    This complaint is filed because I was falsely suspended by Discord off of their platform.I haven't done anything wrong and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated.I tried making multiple tickets with discord support, but I haven't gotten a single reply from a real human back.These were usually automated responses , without someone actually looking at the ticket or taking any action.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Discord support is futile. They have not aided me in any of my appeals nor replied to me in well fashioned manner. Their support system only sends these automated messages through bots which serve no purpose and do not aid my case. I am extremely infuriated and do not accept the banning of my account for no reason. I would very much appreciate if BBB assisted me in regaining access to my account in which i believe discord has wronged me and prevented me of expressing my appeal rights.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The Discord corporation has been ignoring my appeals and requests for a human representative to answer my questions regarding my appeal. Discord support as shown in the pictures linked above have not aided me in any way to restore nor discuss the issue regarding my account to be solved.

    Secondly, I have been falsely reported and flagged for this so called violation when I did not mean anything offensive or harmful regarding it. I have attached an image above of the so called CP comics which I found on ******** and meant to write a reply about to inform others about it jokingly, yet I got banned for no specific reason as it was judged mistakenly. There might have been a mistake in wording however this was not my intention. 

    Finally, i would like if a human discord representative responds to my questions. Perpahs if Usagi Tsukino could respond to my discussions. I would be very thankful.

    In April 2025 my discord account utoto_uto was wrongfully reported by someone who was out to ban me with harmful intent and was banned from discord for the reason of "child safety" and i was not told why when i have not done anything to violate that rule. i made that account so i could make lots of friends in the Final Fantasy 14 community so it would mean a lot to me if i could get it back so i can go back and finally get back with all my friends and community that i miss so dearly. i have reached out several times to appeal this and have only gotten ai responses back on me trying to claim that discord has made a mistake in banning me and i would like a human to review and help me get my account back since i have not done anything to violate the rules

    I am rejecting this response because as I said before, I was in a call with my friend when we were looking at old memes from years ago and I completely forgot what they were. I then got randomly logged out of my account without warning, and when I tried to log back in, I was suspended for "child safety."
    I'm not sure why I was suspended and haven't been given any reason as to why. I didn't break any terms of service to my knowledge and would like a response and help getting my account back.

    I am rejecting this response because I have not been given a reason for why i was banned since the day was banned. In the initial ban message it sates a rule was broken but does not explain how or what broke that rule (this is proven in the pictures i attached). I was ignored in the official discord ticket support service 3 times. Now discord further evades the request for evidence in this very BBB support ticket by copy and pasting the same massage. I have not broken any rules and request factual evidence of any rules you think i may have broken.

This suspension occurred today itself. I tried to submit multiple tickets with Discord support, but I didn't receive a single response from a real person.     My account (@gigaoscar) linked to the email provided in this report has been banned for "ban evasion" falsely. The issue stems from an alternate account I lost full access to getting banned yesterday, despite multiple attempts on my end getting that account deleted. A ban, which I believe applied a ************* ban to all previous logged devices (thus, affecting my account. I believe this was done completely unfair, and would like my main account to be reinstated. I've been an upstanding member in multiple communities for almost 8 years, and would love to continue my usage of this app like I always have. I hope this issue can be quickly resolved, and thank you in advance.

    Discord is a gaming voice channel website for gamers, I got randomly logged out of all my devices like my phone, laptop and desktop and I wont be able to login because I do not have my 2fa authenticator anymore or my backup codes for my account. I have verification I do own the account with ID, banking information and multiple witness's that can verify that I own the account. ********************** isn't letting me remove the 2fa to login or at least change it and its very frustrating. I can login and receive emails and SMS verification but I cannot get past the mfa and backup codes its so frustrating. Discord says they cannot help me and the only option is to delete my account instead of asking me to verify that I own it. I have all my online friends through that account and I have no other way of contacting them if i make a new one. Proof of ownership for the account will be provided upon request.

    I am rejecting this response because: you say there are security reasons that you cannot let me remove 2fa because you do not know if I own the account or not but I am able  to provide evidence of ownership I can provide any information necessary such as email, phone number, verbal conformation and photo id bank statements for purchases connected to the account. I can tell you which servers I frequent what is typed in specific channels I just want to get my account back I do not have the backup codes or 2fa.

    This complaint is being filed because I was falsely accused of violating the "child safety" rule and suspended by Discord off of their platform. I haven't violated any rules and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account ************* account was suspended on January 21st 2025. I tried contacting Discord support, but haven't gotten a single reply from a real human. These were usually automated responses, without anyone looking into the ticket or taking any actions. A few months ago I stopped receiving even automated responses and support started to immediately close every ticket that I made, without me being able to re-open them.

    I am filing this complaint because Discord has falsely suspended my account off their platform. I haven't done anything wrong and I believe my account should be reinstated. My suspension had occurred in June 2025 (See attachment 1) and since then I have tried submitting multiple tickets to Discord only to get stonewalled and not get a single human being to respond to my support ticket. These responses were automated, and made untrue statements about the status of my account. One of these automated bots, *****, had repeatedly said my account was temporarily suspended but whenever I'd check to see if that was the case I'd get greeted with a suspension screen. (See attachment 2 and 3) Previously, my account was temporarily limited for a day though I eventually got it back. A while back, two friends of mine had also gotten their accounts suspended by **********************. I wrote for one of them on my behalf but neither friend got their account reinstated.

    Recently, I was randomly striked on your app for a 'Child Safety' violation from a Skibidi Toilet joke that I had made to one of my friends while we were making silly jokes back to back to each-other roughly a year ago (2024-07-24), the contents of this message wasn't even bad to the point where it should've received this kind of punishment. Once I had received this strike, I was honestly pretty perplexed, as I've seen way worse on this platform go without punishment. Regardless, I had requested a review for my punishment reason, waited out my one day chat restrictions, and got back to using my account. Although, despite me requesting a review for this punishment, and my punishment description stating that "One or more pieces of content you posted was removed." The day after my first strike, I was additionally given another strike for the same message that I had sent roughly a year ago? My appeal request wasn't even reviewed yet, and I had just lost my account to this message.I've tried many times to reach out through the Trust and Safety Discord support page, but every ticket I would open would just recieve an AI generated response, and would be marked as solved with no further response. I would appreciate if there could be a resolve to this, as I would be insanely upset to lose my account to a Skibidi Toilet joke by targeted mass reporting and AI moderation.

    I am rejecting this response because: This is a false ban. You are falsely banning me over a Skibidi Toilet joke that apparently falls under "Child Safety" policy violations. How does that correlate? I didn't harm anybody or violate anything. My account is quite literally being targeted right now by someone who is reporting a ton of my messages, and seeing what your flawed AI moderation will grab and punish people for. I just received another strike today that violated the Child Safety Policy. You know what that message said? It said "I couldn't evne get osmeone like that to liike me". Tell me, how does this violate the Child Safety Policy? I do not understand why you cannot reinstate me account, I quite literally had received an email earlier today telling me that one of my Skibidi Toilet joke strike violations were lifted from my account. It doesn't violate anything.

    I am requesting that this is re-reviewed by another person. My account is falsely being punished by your team. Before these strikes, my account was in good standing, I did not have a SINGLE infraction at all and you guys are going to let my account be suspended permanently because your AI moderation that barely works says so. I am insanely unsatisfied with your work here.
