Dear Discord ************** Team,This message serves as an appeal for the recent ban of a Discord account, associated with ******************** as its email, ilvgirl is it username, reportedly issued due to a child safety violation. My Discord account was recently permanently banned for ban evasion, but this happened due to a misunderstanding caused by an earlier, wrongful ban one that Discord themselves later admitted was issued in error and reversed.While that first ban was still active, I briefly logged into Discord using another account not to break any rules or cause harm, but simply to access the platform while I filed appeals and waited for a response. I wasnt trying to evade anything; I believed (correctly) that the original ban was a mistake and just needed a way to communicate while it was being handled.Discord eventually acknowledged the original ban was wrong and reinstated my account but now Ive been banned again for ban evasion, even though the ban I was supposedly evading was itself invalid. I didnt abuse the platform, I didnt misuse the second account, and I wasnt trying to bypass punishment just trying to stay connected during an unfair suspension.This current ban seems unfair and automated, and Ive had no success getting a real person at Discord to look into it. On June 23, 2025, my Discord account was suspended for an alleged child safety violation. I want to state clearly and unequivocally that I did not engage in any behavior that would warrant such an accusation or violation. I am 100% certain that this suspension was issued in error or as a result of a false report.Following the suspension, I submitted multiple appeals to Discord through their official support channels in an effort to resolve the issue. However, all of the responses I have received appear to be automated or from bots, with no indication that my case has been reviewed by a real person. I just got banned off the platform Discord for the reason "Child safety." The message I sent in question was "f*ck!~". This was a typo that I sent as the ~ and ! are on the same key, and I simply didn't press shift. I have had been on that account known as "rivvy1" for the longest time, and I just lost a year worth of money funding the company to get falsely banned. Hello. I'm here to complain about an action taken on my account by this business. Someone mass-reported it, and the business in question, **************************, decided to forbid me from accessing it ever again.This action occurred in may 6th. I've tried contacting the business to no avail, i contacted them the same day the action was taken on my account, and they took a month to respond. The response was automated, saying that something went wrong with the request, (They said i had emailed them with the wrong email, when in fact, i haven't) and i was forced to make a new ********** these new requests i was also met with automated, trivial responses.
