    This complaint is being filed because I was falsely suspended by Discord off of their platform.I havent done anything wrong and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated.This suspension had occurred on the 5th of august 2025. I tried making multiple tickets with discord support, but I havent gotten a reply from a single human back. Additionally, all of the automated responses Ive gotten have yet to mention the issue I inquired about in my ticket. These automated responses were just that, automated, without someone actually looking at the ticket or taking any action.

    ************ writing to respectfully appeal my recent suspension from Discord. At first I got an infraction for posting a GIF in a private group chat. I was not familliar with Discord's infraction system got confused when the infraction I've received listed two different dates, which led to confusion. I believe I have mistakenly submitted an appeal without realizing it, and I've received an automatic permanent suspension.Discord has been my primary platform to stay in touch with friends, and losing access has been incredibly difficult. In an effort to reconnect with them, I used a secondary account, which I now understand was a violation of the Terms of Service and resulted in a permanent suspension for ban evasion.I deeply regret my actions and acknowledge that it was a mistake on my part. I want to emphasize that I've never intended to cause any harm or disruption, and I understand the importance of adhering to Discords rules and guidelines.     So discord banned my account 4 days ago for making a joke about my age my account is kenziicertified and i was told to appeal and to verify my age i did so and yet to this day discord refuses to unban my account

    I am filing this complaint regarding Discord (Discord ***** limiting my account unfairly. My account was flagged because I was automatically added to a server that allegedly violated Discord's Community Guidelines. However, I did not intentionally join this server.I had authorized certain third-party applications through Discords OAuth2 system, not realizing that they could automatically add me to servers without my knowledge. This created a situation where I was unknowingly present in servers that I had no involvement in.After learning what happened, I removed all suspicious apps from my account and left every server I did not intentionally join. I also attempted to resolve the issue through Discords support, but I have not received any meaningful response or resolution.I am requesting that Discord lift the limitations on my account, as I believe this action was taken without proper context or investigation. I take platform rules seriously and have taken steps to avoid this happening again.Thank you for your time.

    This complaint is being filed because I was suspended by Discord off of their platform. I have sent a photo in chat with friends but I didn't see that there was something uncensored in this picture. After that I have received some kind of warning. I have removed the photo from the chat. After that I tried to send a screenshot of the warning to those friends and I only imported it without sending it and I got instantly banned. I have things related to my programming courses and I use Discord daily with normal intentions. I didn't want to exploit any rules and other related things. It won't happen again and I'll look more closely at the photos I send in future. This suspension had occurred in 25 of April 2025. I tried making multiple tickets with discord support, but I havent gotten a single reply. They always close the case without a response, even without telling me that they didn't accept the request. I'm attaching the picture of the warning that I have tried to send right before banning.

    Hello dear BBB, I am addressing this complain to you in order to help me regain access to my Discord account that i lost without doing anything bad or braking any rules what so ever, in fact i didn't even post or talked on discord at all i was just using it for information / reading only and suddenly one day i get a message that i am banned from Discord for 2 years for child safety rules, i never even talked to anybody i just read news about games and bands so i like to stay informed but i never talked to anybody so this is an abuse to get me banned, i made server appeal since last month when i got banned but everything was unlucky, i tried contacted them several times but i was enable to speak to a real person, it seems that everything is automated by boots or AI and this ban was a error because many other people have witnessed the same without braking any rules ! please help me regain my access back because my Discord channels wore essential to my work as well as my entertaining as i like to stay informed and read about latest news in investment or crypto and other important things for my life, i never broke any rules didn't post or talk to anybody, please help me !     This is the very same automated message that i was referring and had problems. To for further add context on the matter in detail along with attachments:

    I have just returned home awhile ago and spoken to my Nephew to further understand the situation and clarify in the hopes of having Discord staff to view this situation from my perspective rather than having this to be an automated investigation. With the optimistic result being the ********** or even limited access to my account under ******************************* once my context is explained.
    To begin with explaining the situation and context. I was currently on a holiday to ********* and received news from my sister that my Nephew has gotten my sole account under ******************************* banned. She informed me that he made other accounts only to get them banned as well, my nephew confessed to some serious boundaries that he attempted to cross, of which as of this writing, he is promptly punished and frankly traumatized from his parents ire. He was able to do this because he had access to my personal computer therefore easily creating accounts(3 from what i gathered) with my other ****** emails, essentially compromising the privacy of not only my sole personal account, but creating other accounts under my emails without consent. This was only possible as i asked my sister to take care of my pet dog so she and her son housesat while we were away. In which based on previous appeals and his recalling earlier, he initially caused the ban under ********************* and tried to create another account later on under ********************** before getting that banned as well for ban evasion, and subsequently got my personal account ************************ banned as well.
    On a separate note we also learned that he made a 4th account under ******************* to tempt fate even further. As of this writing, this account and checking the emails for that account, IT IS CURRENTLY STILL ACTIVE ON DISCORD AND NEEDS TO BE REMOVED, it is currently logged off. This account has no business to exist other than to given my nephew a chance to do whatever he has doing that got several accounts banned, which im assuming it was extremely severe. I must reinforce this again, I only use ONE account being the one tied to ******************************* with the other accounts being created and used by my Nephew these past few days.
    I am very aware that the accounts listed were banned for a reason frankly speaking, the accounts made by my nephew being:

    Can remain obliterated and banned for all i care. After all, it was made without my knowledge and consent and was used in bad faith. I truly respect your guidelines and terms of service in that regard.
    Which brings up a key point in my appeal for this. I was not the cause of the banning of my sole account, *******************************. I have been in good faith with my account and im sure my standing previously reflected this as well. I've been using this platform since roughly 2017 and joined among the first of the Discord HypeSquad as well as engaging with that community early on. I am truly proud of my account. Which is all the more gut wrenching to see my account in this state. Had i myself, truly violated these terms i will adhere to your punishments without question. But i was not even present or personally caused the banning of my account as my nephew has behind the creation of these accounts without consent and potentially even using my personal account as a segue to his actions, effectively comprising the privacy of my account.
    I ask only to relieve and return me my personal account. As i was (and not to make it cliche) see myself catching a punishment for my personal account that is not of my own causing. I have attached below of my flight details that i booked today to get home and see to the bottom of this issue. This has financially costed me a lot. I'm meant to be at an engagement party but my Partner saw the visible distress i had upon hearing these news and attempting to appeal, suggesting that i should head back tomorrow(being today as i am writing).
    It is my greatest plea to hope a member of Discord can personally review this appeal and understand my situation. As I am essentially a victim to not only a child's poor choices, but of partial negligence of myself to not foresee and anticipate such a terrible situation. If you truly suspect that the potential for my account violating TOS, then please put my account on limited access or something of the sort, i'm more than happy to prove my good faith if given the ****** I simply just want the dialogue/interaction that is desperately needed for my situation. As a just in case scenario, i'm going to look for external sources that can also help assist my appeal should i be receiving an automated investigation and response.     I'm I have cross-referenced this with other responses and i can confirm that the business's response is AI-Automated and I'm deeply dissatisfied with Discord's lack of effort in taking BBB complaints seriously. And I cannot stress this more vividly, at this point I am unfairly banned by the fact that I was not present or responsible to the misuse of the accounts that led them to be banned.

I havent done anything wrong and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated.I tried making multiple tickets with discord support, but I havent gotten a single reply from a real human back.These were usually automated responses , without someone actually looking at the ticket or taking any action

    I am rejecting this response because:
    first, you guys are not showing proofs of me violating rules

    second, even IF i broke any of your rules, suspending my account forever does not make any sense you guys should give me a warning because im not new on this platform, i been using discord for years and i even have purchases in it.

    i use discord almost daily which means losing it this simply and not being able to use at all even in another account makes things harder for me, at least let me use another account on the same ip address, my brother also has an account on the same ip address and he literally stopped using it afraid of getting his account banned due to "ban evasion".

    what im saying is, its difficult for to quit discord this simply, better give warnings first than banning all of a sudden.

    ive got lot of friends in that account which i cant communicate with anymore cause of that.

    discord really let a bot respond to everything no matter what,

    i need a real person to talk to,

    this doesnt make sense i keep receiving the same response literally from them.

    bring me a real discord agent to deal with.

    So on July 31st, I was FALSELY banned by the Discord Moderation over I have no clue what I sent, I know I sent nothing bad, and my account was at a pristine clean state before the ban took place, I tried to appeal and send tickets to discord, but it just either kept getting binned or I kept getting bot answers, and thats just extremely unprofessional from discord.

    Not a single human reached out and helped me with my case, Ive tried appeal along the number of 4 times (two through the website and two through email), my violation was unjustified and automated. I also spent money on Discord Nitro, and to lose my account like this with no pure reasoning or evidence I did something, I will have to take this to court if nothing changes.

    Simply theres no way to confirm this isnt an AI response, if I did something, open up my tickets and respond, you guys are very unprofessional its been a week since the incident and all Ive talked to was AIs nothing els, I havent been in contact with a real person this entire time, I will be taking this to court.
