Around a month ago, Discord suspended my account. I was sent an email by Discord informing me that i was being suspended and was told to check my in-app "community standing". Unfortunately, Discord has disabled any way for me to access this community standing, as it requires you to be able to log into your Discord account.Over the course of the past month, i have actively attempted to contact Discord support. These tickets were created in an attempt to -Find my ban reason -Appeal said ban based on the reason I have not received a SINGLE human response from discord's trust and safety team. I have only received responses from bots who do not parse my question correctly. I have attempted to ask the bots to escalate me to a human to no avail, i have asked for ways to contact a human at trust and safety to no avail.I would like to receive some form of contact with a human at Discord and be able to discuss my issue with them until my issue can find resolution.Business Response

This complaint is being filed because I was falsely suspended by Discord off of their platform. I was suspended due to using my account to notify my friends of a false ban on my primary account, which has been lifted. I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated. This suspension has lasted 6 days. I tried making multiple tickets with discord support, but I havent gotten a single reply from a real human back. I am filing this complaint because on July 30th, I was falsely suspended by Discord on their platform, and my attempts to contact them through their support system have been met with an AI-generated response and no manual human review. Discord claims that I broke their community guidelines by being in a server that violated their terms. However, at the time that my account was suspended for this reason, I was no longer even near the server. I had no affiliations or ties to the server, and I left the server a week before I was hit with this suspension because I did not want to be associated with it. My account, **********, under the email ***************************** was banned from the platform 2 days ago on the grounds of violating the "Child Safety" policy. I have no idea what I had done previously that would warrant the ban, and upon further inspection, it seems to be an alarmingly common issue of Discords automated moderation falsely flagging and banning accounts for reasons they cannot know. My account is connected to people and friends I have lost and will never see again. A violation was incorrectly applied to my discord account. The account name is sosomoose. The violation is for "encouraging self harm" however this never happened. Three weeks ago, Discord provided no specific evidence of a Terms of Service violation and repeatedly closed my appeals with auto-generated responses. I had submitted two appeals and only got an automated response both times. After researching, I now understand the suspension was over a political comment critical of the ********************** (***) - a comment that was not threatening or abusive. This message was pro-child safety if anything, not against, and I feel like it was heavily misinterpreted just because of the reason I criticised them. Discord has refused to provide transparency about the flagged content or give me access to the data used in the ban decision.I believe this is a violation of both consumer rights and GDPR transparency principles, and I am requesting a full explanation.
