Several months back a friend of mine was banned from discord, without reason or justification. In trying to reach out to them he only got a reply from their AI bot *****. Ive been trying to help him as he is autistic and extremely easily overwhelmed. Weve tried calling, emailing, contacting them though their various social media presences. And have never heard back from a human from their trust and safety team to try and get it resolved. Hes lost acces to pictures of family pets, message logs from friends who have passed, and many contacts hes gathered over the years, and soon his account will be deleted because discord refuses to do the minimum required to do their job.Business Response

Discord restricted my account again without explaining why.
I must express my serious concerns: despite repeatedly requesting clarification about what specific action(s) supposedly violated your Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, I have received only vague, automated, and generic replies. This is inadequate and dismissive.
I am rejecting this response because:
Discord failed to clearly identify which rule I allegedly violated.
Discord failed to provide specific evidence of the supposed violation.
Discord only sent me generic automated messages, without addressing my direct questions.
The notices I received even contradicted themselves, citing multiple unrelated rule categories (child safety, hateful conduct, community guidelines) without any exact explanation.
This lack of transparency is unacceptable. As a user, I have the right to understand what specific behavior triggered such severe actions, especially actions that impact my account until 2027. Without precise details, I cannot reasonably defend myself, correct misunderstandings, or ensure compliance in the future.
Therefore, I insist that you provide:
1.The exact message, action, or content that allegedly violated Discords rules.
2.A clear explanation of which exact guideline or policy point it breached.
3.Clarification on why multiple contradictory violation categories were issued to my account.

Hello,On August 6th, 2025, my account was falsely reported and then banned from Discords platform after a hacker was able to obtain my Session Token to bypass my Password and 2FA on the account. They then went and deleted everything from my account that didn't require my password. (Servers, DM's, Friends) and then messaged me on one of their accounts saying they wanted to buy my account, I played dumb for a bit with the person why trying to figure out how to stop them, which I found out through ******* if I changed my password, my token would be changed and it seemed to work. I then disabled my account for the time being, just to make sure they couldn't do anything. After this interaction happen, the hacker reported me 2 times for being underaged and 4 times for child safety. I have contacted Discord Support Team 25+ times (As I am writing this out to you right now) to have these false reports removed from my account and also made tickets to prove that I am of age to use their platform. Anytime I make a ticket, it either gets completely ignored and closed by their AI Bot *****, AI Bot ****** or The Discord ************** Team, or I get a response to remake the ticket a certain why, which the ticket was made properly. This is the general message I get "Thanks for writing in. It looks like you are trying to appeal a different action the Discord Trust and Safety Team took against your ********** that we can better assist you, we ask that you resubmit your request by going to **********************, and selecting Appeal an action taken on my account or bot from the How can we help? dropdown menu."Even if I click on the link, which auto populates the forum, I am still told the same thing, over and over.I am seeking to hopefully have you guys help me get in touch with discord to have this issue resolved and hopefully allow me to be able to use their platform again without my new account being banned for "Ban Evasion"Thank you and have a nice dayBusiness Response

This complaint is being filed as I was wrongfully permanently suspended by Discord off their platform for the reason of Ban Evasion. A server-wide punishment was sent out to all members within the server and all members got a temporary restriction plus a long violation on their Discord standing. In addition to that punishment, they permanently suspended the owner of the server, including all of their accounts. However, ********************** confusingly linked my account as one of the server owner'**** account was created almost 8 years ago, was active each and everyday, and has had multiple cash transactions with the company. There is excruciating evidence that I am a real person and am the complete owner of this account. Even one glance at the logs within Discord's database would clear my innocence, looking at the dates and times or calls, chats, etc.The suspension occured on the 8th of September, 2025. I've attempted numerous times to contact discord support, through email, and through their support ticket system. However, each time I was met with bots and automated messages. It's shameful for a company the size of Discord to rely solely on AI to handle these matters, leaving thousands of users in disarray, and I believe I have the right to prove my innocence.Business Response

I am writing to formally appeal that suspension.I was suspended for being a member of a server that hosted graphic content. I want to make it clear that I did not engage in, view, or share any graphic content in that server. My involvement was limited to being a member and to a few casual messages I sent about a year ago when the servers purpose did not include the graphic content it later hosted.
