    On April 18, 2024, my Discord account (username: dexcs) was permanently banned for an alleged violation related to child safety. I believe this action was taken in error. The content in question was a meme that contained a bad phrase which, in hindsight, could be interpreted as dark humor. However, it did not include any explicit imagery or illegal content, and it was never intended to cause harm or violate Discords rules.Importantly, I only sent the meme to my own private Discord server, not to the public or to other users. I now understand how the content could have been misinterpreted, and I take full responsibility for that. I want to make it clear that I had no harmful intent, and I will never share this type of content again.Ive contacted Discord support multiple times to request a proper review, but all Ive received are generic replies without any real explanation. My account had no prior issues, and I had also purchased services like Discord Nitro in good faith.I am respectfully asking for a manual re-review of the case. I believe the ban was a mistake and Im committed to following all community guidelines moving forward. So far, Discord has not made any real effort to resolve or explain the situation.

    Hello,This issue is regarding an account suspension over false accusations. I have offered to present evidence that the reporting against my account was false.     I am filing this complaint because my Discord account has once again been restricted for malicious conduct, despite the exact issue having already been successfully appealed and resolved through the BBB. My account was previously compromised and used without my consent to send phishing messages. I took immediate steps to secure my account, enabled two-factor authentication, and informed affected users that I had been hacked. After Discord initially denied my appeal, I filed a complaint with the BBB, and my account was restored. However, I have now been restricted again for the same issue, even though I have not violated any rules since. My recent appeal was rejected without a proper human review and appears to have been closed by an automated system. I am asking that Discord fully remove any residual flags tied to the original incident, restore my account access, and ensure this resolved issue does not continue to unfairly penalize me.     It is the exact same automated message I received when appealing directly through Discords platform. My complaint is about being repeatedly penalized for a prior incident that was already resolved through the BBB, after Discord confirmed my account had been compromised and restored access. This new restriction is clearly the result of an automated re-flagging error tied to the original hack, and I have not engaged in any misconduct since the prior resolution.


    The response provided does not address the substance of my complaint, does not acknowledge the previous BBB resolution, and does not demonstrate that my account has been reviewed by a human. I am requesting that this matter be escalated for manual review by Discord Trust & Safety, that the current restriction be lifted, and that all residual flags from the original compromise be removed to prevent this recurring issue.

    I am filing this complaint against Discord for its failure to properly investigate and resolve the wrongful suspension of my account despite repeated attempts to seek support.A few weeks ago, my Discord account (@adlerstaat ******************** was compromised via phishing. A malicious third party used my account to send disturbing and offensive messages involving child safety violations. I was not in control of my account at the time. Several friends notified me about the suspicious activity and helped confirm that my account was compromised. The attackers clear intent was to provoke others into reporting my account, which led to it being suspended for alleged pedophilia/child endangerment, an act I had absolutely no involvement in.After regaining control of the account, I submitted eight support tickets to Discord, each providing detailed explanations of the situation, my innocence, and evidence including witnesses. All eight tickets were closed without a proper response and labeled as solved despite no human review or follow-up, meaning that every single response was ************ addition, I have been paying for Discord Nitro monthly for the past 7 months, totaling roughly ?***** PHP (~$70 USD). Despite this ongoing financial support, Discord has refused to reinstate my account or provide any assistance. Worse, my payment information is still tied to the suspended account, which I can no longer access.due to Discords mishandling of my case, it has led to reputation damage, as I was falsely associated with serious misconduct concerning 'child safety' caused by a hacker using my account. Ive suffered emotional distress, financial loss from paying ?***** PHP ($70 USD) for Monthly Nitro, for access and security concerns, as my payment information remains tied to a suspended account I can no longer control.

    Summary:My Discord account was wrongfully disabled, and despite submitting age verification and opening multiple support tickets, I have received no meaningful resolution or communication from Discord support.Details:On Mon, July 28th, 2025, my Discord account was disabled due to 6 violations after the token was compromised, 2 of which were about me "being underage". I opened a support ticket within 24 hours and submitted valid photo ID and account verification as instructed. Discord later removed the age-related violation, but the account remained disabled.Since then, Ive received only automated, generic responses. My ticket has been marked "solved" multiple times without any action being taken or explanation provided. I am no longer able to log in, view my standing page, or appeal properly. Discord support has ignored follow-ups, and Ive been left with no way to access my account, services Ive paid for (e.g., Nitro), or correct any supposed violation.This has been ongoing for over a week, and Ive exhausted all standard support channels without resolution. Im filing this complaint because I need direct communication and a fair review of my case.Resolution requested: Reopen my account or provide the specific reason it remains disabled.     I am rejecting this response because:

    They are being disingenuous.
    I clearly referenced my two support ticket numbers in the original complaint, and even attached screenshots of the bot responses and my follow-up messages. Their claim of no record of communication with my email is misleading especially considering that when an account is disabled, users often cannot use the associated email normally or even access the platform to send tickets in the standard way.
    I am asking that this company actually investigate the ticket numbers I provided, instead of filtering by email alone and ignoring all other evidence.
    If Discord refuses to acknowledge valid communication because of their own platform's restrictions, it just further highlights how impossible it is for users to get a fair response when accounts are wrongly disabled. I'm not asking for special treatment just a real review of the tickets *** already submitted.

    I am rejecting this response because: The image that was posted was from a widely famous comedy T.V. Series The ********* Show this series has air National wide and can be streamed on ********** to this day. How can I be in violation of child safety from posting a picture from a television show? I simply want my account reinstated. I will not post a single picture, meme, video, or any sort of media for a whole year if some type of justice can be done about this. There are actual terrible people on your platform but you are issuing bans to people who are sending meme photos from an ************* Show? I would also like to mention there were no children in the making of that skit. It was a prop. I have been a loyal discord user for nearly 10 years. I have never had a violation on my account. I have support the business for all 9 years thru your nitro subscription. And youre telling me I lose all 9 years of friendships & memories over a meme that your bots couldnt identify was from an ************* Show? Respectfully, how that fair? I would like a human being to email me at ********************** I do not want to have to escalate this to legal action but your support team is being completely unreasonable.

    On July 29th, 2025, my long-standing Discord account (8 years old) was permanently disabled for an alleged Terms of Service violation related to content I shared.I acknowledge that I shared a video that violated Discords rules, but I immediately submitted an appeal and requested a human review. I received only an automated response confirming the ban with no details about whether my appeal was personally reviewed.I have had no prior violations in 8 years, and I am requesting a clear review and explanation regarding my account ban. ********************** has been my primary way of staying in touch with friends and communities, and losing access without a clear human-reviewed decision has caused significant disruption.I am seeking a proper review of my case and, if possible, the restoration of my account.

    Hello, my Discord account with username "gnarvity", has been placed in a limited state because a server I joined violated Discords rules. I did not post, chat, or engage in any activity on that server, yet my account was impacted. I submitted an appeal through the Discord app but have not received any response.     Subject: Unjust Account Suspension by ********************** and Lack of Response To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Discord **** regarding the unjust suspension of my account and the lack of communication following my appeal.On July 11, 2025, I received a message from Discord stating that my account was under review for a supposed violation of their Child Safety Policy. The specific content under review, as seen in the attached screenshot, is the message:The only person Ive leaked is Dee.This message, while potentially vague when taken out of context, does not in any way imply or suggest any action that would violate Discords terms of service, especially with regard to child safety. There is no evidence of misconduct, no sharing of explicit or personal content, and certainly nothing to warrant a permanent suspension under such a serious policy.I filed a review request through the official channels as instructed. However, I have received no further communication, no opportunity to clarify, and no final decision from Discord after more than three weeks. This level of silence is unacceptable for a company that claims to support its users and uphold fairness.Discords failure to respond to my appeal in a timely and fair manner has not only impacted my ability to access a platform Ive used for years, but has also harmed my reputation within communities Ive built relationships ***** this point, I am prepared to escalate this issue through legal avenues if necessary to recover my account and seek accountability for the mishandling of my case.
