I would like to request an immediate hold on my account deletion scheduled for tomorrow, since there's an active dispute letter open about this case, so my account's suspension is currently disputed, and therefore, deleting the account will only make things worse and will be considered as tampering of evidence.

I had a Discord account that I opened with the e-mail ************************** I used the Discord account for 2 years and purchased yearly subscriptions as well as items for my profile. I purchased profile decorations and gifts for others. During this time I lost access to my email. I tried to update my email in Discord but it would not allow me to, because Discord forces you to verify an email sent to the old email address before you can change to a new email address. It gave me NO way to update my e-mail address. Anyway, I built up an entire world on that account. Earlier this year, I bought a new phone. When I received my new phone, Discord detected it as a new device and demanded that I verify my email address. Discord booted me out of my account and then would not let me back in unless I verified an email to that old email address that I no longer had access to! According to ******, the email would have been deleted by now, but, ****** doesn't let you re-make the email either. I had absolutely no way to access that old email because ****** deleted it! Even though I was able to provide the entire history of my charges, including ****** account number, order number, and email as well as some purchases made through my debit card, Discord STILL would not let me verify any other way than by verifying an email sent to the old email I could no longer access! I had to jump through hoops and proof who I was by providing exact billing dates of all my purchases just to get them to cancel the subscriptions to the account they would no longer let me access because of the email issue! My account was also in perfect standing. They accepted my payment details to cancel my subscription, but still wouldn't unlock my account and let me update my email address. I had to make a new account and LOST all the descorations that I paid for!!!!!!!!! No other service works this way. All other services I use allowed me to verify in other ways. Dear Better Business Bureau,My name is ****, or call me wolfman if you wish, and I am submitting this complaint as the co-owner of the ***************************** on Discord. I am writing on behalf of myself and the other staff members who were directly affected.Summary of the issue:1-TGX was a large Roblox child-safety community dedicated to reporting inappropriate and harmful content on Roblox.2-Ownership of the server was originally with my colleague R3de, while I and others were co-owners.3-A Discord user named **** (michaelinvicta | ******************* got ownership of the server from the R3de, the ex-owner and has seized the server entirely, and more like semi-nuking it. 4-He blocked us, transferred ownership to his associate ************ and our entire staff team was banned and removed from the server immediately ( we're currently unbanned ).Evidence of agreements was deleted, making it difficult to present to Discord support.Why this is serious:1-The server was not a casual community; it was one of the largest Roblox child-safety initiatives on Discord, with thousands of members worldwide working together to keep ****** safe for children.3-The unfair transfer of ownership not only harmed us as a team but also disrupted an important community that worked against harmful online content.Despite our appeals, Discord declined to restore ownership, leaving us without recourse. We cannot meet the criteria because even as example, we want to become staff over there to reclaim it, we can't, because they would decline us. I am rejecting this response because: I believe that I have gotten that answer before, providing it again just means the Business ( Aka discord ) doesn't care I'd assume ? Well, I have the right to assume that initially since they provided the same response which was in the discord ticket ID. Second of all, I would like to tell you that the server has been wrongfully seized. *** was considered one of the biggest community child safety servers of all time related to Roblox, it got ruined and it ownership got stolen. I have contacted everyone else who pretty much managed Terminators X server, and has gotten full response of them encouraging me to ask Discord to transfer ownership rightfully to me.I have provided some messages sent there, as well as a screenshot on how before this happened, exactly by 1 day or so, on the ranks of everyone else. Another piece of evidence on how members are talking about *** getting somewhat semi-nuked as they made huge changes after they stole ownership is also provided from my part.
Please note that I'm unsatisfied and would like to ask BBB to forward this to Discord for a second review and re-consideration of the situation. If Discord needs extra evidence to prove everything, I'm all willing to do so.
This is important because in TGX, people who are there reports inappropriate content they stumble up on, in the goal to help clean Roblox from child groomers to condo players to pedophiles. So helping us retrieve ownership, again **rightfully** will both help Roblox and us be satisfied from the injustice we have seen !
Please note that for the criteria matter. We do not meet it for justified reasons.
The server does has 100 members (based on active user count). The current server owner hasn't accessed their account for at least a month is not eligible in here since they stole ownership, which is what I'm also appealing for. You (the requestor) have been active on your account in the last 30 days is eligible for my case. You (the requestor) have administrator or moderator permissions within the server's settings is not eligible since they at first banned every single old staff member, then unbanned us so they do not get criticized. In such matter, no one would be able to get Administrator or moderation permissions, that's because when you have haters and people that are on what we call "opps", they will make sure you do not get in the way, and they are doing it so no old staff member gets staff permissions. The server is not monetized.
The paragraph above is an explanation on why I do not and so does the Owner and other Co-owner who do not meet the criteria. I would like to ask Discord to interfere with individual/group server management. I thank BBB for trying to help me on this matter !

Hi BBB. I have been out of home for the past few hours, and for that reason I couldn't submit any response in 30 minutes. I will be giving my response below :I would like to decline this response for the following reasons :
1-This is the same answer coming from the Business ( Discord ), both in the previous response you ( BBB ) gave me, as well as in the discord ticket. I do not see and think this is resolved at all, since it looks like Discord doesn't care !
For this reason I would like to refer this rejection to the past one, where there's evidence of me holding the "co-owner" role, as well as answers coming from other people, such as R3de, the ex-owner.
Please note that ****, the person who stole ownership, has given the ownership to ********** which means, technically, the ex-owner is ****. This is done to prevent further confusion and tries for me or my team to get ownership back.
If Discord does not give a satisfactory solution, I might consider making an out-of-court dispute settlement.
I hope that this is received from BBB's part, as it looks like "Any correspondence submitted after 30 minutes" is not received or is deleted.

Being permanently terminated for a 4 year old message made by yourself when you were a child with no way to appeal it due to the Discord support team never actually talking to the person they banned is incredibly unfair. Discord's report feature is incredibly abuseable and you can go after old messages users have sent and report them for child safety, which can end up getting them banned even though they usually are false bans. While I do believe I was suspended for an okay-ish reason, a permanent suspension seems to be far too much to me, and they are only replying to my requests/support tickets with AI generated responses. I believe atleast a temporary suspension should be enough of a punishment for a 4 year old message, instead of a permanent suspension and account deletion.

My Discord account was hacked a few weeks ago and I lost access. I have since recovered it, reset my password, and enabled 2FA so my account is secure. However, Discord placed restrictions on my account and I cannot type in DMs, group chats, or servers.I have tried to submit multiple appeal tickets through the official Discord form but the system does not work for me. The information provided by Discord support is incorrect. In the official Discord system DM it clearly says that my account is limited for an unknown amount of time. However, the support agent told me that the limitation has a specific duration. This is contradictory and misleading.
I am unable to see any end date or duration in my account standing page or the system DM. The official message from Discord only states: Discord has temporarily limited your access to some features for an unknown amount of time.

I am rejecting this response because:I did receive my account back justly and had the violations fixed, but just like 20 minutes after I was going to tell my mentor my account was returned, I got banned again, and this time for a third time over child safety again? My Discord account .Knut_Balle. was disabled on 8/29/2025 for an alleged Child Safety violation. I immediately appealed (#********) but weeks later I have only received two messages automated replies. Discord has provided no explanation, no evidence, and no human review. This appears to be a false positive, similar to other BBB complaints where users were flagged simply for harmless memes in private chats. I am requesting an urgent, human-led review of my case and a clear explanation of the supposed violation. And i already sent them pictures of the chat with my friends trying to prove i didn't violate their "Child Safety" so i need a human respond without it going weeks, and days that the status of the appeal stays on Solved but hasn't even been trying too look at my proof. I am rejecting this response because: I didn't send anything that violated the terms Child Safety, i only sent videos with consent of my friends that even looked at the videos and no videos contained anything that was illegal or is illegal. Both me and my friends are above 18, i also sent proof on the Discord appeal ID #******** and i attached every image of the chat there, i don't know how any of it could violate when i didn't send anything that could be cought under the Terms of Child Safety, and i'm totally against people sharing stuff under that catagory. When i was on a call with my friends that day i never sent anything inappropriate to anyone without consent, and only thing that was there that might have was a video of a content creator called Nikocado Avocado, and he even is famous over multiple platforms, so i really like another chance enjoying Discord with friends since it's the only social media i got to play with friends on.
