    The business falsely terminated my account, providing no objective reason, when contacting their tech support, every email is being ignored or I am given Bot answers.This happened on July the 5th, 2025. My account on businesses platform was mass reported by unknown users of this platform, resulting in false termination. I sent 3 appeal emails, all 3 got ignored.I am looking for this business to contact me with real people and review my termination reason, reinstating my account in the process.From my point of view, the business accused me of sending illegal content, making me believe this is a targeted harassment towards me.

    While they did remove violations from my account, 5 hours later I received one of the violations back, which limited my account, I would like them to reevaluate severeness of said violation which is, in fact, a serious accusation of breaking a ToS rule about child safety, while message proof provided by them could be taken out of context, and even was taken out of context by Discord's AI moderation, I am hoping Discord can reevaluate this violation and remove it.

    I attached an image of the violation proof material, and message, that I sent, could be easily taken out of context, which is what I'm afraid of.

    I am writing to appeal the permanent ban on my alt account ********************. My alt account was banned for ban evasion/chain ban after my main account was permanently banned. However, my main account has since been reviewed and unbanned, as it was determined that the original ban was a mistake. I created my alt account at the same time as my main, not for the purpose of evading any bans, but simply to have a backup and to separate different communities/interests. I did not use my alt account to bypass any restrictions or bans, and both accounts were active prior to any enforcement action on my main *********** that my main account has been reinstated and the ban found to be in error, I kindly request that you review the ban on my alt account as well. I believe it was caught up in the automated ban process due to its association with my main account during the period of the false ban.     Hello,I'm filing this complaint because I believe that I was falsely accused and haven't done anything wrong, at least to my knowledge like many other members of the Discord platform.I was suspended on the 8th of July 2025, wrote multiple tickets to Discord without a response. After googling a bit, chances of actually getting a response are slim to none from them, which is why I resorted to write to BBB.For over 5 years I supported Discord with nitro payments and to get no response from them is just appalling, that's 600$ just gone without any remorse or pity from them.Years spent on the platform, all the communities I interacted with, just gone in a moment and I don't even know why. Was I mass reported? Did I break a rule I didnt know existed? Or was i part of a server that broke the rules.I will lose quite literally a part of my "internet life" without Discord and I will never find some people I communicated with before, so at the very least your help in reaching out to recover my friend/server list is more than enough for ***** account email is ************************** and my discord tag eirx32.Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

    I kindly request that this appeal be reviewed by a human representative and receive a human-written, non-AI or template response.
    I have been a Discord user for nearly 10 years without a single prior warning or Terms of Service violation. This recent ban came as a complete surprise without warning, and I have not been shown the specific message, server, or timestamp that triggered it. The explanation provided was vague and generic, offering no clarity. I respectfully ask for full transparency regarding what occurrednot just a category of violation, but the exact content and context of the alleged breach.

    Discord is well known for a wave of unjustified bans over questionable triggerssuch as the recent cases involving Marvel Rivals ads. With that in mind, how can any user plead their innocence or even understand their mistake if they are never shown how, when, and where a rule was actually broken? A true explanation must include the server name and a timestamp, along with the specific post or message that resulted in this enforcement action.

    My immediate concern is that my Nitro subscription be cancelled as soon as possible, since I no longer have access to my account and cannot manage billing myself. Ive seen reports from other users who continued to be charged after a ban, which I would like to avoid. I also request a refund for the current billing period, as I cannot access or use the service.

    Additionally, I am formally requesting a copy of all personal data associated with my account as is my right and as is provided for under Discords privacy policy.
    I received a bot response from *********************************** directing me to a profile portal where I could download my data packagean option which is no longer available to me due to the ban. This is yet another example of why these automated templates and bot responses are inadequate for real support issues.

    I want to emphasize that I care deeply about recovering my account. I am committed to pursuing this matter fully and, if proven to have breached the Terms of Service, to make amendsif possible. If necessary, I will engage legal counsel to assist in securing a proper review by a human representative. I was not a free user, but a paying customer with resources to escalate the case as far as it needs to go. It is not an understatement to say that Discord has been an integral part of my life for the past 10 years, having it ripped away like this is truly unjust.

    I've been a user of ********************** for 7 years. I woke up to my account suddenly banned on July 4, 2025. This is my first time ever getting a huge warning leading to a permanent suspension. I believe this action was taken in error, as I have never knowingly violated any of Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. It appears that Discord's automated moderation systems have recently been suspending a large number of users in error, and I believe my account may have been affected by this issue.Unfortunately, all my previous support tickets were responded to by what appears to be an automated system, and I have not received a meaningful explanation or review of my case by a human representative. I respectfully request that my situation be escalated to a human member of the ************** team for proper investigation. Ive seen multiple posts online from other users who are also experiencing false bans, with many reporting that their support tickets are only receiving automated responses and no clear explanation or assistance from Discord.

    Hello! Discord has not gotten back to me at all in weeks, All ive gotten are AI responses and its killing me, As i have done nothing wrong at all, I would like to be stubborn, And since this has happened to a lot of other people, They have not explained what i did also. I was falsly banned for "Child safety" As i dont hangout with kids nor am i around them? They have not given me a human, They have ignored my emails and not explained anything to me at all.     I lost access to an account, or rather an account that I spent money on that I am still logged into. I no longer have access to the 2 factor authentication. The company that I have the account with refuses to assist me with an alternate way of verifiying my indetity, but they are willing to delete my account withought me verifying my indentity. Please help! this is extermely frustrating and insulting.The account has been connected to my email for as long as I have had it. My phone broke and the backup codes they gave me no longer work. I reached out to them about this and their response basically was "You need to make a new account", "If you want we can help you delete this account". Seemingly they could not verify my identity with my email, yet they were willing to delete my account. That is not only insulting, but extremely concerning. Furthermore I told them i had proof of making payments ont he account and I asked if I could verify using that. They completely ignored that I mentioned that. I asked to be put in contact with someone who could help as clearly the basic support team was only sending the same message responses over and over, however the person they put me in contact with just said they same stuff in a more drawn out fashion. He tried to "help" me use my backup codes which i told him were not working. After I sent proof that they did not work, he again, offered to delete my account. I need some help. This account has 5 years of my data and information connected to it. Hundreds of thousands of messages, and a ton of both personal and proffesional connections. If you have any questions please reach out to me at: **************************** Dates I spent money on the site: June 29th 2023 $9.99. My issue is not about money spent though. It is about customer support and the fact that they are not willing to assist me in veriying my identity ina different way, nor connect me with someone in the comapany who can.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have alreay reached out the support team several times via email. The email I have reached out to them with is *********************** which is the email connected to the account in question. The ** of account I have attempted to recieve help for several times withought any sucess is 686683961522520072. Original user name before the removal of numbers at the end of the username was: ****#****, the username is now inkspiration. 

    Support has repeatedly ignored my request to verify through an alternative way. They have not even responded to my questions regarding verifying in a different way. They have only offered to delete my account and that so repetedly. The most recent support member has ghosted me and I assume closed the ticket as I got an email that was asking to rate my support experience earlier today.

    All tickets should be able to be found under the email adress I listed above, which has been connected to my account since its creation sometimes in 2020.

    I have attached screen shots of my account above. 

    I am sorry if I seem frustrated or am coming off as rude, it is just that this account has 5+ years of my life connected to it and the thought of loosing it is really stressful. I would just like to speak with a higher support memeber or soemone at the company who is able to properly assist me rather than offering to delete my account.
