On May 27th of this year I had woken up to about 15 different emails letting me know an array of things has happened such as, My Discord account being charged for $100 at a time that could not be possible for me as the time had not occurred in the day yet (Time on virtual receipt was 7:30 pm time I received the emails was 12:31 pm both on May 27th), an email about how my account was disabled due to suspicious activity, and lastly 12 emails saying I had violated Discords TOS, I had sent them an email the same day letting them know that my account was hacked and the other things that had been previously mentioned. I got an email 2-3 days later saying that they would escalate this to a higher up and that they were sorry about my account, Its now been a week with no response even though ive sent follow-up emails. Therefore this complaint is being filed because I was falsely suspended by Discord off of their platform. I havent done anything wrong and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated. This suspension had occurred on May 27th 2025. I tried making multiple tickets with discord support, but I havent gotten more than a single reply from a real human These were usually automated responses , without someone actually looking at the ticket or taking any actionBusiness Response

Falsely banned for child safety violations despite no threats involved or harm alluded to children. I lost money that I was putting on the account because of this.I simply want my account to be restored and all strikes against the account removed. This complaint is being filed because I was falsely suspended by Discord off of their platform.I havent done anything wrong and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated.I had 2 Discord accounts banned, under different emails. The first one under the email **************************** was banned under their child safety rule on April 9th of 2025. Claiming that something I posted violated their rules. I believe this to be false as I do not post on this account and was not using it around the time of the ban. I believe the true reasoning of this ban is that somebody in the same server as me posted something that violated this rule and hence the whole server was banned and I was unfairly given this ban as being in the community. I tried making multiple tickets with discord support, but I havent gotten a single reply back from a real human.Their appeal system also doesn't allow you to type any text to explain your situation only to choose from pre selected options typically saying "I did not break x rule". Additionally when a message that you send is removed and that message is the reason for your ban, they will specifically show you that message in your account violations to tell you what content you posted resulted in the ban, where in my case they have not shown me this either.The second account under the email ************************ was banned automatically 2 weeks later on April 27th, 2025 for the reason of ban evasion. At the time of receiving this ban I had no idea that the other account had even received it's ban as I hadn't used the account in over 2-3 weeks. This is the primary account that I want to be unbanned as it was not involved in any groups relating to the first account, and the ban on the first account is believe to be unjust.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: The response provided is the exact same that I had previously received, and doesn't bring to light any of the rules that it was stated I broke. The main thing is that I was supposedly banned because something I posted violated their terms and conditions and I still don't know what that was nor believe that it was my post that broke those rules. I want to know specifically what caused the ban. Or if proof can't be provided that it was me I wish to be unbanned.

This complaint is being made because I was unfairly suspended from the Discord *********** account was compromised by another person, who ended up sending an inappropriate image without my knowledge. After that happened, I tried to contact Discord support to explain the situation and recover my account.I did nothing wrong, and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reactivated.The suspension happened around May 2025.Since then, I have submitted several tickets to Discord support, but I never received a response from a real human. The replies were mostly automated, with no one actually reviewing my case or giving me a chance to explain and provide evidence that someone else caused the ************ addition, other accounts related to mine were also suspended, which made the situation even worse.Business Response

My Discord account was temporarily suspended on May 27th 2025, (keyword temporarily) for being in a server that was taken down. I did not participate in any activity that should've resulted in this and I lost so many connections through this ban, I was originally suspended until June 3rd 2025, but now it says im permanently suspended and Will remains bugged with 0 Extra explanation.Ontop of that I Recieved 4 support emails after appealing multiple times that TOLD ME IT WAS "TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED", Not permanent. But I cannot access the account at all after 2 now going on 3 days after I was supposed to be unsuspended. .They also only reply to me with a Botted message, not actually paying attention to my issue.Business Response

I was using discord and chatting with a friend when I had abruptly been logged out if ky account saying that I had been suspended for breaking child safety rules in 2 different servers however 1 if those servers I couldn't find it at all meaning I did not see that server in my gallery of servers that i had joined and I got a warning last time from said server however when I got permanently suspended it did not say I had any previous penalties when I knew I did and the other server I posted nothing to it at all and so I'm confused as to why I am permanently suspended when I had done nothing wrongBusiness Response

On the 25th of April, my account was terminated from discord. The reason was because somebody had hacked into my account when I lost my phone while I was out.I havent got an idea what led me to be terminated but I have assured this will not happen again.
