Dear ************************************************* am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the suspension of my Discord account, which I believe was wrongfully disabled due to an automated system. The ban was issued without any prior warning, explanation, or opportunity to appeal.I have not received any detailed information about what triggered the suspension, nor have I been provided with a clear path to dispute the action. The only response I received was a generic message stating that the account violated *********************** Terms of Service, but no specifics were shared.I understand the importance of safety policies, but I also believe that users should be given a fair chance to explain themselves, especially when the action appears to be automatic and may involve misunderstandings or context.I respectfully request a proper, human review of my case and the reinstatement of my account. I have spent considerable time building my connections and experiences on Discord, and I believe this action was taken unfairly. I've initiated this complaint because more than 60 days have passed since I submitted a dispute to Discord through their official support channels, and I have not received a fair resolution. Any content that may have triggered the violation was originally downloaded from Discord itself, and to my knowledge, it was not ********** is likely that the ban was caused by Discord's automated PhotoDNA detection system. ********* itself has acknowledged that such systems can produce false positives, as they rely on digital fingerprints, similar to how antivirus software works. Hello I'm reaching out to BBB in a new ticket about whole discord situation.I was banned off discord for sending a shitpost video that violated Child Safety and got my account permanently suspended, I did not know the video contained clips that could have hardmed discord ToS in any way. I can't get a reaply from a human in discord support around this serious matter.They also have not provided me with any details about why my account got 2 violations even though I deleted the shitpost video myself and got suspending violation right after deleting it.I never intended to cause any harm and I'm seeking a way to lift the suspension from my account, I've been paying for discord Nitro since 2021 and my banking details are still linked to the account leaving my bank credentials at risk if something happens that is now beyong my control. I am rejecting this response because: My intentions were not to break discord ToS in any way, I did not know that a shitpost video contained a moment that could get me banned. I've spend years on discord and money on the Nitro subscribtion and avatar decoration, that shows that it was clearly a mistake from my side. I would like to use discord again.
Please re-think the decision that was applied to my account with knowlage that it was a clear mistake from my side for not viewing the video fully, I would be very thankful if my account was restored with ************ or even At Risk account status. I'm sorry that my actions triggered a serious policy violation.

I am filing this complaint in regard to a recent account suspension issued by Discord. My account was disabled/suspended without clear justification or transparent reasoning, and I believe this action was taken either in error or without proper human review.I have already submitted a support ticket through Discords ************ but it appears that only automated responses are being issued, and I have no way of confirming that a human moderator has actually reviewed the details of my case. I am rejecting this response because: I strongly believe there has been no violation of the Discord ToS made by my account and this is simply an error due Discords poor AI filter.I have not had a single human review my ticket therefore have not been given a fair chance to appeal the violation they accuse me of.
I believe its in Discords best interests to review the false suspension to my account which I have had for 9 years and had been a loyal paying customer of their service.
A single human could review my ticket and see this was applied in error.

Hello, I got my Discord account suspended for reasons unknown other than the company stating Ban Evasion which I was unaware of doing nor do I have knowledge of intending to do so, they have essentially cut off my means of communicating with friends and family despite me never having committed such an act because all I did was log into my account and then log out after which I tried to log back in and got hit with a suspended account *************** only request is that they restore my account.Business Response

7/9/2025 I was permanently suspended from Discord on my account with the username (Kittend) around 4:45 am on 07/09/2025. I was disconnected from a voice call with my friends, where I was streaming horror games and ******* true crime. I was instantly signed out, and received an email stating my account was suspended and to sign in to see my account standing. Upon further inspection to find out why I was suspended, they claim *with no actual messages, or emotes, or gifs reported* that I was suspended at random for child safety material. I don't even interact with minors as I am a streamer with a following of over ****** followers. I have been either AI flagged from false/bot spam reports, and I have a strict rule that my spaces are 18+, even my streams, because I curse a lot! I have spent over ***** USD on Discord since 2017, when my account was created. I have also participated in plenty of social giveaways and been a staple in my streaming community with my server! I would never do anything to jeapordize or break the ToS of Discord, my server even says in the rules to go to their trust and safety and read all of them before gaining access! I take my account very seriously; it is my career that's on the line here because of false reports! Please, if there is anything that can be done, I would greatly appreciate it! I don't think robots should be in charge of reviewing accounts on **********************, as things like this happen very FREQUENTLY. There's a whole ************ of it! This is borderline slander, if not already at that point. I have not received any form of proof of my suspension, I was falsely reported after a group from a public discord I was in said they were after my account. I have over ***** USD into my account and nitro giveaways, why would I do anything to jeopardize my career that's also heavily on discord?
This is completely and utterly unjustified, there is no actual reason I should have been banned compared to the people who are on discord who GENUINELY endanger children. My spaces are 18+ as I have said before, not having discord absolutely ruins my life!
This was a false report, I even had people trying to raid my streaming server! If it's that easy for you guys to ban someone who has been dedicated to your platform for so many years, and has never had a record of doing anything malicious don't you think that is a redflag?
Genuinely, I have had my account for 7+ years, and have only had one warning before, for a server that I forgot I was even in, I don't intentionally go looking for trouble or reasons to ban an account I have put so much effort and love into. I even went on reddit the day I was banned and a ton of other people got false flagged and banned too for the same reason I did, no explanation, just years of their lives gone for the same exact reason with no explanation!

I am rejecting this response because:
The server I was in was an 18+ server, regardless of anything, there should be NO KIDS in the server or interacting with adults. I have plenty of proof in recordings to show what you are allowing on your platform. My roommate even joined the server and it's still up! They still create servers to dodge the ToS constantly! I will send whatever videos I need to, but it's extremely graphic. I am not allowing this to be put onto me for other people being malicious and trying to ruin my career. I have been in contact with an attorney since I have over 10gigs of proof of what happens in this server without other members being suspended or banned by discord. This was a direct attack on my account, and is very much illegal.
I would prefer to be contacted by someone via telephone if available at this point, thank you.

My Discord account was recently permanently suspended on July 6 2025 for apparently violating the child safety policies. I dont know which ones or how it happened but I dont believe I have violated anything. I speak to a very small group of friends who Ive known for many years and were all adults. Ive sent my appeal to Discord and was told by a bot that it was reviewed and I was to remain suspended. I still have no idea what I did wrong and i feel like I need a fair trial or something because taking away my account without properly explaining why while sending me in circles with the same few messages isnt right. I still dont see the reason or the proof or anything as to why I was suspended in the first place I was issued no warnings or anything. That response is the same response that the ai gives. Like what did you review? Why is there such a lack of information and communication on Discords part considering communication is the whole point of Discord. My main account was locked for suspicious activity, so I need to change my password
but to change my password I need whats called a passkey, but I lost access to that. A alternative is a 8 digit code but I never set one, so I have no way to get back into my account as I need to reset my password, and to reset my password I need a passkey.
also I had a alternate account that was banned for ban evasion, which discord should have unbanned due to my main accounts ban being lifted
