate that the ticket has been acknowledged, I do not consider this matter resolved at this time.


    Discord has stated that my account is still under review, but I have received no response, no timeline, and no resolution. I reported a server with explicit illegal content and was wrongly banned as a result despite trying to do the right thing.


    I am waiting on a full response and reinstatement or refund, and I reserve the right to re-engage with this complaint if Discord fails to provide a clear outcome soon.


    I look forward to a resolution through my open ticket (#********), and I expect a timely reply there.

    Im writing regarding my account, mephisto_ (User ID: *******************, which was actioned on July 19, 2025. I respect Discords Community Guidelines and would never break them intentionally.The incident began when I referenced a users display name, feet child, which they chose after being adopted by a user named feet through MarriageBot#****. I was simply using their chosen name, but the messages were misunderstood out of context. I very apologise if I caused any concern.This was exploited in a coordinated mass report campaign, led by users peanutandjelly (User ID: *******************, pixelated_screaming (User ID: ********************, and pixelated_crying (User ID: *********************** admins of my server, Celestial, falsely reported me to take control. They twisted my wordsknowing I was referencing a display name, not being inappropriate. This wasnt about protecting the community, but about seizing a space Ive built over seven years.Celestial is a community Ive built with care, now home to nearly 7000 members. I dont want the current admins to take ownership, as their actions clearly show manipulation to remove me unfairly.This situation is deeply upsetting for me and others who value what weve built. I kindly ask to speak with a moderator who can review the context fully and fairly.If you ultimately decide not to reverse the ban, I respectfully request that ownership of "Celestial" (ID: ******************* be transferred to:Username: starryskies111 User ID: ****************** Shes not my alt, has always followed Discords TOS, and would maintain the server as a safe, welcoming ******** alt: mephistou.
