Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unfair Permanent Ban of Discord Account - User: [grayillusion]Dear ******************** Mediators,I am filing a formal complaint against Discord **** for the unjust permanent termination of my account and their support system's consistent failure to provide a meaningful, human review of my case.1. Account Information:Banned Discord Username:** [grayillusion]* **Email Linked to the Banned Account:[*****************************************]2. Narrative and Details of Dispute:My account was permanently terminated on [December 8th 2025] under the accusation of "Malicious Conduct." This action was profoundly unfair and erroneous for the following reasons:* **Victim of a Hack:** Approximately two months ago, my account was compromised. The hacker used it to send out spam and scam links, which led to an initial temporary restriction from Discord. I understood and accepted this initial action. **Acting in Good Faith to Fix the Issue:** At the time of the permanent ban, I was proactively and manually deleting the very same scam links sent during the hack. I was cleaning my account to protect the community and rectify the damage caused by the hacker. I was not engaged in any new malicious activity. **Targeted Harassment and Malicious Mass Reporting:** The permanent ban occurred less than an hour after a previous 7-day limitation was lifted. Crucially, this occurred immediately after I had a heated personal dispute with a few individuals on the platform. I have strong reason to believe they orchestrated a coordinated Mass Reporting attack against my account to abuse **********************'s automated enforcement system. The timing is not coincidental; it is evidence of targeted harassment.Ineffective Support Channels: I have submitted multiple appeals through Discord's official support system. Hello, i was unjustly banned a couple weeks ago because i posted an nsfw material on my server, (keep in mind im the only member on the server) the video i posted got flagged as CSAM by the ** even though its not. But even so i am truly sorry and i hope you can see this as an honest mistake. i've had this account for 7-8 years and i've never violated any of the rules prior. i sincerely apologise and i ask for the consideration of my account. I joined this server for emotes and never even talked in it ! I had no idea they were doing "violent and graphic content" on there . I got falsely suspended from Discord in December 2024. I sent appeals but I was responded by bots, I kindly request that a human review my appeal. I had the account [7nx0] for a while and paid Discord money too, but I got a suspension that I think should be reevaluated. I joined some servers including one called "MineWave", all of which my friend made and invited me to, I just blindly joined them without considering they could be something bad, the reasons say "harassment and bullying". I did not partake in any of the harmful conduct that may or may not have taken place in any of those servers including "MineWave" which triggered the suspension. Please reconsider my ban, I just joined some friends servers, I paid for Nitro and I am willing to support you guys more, just please reconsider this. I also have the resources to escalate this further with the BBB, I am in law school, cause this is really unfair, it was just TWO violations of joining servers, not even three, just TWO. Please look into this else and help me or I will escalate this situation.

Exactly 8 years of a Discord account "stimmedoutkat" that I had was 2 days ago, on September 7, 2025, disabled under the umbrella of Child Safety. The origin of trouble was a GIF I'd seen in a public server that I had kept for years and considered to be only a funny image. Now, however, I understand why it was inappropriate, and I take full responsibility and I never intended to cause harm.I was so scared that I made a new account for a while to write a short note to my friends that I was wrong.
