    Hello. I'm here to complain about an action taken on my account by this business. Someone mass-reported it, and the business in question, **************************, decided to forbid me from accessing it ever again.This action occurred in may 6th. I've tried contacting the business to no avail, i contacted them the same day the action was taken on my account, and they took a month to respond. The response was automated, saying that something went wrong with the request, (They said i had emailed them with the wrong email, when in fact, i haven't) and i was forced to make a new ********** these new requests i was also met with automated, trivial responses. I've asked to talk with an employee of the business but they completely ignored my request and marked it as "closed".In no moment the business gave me further information regarding the actions taken on my account, I've only received a bunch of emails saying my account had broken the Terms of Service, and contacting them up to this point didn't give any results.About the money i've spent on the business, couldn't have been more than 20 dollars. However, I used the account to hold private information that I am now unable to access to.

    My account got banned 24 days ago for false reason. I sent a support ticket to the Discord support 19 days ago but i didn't get any response. The ban reason was child safety, but i never got involved this activity. Please help reach the support.

    I am rejecting this response because: I still didn't get answers why i got banned. Any of my messages contained something bad or i got mass reported or I was member of any server which got banned? Im not violated Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines about child safety. I read twice and not violated any of the articles. I little bit tired for the automatic bot reply. Show me the proof, or give a second chance, because this suspense is ridiculous and Discord's support and appeal system is too lazy.

    so there isnt really much to say except that im using discord and then it glitches and lags then signs me out im not concerned cause im thinking its just laggy but then it says my account has been suspended for ban evasion. nothing else, i put in an appeal and once i did that30 minutes later the reply says to appeal using the account that got banned. at that time the only other account that had been banned was 5 years ago and it was hacked after my information was spread (which i also reported to discord then and now) so when i told then i didnt have access to that email anymore and they closed the ticket immediately without actually helping i opended another and another and another for weeks on end. so now im hoping that BBB can help

    Discord terminated my account for satirical jokes that were made by me. My account was terminated for alleged violations that included messages deemed to have inappropriate or pedophilic undertones. However, I want to clarify that I am a minor myself, so such a classification doesnt logically apply in this context. Additionally, I strongly believe the ban was issued by an automated moderation system. For example, one of the flagged messages simply stated, I like men, which was somehow classified under child endangerment.Other messages that were cited could appear suspicious when taken out of context, but they were intended as satire and were not serious in nature. Again, I emphasize that I am a minor, and the context of the conversation matters. Unfortunately, Discord has not provided an option for me to appeal the termination, which leaves me unable to explain my side or request a fair review.

    hello, Discord has falsely banned me because i said "i nuked a ****** with cp am i cool guys", due to my broken english, this may have a completly different meaning, i wanted to say that the server had cp on it, lets do the excercise, "i nuked a (****** with cp) am i cool guys", note the parenthesis, this is how i readed and worded it, "server with cp" -> meaning the server had cp on it, which i found it with my friends while playing minecraft, a bot was spamming the invitation of the server, all of that happened in 2020 or 2021, we decided to nuke the server, since we (and everyone) hates that disgusting content. however Discord just sends automated responses, which are not helpful at all

    I got banned for child safety for being underaged but I am 19 and I sent out ID photo evidence aswell! I made a joke to a friend who already knew my age who had asked me again and I said 9 as a joke; but immediately after I said im 19 and before that I had said I was 19 aswell and I I said it a third time to my friend who has asked specifically! I have been in that server for 6 years it's just cray that they would ban me off discord for that! Also a man threatened me that if I did not privately message him and talk to him that he would report me and get me taken off/banned! So I'm upset they banned me but completely skipped over what the other user had said!

    Subject: BBB Complaint Against Discord Dear Better Business Bureau, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Discord regarding the permanent ban of my account, which I have held for nearly three years. I wish to express my feelings of confusion and remorse due to this situation. Recently, I joined a specific server that contained NSFW content. Initially, I was unaware of the community guidelines I may have violated. In a moment of poor judgment, I made some comments that I now recognize were inappropriate. Unfortunately, these comments led to my being spam-reported by several users on the server.     I have done nothing that violates child safety and request that my ban be lifted. I have submitted multiple tickets and have not received any human response that has reviewed my case.     This is an automated response and I would like someone to look into my case. The violation stems from the fact that I was in a destiny 2 discord server and abbreviated checkpoint and your new ai bot banned me without looking at the topic being discussed, similarly to how people got banned in geometry dash for creator points and in cod for COD points. I would like the decency to at least get a human response from discord as I have been a nitro member for 5 years. I am a competitive esports player and would like to be able to have access to discord for the ability to communicate with my team. I would never do anything to violate child safety. Please look into this I am begging for at least a human to review this case.

    Hello! I was simply playing a game on Roblox, when suddenly a random person sent me a friend request and at the time i didn't think much of it so i just accepted it after which he told me to send an image to a person that i completely didn't know, because that person blocked him. I decided to send the image and the person replied to me that the guy who told me to send the image wants my account because of my username, which is "ohpeaum" and the person who told me to send the image said "say bye to your account" and "let me know when discord sends a message to your account" and i thought that hes just bluffing, however after a few hours i got logged out of my account on both my computer and my phone.

    Dear Discord **** I made an appeal about my unfair ban reason "Child Safety" basically what happened was someone sent me a friend request telling me to send an image to a person that they blocked the image wasnt anything wrong it was just a kid smiling taking a selfie, and so i sent a friend request to that person and then sent that photo after which the person told me "Vorth wants your acc :skull:" and I instantly relogged into my account to change my token incase he stole my data, however that wasnt the case, the person who told me to send a photo said "Lmk when discord messages you about your acc" to which i thought he was bluffing and unfriended him. A few hours passed and i was logged out of my account, i logged back in only to see that i was banned for "Child Safety" I sent Discord an appeal however i wasnt logged in so i sent 2 more which both got "Solved" however there was no reply stating what changes were made or any reason to as why they were "Solved" and its been almost 2 weeks since i made that first ticket regarding my ban and still havent gotten a response and in those 2 weeks my nitro has been slowly ending because i got banned for a false reason. I hope to get a response from the Company either unbanning my account OR showing me proof of me breaking the "Child Safety" rule. Best Wishes
