    This complaint is being filed because I was falsely suspended by Discord off of their platform.I havent done anything wrong and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated.I was sending meme/gif of happy friendship day that meme is very populated This suspension had occurred on 5 august 2025 i have never violated anything in the last five years and didnt knew that by sending a meme it would be a child safety violation if i knew about it i wouldnt have done it i have filed a complaint in discord support but i know automated bots will look upto my ticket i want it to get checked by an actual person and look into this matter as i have not done this this thing intentionally as it was a misunderstanding.

    I am rejecting this response because: i was sending a meme and gif which is famous on instagram and reddit and other platforms too it wasnt something that should violate rules
    and i had many personal info and buisiness info in my account which is really imp for me i am using discord since 2020 and never got any violation this was a misunderstanding from my side and i would like to get my account back

    Atleast you can do one thing if i cant get my old account back can you please not make my second account banned for ban evasion 
    if its a violation then keep my account banned but i should not be permanently banned from discord because i didnt do anything purposely it was a complete misunderstanding

    My Discord was banned within 10 minutes of two strikes. Account Info: Username: ******* Discord ID: ****************** Email: ***************** I went nearly 7 years with no violations, yet suddenly received two Child Safety strikes within one hour, one of which occurred while I was not even active on my device. That in itself raises a serious concerns. I have attached an image showing the violation was triggered automatically via software, not by a manual moderator. This suggests my content was flagged wrong by Discords algorithm. Discord has not specified what content allegedly triggered these violations. If a genuine error occurred on my part, I should have received only one strike, not two in quick succession. The first strike merely restricted my ability to send images until June 27, which I had already accepted despite disagreeing with it. Then suddenly another strike appeared less than an hour later, escalating to partial suspension to a PERMANENT ban. Ive been a Discord user since 2017, and since 2020 *** operated a legitimate business entirely on this platform. This sudden and vague suspension is causing financial and operational harm, especially given that I rely on this account to serve over ***** paying members. I ask the BBB to urge Discord to re-review this case manually, provide clear documentation of the alleged violations, and reinstate my account if no actual violation *********** be clear, Discord did not tell me what actually happened, nor can I even sign in to see it again. I was just randomly striked for child safety twice in matter of minutes! Help!!

    Around a month ago, Discord suspended my account. I was sent an email by Discord informing me that i was being suspended and was told to check my in-app "community standing". Unfortunately, Discord has disabled any way for me to access this community standing, as it requires you to be able to log into your Discord account.Over the course of the past month, i have actively attempted to contact Discord support. These tickets were created in an attempt to -Find my ban reason -Appeal said ban based on the reason I have not received a SINGLE human response from discord's trust and safety team. I have only received responses from bots who do not parse my question correctly. I have attempted to ask the bots to escalate me to a human to no avail, i have asked for ways to contact a human at trust and safety to no avail.I would like to receive some form of contact with a human at Discord and be able to discuss my issue with them until my issue can find resolution.

    I am filing this complaint because on July 30th, I was falsely suspended by Discord on their platform, and my attempts to contact them through their support system have been met with an AI-generated response and no manual human review. Discord claims that I broke their community guidelines by being in a server that violated their terms. However, at the time that my account was suspended for this reason, I was no longer even near the server. I had no affiliations or ties to the server, and I left the server a week before I was hit with this suspension because I did not want to be associated with it. Yet, I still received this suspension, which does not make sense to me.
