    This complaint is being filed because I was falsely suspended by Discord of their platform. We, ***** and *******, havent done anything wrong and we believe the suspensions should be lifted and accounts reinstated.The first suspension was July 24, 2025 of a shared account between my partner and I, ******* and *****, the second suspension is on a personal account of Ambers on July 25, 2025.We have tried making multiple tickets with discord support, but we havent gotten a single reply from a real human back.These were usually automated responses, without someone actually looking at the ticket or taking any action after us submitting evidence of their error.We have also reached out to their legal team through email for additional review as of August 1, 2025.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have reached out to Discord 8 times regarding the same matter of their unjust violation with provided proof that Discord had made an error, in which I have been trying to rectify. I have also reached out to discord support through their *******/X team. I sent an email to legal, as Discord states to do before heading to arbitration if that would be the case, and through the efforts of BBB, still received the same automated response with no manual review to both my case and provided proof. Discord has not even sent or given any proof of a violation, I had to dig myself to find their error. I reject the response they have given me because they gave me nothing. Provided screenshots of the last opened ticket that they referenced that they will respond to and assist in, referenced in my BBB complaint, went quiet. Discord solved the ticket and had not even notified me. Where was the further communication hat was referenced in the response?
    The state of the matter at hand is: Discord refuses to correct their error done to my partner and I. They refuse to look at the evidence provided to them of the said error to correct the issue. I will continue to make tickets, however I am leading to arbitration at this point due to their neglect.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    We requested to have a manual reviewer due to discord continuously funneling us into their automated responses. The violation they claim we have committed is non-consensual adult content. The only content we produce are my ************** pictures to which are consented. 
    Discord has responded with another automated response to our request. The other issue that we have is; Discord has not sent any proof of the violations they they claim in their automated response. 
    we either require to have both the shared and bonbon/ambers personal accounts reinstated or we demand to have proof of the violations discord claims we have made.

    Please respond accordingly and which either result of reinstatement ir providing the proof of bonbons non-consensually posted *************************** is more than willing to provide their verbal/visual (video) and written consent to these matters if this is truly what Discord is banning us over.

    I am filing a complaint regarding a wrongful permanent ban on my Discord account for an alleged "child safety violation," which I firmly deny.Key points:I reported the original disturbing message using Discords official reporting ********* reply (child p*** is wild) was intended to condemn the content, not support it.I deleted my reply shortly after, realizing it could be misinterpreted.Despite this, my account was permanently banned and every appeal I submitted has been automatically denied without human review.This is a critical issue because my account (active for years) will be permanently deleted soon without any fair review. I have an available screenshot showing that I reported the offending content, as well as copies of the automated denial emails from Discord indicating no human review.I respectfully request that Discord conduct a manual review of my case before my account is deleted.     This complaint is being filed because I was falsely banned by the Discord platform. I have not done anything wrong and I believe my account suspension should be lifted and have my account be reinstated. This permanent suspension occured around May 2nd of 2025. I have tried for months making tickets with Discord support, but I have not gotten a single reply from a real human regarding my situation. These replies to my tickets were usually automated responses without someone actually looking at the ticket and taking any action.

    I am rejecting this response because: I was falsely banned and you still have not provided me with the evidence on why my account was warranted a ban, as I have asked you many times to do so. Many other people on the internet have gotten banned for this same reason and each time you have not given them evidence or a reason to plead their case in getting unbanned. If someone was to get banned on a platform, wouldn't they be able to see what they were banned for so that they could review what rule they may have broken or what they may have done wrong in that situation? But in this case and many others, you just put out a ban message from ***** bot or the other bots without letting the user (me) see what they are banned for. I am continuously asking for Discord to allow me to see what I was banned for, so that I have a say in the situation, but if they continue to block me from seeing the evidence, then they would have no reason to unban me as they have leverage over me in the situation. Please allow me to see the evidence of my ban so that I can explain my situation to you Discord.

    This complaint is being filed because I was falsely suspended by Discord off of their platform.I havent done anything wrong and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated.This suspension happened at the start of July. Cant fully remeber ******* account was breached on the day that this all occurred. I was asleep and when I woke up I went to go and use discord to play with friends just to be greeted with a message saying I have been suspended for child safety. No idea what this means or how it happened. Up until the day I was breached I had a clean record and never have I ever had any problems of how I acted on discord. Im 18+ so clearly am older than 13. It was a complete shock. Im really upset. Ive contacted support all I get back is nothing. Its been nearly a Month since it happened and all I want is my account back years of friends and memories are waiting for me. My info linked to the account.     I am filing a complaint regarding Discords handling of my account's (@tomatosoup_chan) suspension. My account was banned due to a Child Safety violation on 24 July 2025 based on a message I sent intended to criticize the inappropriate behavior of another user. While I support the strict enforcement of child safety policies, I believe my message was misconstrued and did not rise to the material distribution and normalization of CSAM.An initial appeal was submitted explaining the message's context and intent, but I only received an automated response. I submitted a second appeal, but received another generic, unsigned response stating the original decision would be upheld. There was no indication that my case was reviewed by a human moderator, and no opportunity to provide further clarification or context.Discords appeals process appears opaque and automated, even for a serious allegation that can permanently affect a users account. I am requesting that my appeal be reviewed by a human moderator.

    I'd also like to provide an additional information in which I forgot to tell.

    I wish to reinstate my account because I was also baited to send a photo of a "kid eating popcorn while wearing headphones" in which turns out to be an illegal video took as a screenshot.

    I thought it would do no harm as I just saw it on ******* and was curious why they were telling people to send it.

    Which led to my ban. I apologize but I also wish to have my account back because I was tricked for being foolish and not because I'm a pedo for sending that image. Thank you.

    Hello good afternoon, On July 24th, my Discord account was permanently suspended. I submitted an appeal the same day, and it was approved with Discord stating I would regain access within a couple of days. However as of today, August 1st, I still do not have access to my account. I submitted a second appeal on August 1st and received the same message again, approval but no follow up action. I was told to remove unfamiliar accounts on my profile but I am unable to if it is disabled. This delay is affecting my ability to communicate and use services I rely on, if Discord doesnt act quickly I could run the risk of my account never being regained back.
