This complaint is being filed because I was falsely suspended by Discord off of their platform.I havent done anything wrong and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated.This suspension had occurred in around July 30th 2025 I tried making multiple tickets with discord support, but I havent gotten a single reply from a real human back.These were usually automated responses , without someone actually looking at the ticket or taking any actionBusiness Response

I changed the email address on my Discord account from ********************************** to ********************* Shortly after that, my account was permanently banned.What I didn't know at the time is that the new email had been previously used on a different Discord account - one that belonged to my brother, which had been banned earlier. I had no connection to his actions, and this was an honest mistake.I had already verified my identity with Discord before (by uploading my government ID), and my account had been in good standing ever since. I have never received any warnings or strikes after that, and I've always followed Discord's Terms of Service.I would like Discord to review this case and understand that the email change was not an attempt to bypass any bans, but simply a mistake. My account that Ive spent over hundreds in nitro, thousands of hours maintaining and chatting, does not deserve to get taken down because of comments that I cant even see. I had my account taken down before I could even see the reports. If I could get even one of the reports taken down and my account reinstated, even if it is extremely limited and warned, I would be happy. I have had it for YEARS, I have documents, family members, receipt's, and memories that I would greatly appreciate getting back. I am filing this complaint because Discord is ignoring my request to lift the suspension on my account. I was falsely reported as underage due to a foolish joke, which led to my suspension. Initially, I was hesitant to respond because I thought the situation was ridiculous (a decade-old account with an active Nitro subscription). However, I eventually sent the required photo, including my face, username, and ID (Ticket ID #*********. After that, Discord closed and marked my ticket as "solved" without a response, and my account remains suspended. Any attempt to reopen the ticket results in it being closed without a reply. This issue began over three weeks ago. More importantly, the image I sent is still available for download on their site, despite their claim to protect my privacy and delete the image after review. I request that Discord review the ticket mentioned above, reinstate my account as soon as possible, delete the image containing my personal information to protect my privacy, and address this matter urgently, as my account is scheduled for deletion in one week.Business Response

On May 19, 2025 my discord account was banned for posting "non consenual ADULT content"I was falsley reported by someone in a server I was in and Discord permanently suspended my account. I received no information regarding the reason for the suspension or the duration of the action taken against my account.Immediately after this occurred, I submitted a support ticket through the official Discord support system (Ticket ID: #*********. As of today, I have not received any response or acknowledgment from Discord's support team.I have maintained a perfect standing on my account for over 7 years. During this time, I have been a consistent Nitro subscriber and have purchased multiple cosmetics, totaling well over $350. I have always adhered to Discords Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, reporting inappropriate content and behavior, to keep the community clean and welcoming for others around ***** addition to the financial investment, I have also built a network of important business-related contacts over the years through this account. These connections are vital to my ongoing professional communications and projects. I also have files and data saved within private messages and servers that are now inaccessible due to this sudden suspension. Losing access to these materials and relationships would result in real personal and professional harm.Given my clean record, the sudden and unexplained nature of this ban is deeply concerning. This complaint is being filed because I got falsely suspended by Discord off their platform. I got suspended off Discord on July 26th, 8:07 PM. Earlier that day I was attempting to report someone to Discord for saying they'd paralyze and **** my baby sister, He is 16 years old. But I guess they don't check deleted messages. He removes me from the group chat for trying to expose him, a friend adds me back and then a 5 minutes later I get suspended for "child safety". Despite me never saying anything predatory or anything that corresponds with this reason. I believe I haven't done anything wrong and I believe my suspension should be lifted, and my account reinstated. But when I attempt to try to appeal the suspension, instead of giving me a real human to talk to me, they give me AI. I forgot to mention that they didn't give me evidence of what I said that broke their terms of services.Business Response
