Recently my account - chmonyasikisnotdead (Aizen Soska#****) linked to the mail ********************* was disabled, I find out the reason thanks to my friends, the bot that was created by me for friends (name of the bot - *************) was hacked and started to send bad words to everyone, I don't know what the hacker can do, please help me to turn it off somehow and restore my account, these actions are not made by me.All my previous appeals were ignored, please help, I tried to contact both ************** and Support, and from another mail - ********************* and support for bots - the result is always either ignored, or redirected to another subject of the request, and there again ignored, or auto-responsed by *****, or said that i didn't make a request at all, I attach attachments in the form of screenshots - proof that there were appeals, maybe something broke and they did not come to you? Just in case I note that yes, I am now sending you screenshots, attachments - evidence of appeals and other evidence of the case, please can my issue be resolved with a live person from **************, not a bot or automated response. My account was stolen which has both very sensitive stuff in the messages such as drivers license pictures as well as other important information. I reported this not even 30 minutes after the issue happened. I also attempted to call their "Support Number" which always said nobody was available to answer my call and did not have any form of voicemail system in place. I have made numerous tickets with their support as they have continuously closed and marked as resolved falsely and has not said a word to me at all. I continue to reopen the ticket stating the issue is unresolved and they continue to do it over and over again. As well, the people who stole my account have attempted to also charge my account even more money which thankfully I was able to catch and stop before they could get more than about $22 from me. I had a friend who also put in a ticket the next day as his account was stolen the same way from the same person and they resolved his within 24 hours. I have provided plenty of screenshots to them proving the account was stolen and gave them everything including the name they changed the account to, the email they used to swap my account and they continue to still repeatedly do the same thing and close these tickets with no response. If you go to their public support site as well and look at the forums at <***********************************************************************************************************> many people report they are experiencing the same kind of treatment.Business Response

Im not satisfied with with response.And this is impossible because my account has been completely hacked and they have changed the email address on my original discord account. What else am I supposed to do if your recommendation is literally impossible? how else can i prove ownership of this account?
my email adresss ************************** has been hacked, it was the email I have used to create the account but from what I can tell the associated email has been changed to another email! And ********* has locked the account indefinitely due to this whole hacked situation!
When my email got hacked I tried to create a support ticket under it the case number is ******** And my email provider, which is ********* pretty much sent me this email after I desperately tried to contact them about my account on another email:

The only option we have is to permanently ban this account to prevent additional usage. At this point, I have successfully suspended this account and will remain so indefinitely.

I was able to find out the email adress he changed to through a app called nevermet. I have created a nevermet profile some time ago where I had linked my now hacked discord account, it displayed the email even after changing the email itself so the accounts arent unlinked yet. I got to see that the hacker hasnt unlinked the accounts and the hacker has changed the email that I originally created my discord account with to: ************************* And the locations he logged in are from Brazil! Im not sure if its a VPN but thats what it showed before I got forced logged out! I need to speak to a support agent who can help me get my discord account back! Any minute that passes is a minute where the hacker creates more damage on my account and puts my friends in danger.

As of March 7 2024, my account was compromised and reproted to Discord via the support ticket system. My bank was also notified to be able to cancel the card associated with my Discord Nitro payments, which was used to purchase several Nitro gifts. It has been over a month and there has been no action whatsoever to recover this account made by **********************, nor have the payments been reversed, and I cannot access my personal data. Ticket id #******** remains unactioned except for automated responses.The account has not even been disbaled despite being reported as stolen. It is currently being used to attempt to compromise other accounts, and has contacted me again to try and extort money for the return of the account. The account remains active, however I have no ability to recover it.Discord has no interest in preserving customer data security, nor mitigating security risks to their own platform. Additionally, the Terms of Service seem to only apply to users as Discord has no committment whatsoeevr to data security best practices, nor to ensuring their service is not used for illegal purposes. It is completely unacceptable that a company as situated as Discord is does not have a better recovery process than making users wait over a month without any updates. I will not be accepting any response that indicates this is "higher than normal" ticket queues as this is simply false.. ********** search for similar customer experiences shows that **********************'s norm is taking upwards of a month to action these tickets, and that sometimes the very lucky user can have their account back in a day.Business Response

My discord account was hacked on 4/3/2024, and I submitted a support ticket immediately after it got hacked. The hackers emailed me saying they wanted to make a deal with me and if I wanted my account back then I would have to pay them $$$. I have been trying to reach someone on the support team through discords support tickets and have also *** them on ******* several times trying to get help from them to get my account back. The hackers changed my email address and then I believe they created a new account with that same email address so that the old one could not be changed back easily and put a 2FA on that account so even when I try to change my password I cannot because it asks me for a code. I have let discord know all of this and sent them screenshots of the emails where the hacker asked me for money to get my account back and they still have not responded other than just bot response messages that are no help. I spend about $10 a month paying for their ***** services, and have been for at least a year I believe. The fact that they cannot help paying customers regain access to their accounts when hacked is a huge red flag in my eyes. Its as if they dont care and are on the hackers side.Business Response

around august of 2023, my account was hacked by a third party and turned into a vector of attack for digital malware to be spread. this account was reclaimed by me and not discord after a few hours of work. Discord around a few weeks later decided to shut down the account and claim they looked into the matter beforehand, and had a robotic support thing claim such on record. around the same time, an account for another third part online program, known as twitch tv, was hacked and shut down, but that company manually looked into it and restored that account, since it was seen by a human as hacked, and proven as such. I later filed a complaint on this very site for the account shutdown, and was publicly slandered by discord with false claims, and have subsequently filed a small claims lawsuit in my state of residence, which is still pending.This latest problem is i wrote to their support site 3 or so months ago asking for all my personal data be deleted, as i no longer can use their services due to their own ineptitude and lack of investigations. I have not heard back from them in over 3 months, and have also kept it updated with the question. Since they want to not discuss anything privately or publicly, i want to know why they have not replied, and why they have not yet deleted all my data from their system, with the help of the BBB.Business Response
