    My Discord account was disabled without warning or explanation. Despite this, my credit card is still being charged for Discord Nitro, and I have no way to access my account to cancel the subscription. Ive contacted Discord Support multiple times over several weeks, but they either do not respond or say they cannot remove 2FA from the account even though the account is disabled and inaccessible to **** am being charged for a service I cannot use, with no ability to cancel it, and no meaningful help from support. Im requesting a full refund for the recent Nitro charges made after my account was disabled and a permanent cancellation of all future charges.I also request clarification on why my account was disabled in the first place and proper assistance to either reinstate it or allow me to remove my payment method and data.I would like full refund of all my money from the last 2 and a half years auto spent for it

    A while ago, my Discord account was permanently suspended for an unrelated matter due to a false report. I have important data on my Discord account, but I can't access it right now. The reason for my suspension was listed as "child abuse," but the message that led to my ban didn't mention anything related to it. Furthermore, the message is approximately three months old. I'm complaining about the unnecessary closure of my account. I've filed an appeal, but I haven't received a response yet. I request that my account be reinstated as soon as possible.

    This complaint is being filed because I was falsely suspended by Discord off of their platform.I havent done anything wrong and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated.I tried making multiple tickets with discord support, but I havent gotten a single reply from a real human back.These were usually automated responses , without someone actually looking at the ticket or taking any action

    I am rejecting this response because:

    My account was suspended unfairly by a bot for child safety that didn't violate the community guideline. I have sent a picture that shows a doll baby born to a friend to shock him, bot the saw with a child sexualization. That wasn't  and that didn't break any rules for discord. I have an account that have 8 years old and I don't do anything to get my account over. So I want somebody see the situation and allow me to get my account back. ********************** has a lot of worst content and that photo isnt one of them.

    I am filing a formal complaint against Discord **** for the wrongful and unjust banning of my Discord account, which has been active for over 9 years.On or around August 5th 2025, I was abruptly banned for allegedly being under the age of 13, with Discord claiming I am 6 years old. This is completely false and irrational, given that:My account is nearly a decade old.I have been a paying Nitro subscriber for over 6 consecutive years.I have provided Discord with valid age verification documents immediately upon request.I have submitted multiple ticket updates through their official support system with no acknowledgment or resolution.This ban has not only stripped me of access to a platform Ive loyally supported, but it has also severely disrupted my business operations, which rely heavily on Discord for communication, client access, and delivery of services. I am now incurring financial losses due to this baseless action and lack of support.Despite repeated follow-ups and full compliance with Discords verification process, I have received no response from support, no timeline, and no explanation.?Resolution Requested:Immediate reinstatement of my Discord account.A direct and documented response to my submitted support tickets and verification documents.A review and fix to Discords flawed age verification process that allows long-standing, verified users to be wrongfully banned without cause or timely recourse.?I am prepared to escalate this matter further via public platforms and legal options (including arbitration per Discords TOS) if this issue is not resolved immediately.     Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Discord Nitro Cancellation Issues Today, August 7th, I attempted to cancel my subscription to the Discord ************* and was met with persistent technical issues that made cancellation impossible.When trying to cancel, the app redirects to a section that simply never loads. Ive tested this across multiple devices, operating systems, and networks, and the result is always the same: the cancellation interface fails to appear.This is unacceptable. If a user cannot cancel a service they no longer use, it constitutes a form of fraud. I will be disputing any further charges to my ********** bringing this to your attention because this kind of obstructionist billing behavior reflects poorly on Discord and undermines user trust. I hope this issue is addressed promptly and transparently.

    Discord banned my account, they never gave me a reason why they did, I have used discord for many years and have never had a problem until now. I use discord for many reasons in my daily life that It has become vital, support has completely ignored me. Please help

    I am submitting this complaint to formally appeal the actions taken against my Discord account for the second time, as I believe they are unjust and were not properly reviewed.Despite submitting multiple support requests to Discord (including the most recent case #********), I have never been connected to a human representative. All responses have been automated, repetitive, and ultimately unhelpful. I am growing increasingly frustrated with the lack of real support.On July 30, 2025, two violations were issued against my account. I immediately submitted appeals for both, but they were automatically deniedlikely by an AI systemwith no investigation into the context of the situation. While there are older minor warnings on my account, they are unrelated to this matter and should not influence the outcome of this case.The recent violations were the result of private banter among close friends where strong language was used mutually and jokingly. Someone outside the friend group reported it, which led to these disproportionate penalties. These interactions were never intended to harm or offend anyone outside our circle.I am a paying Discord Nitro subscriber and I find it extremely disappointing that I am being ignored and dismissed despite being a loyal user who contributes financially. I expect proper service and support in return for my subscription fees.All I ask is for a real person to review my case and evaluate the full context, rather than letting automated systems issue and uphold penalties without any nuance or fairness.Thank you, BBB, for offering a platform to raise this concern. I will continue to pursue this matter through every available channel until it is resolved.

    Hi, i was falsely banned from discord because apparently i neglected their guideliness however, ive been using discord for a couple years now for only school and business purposes and spend a ton of money on the app. The report was given to me have no evidence and no information about the suspension.     Hello, I request that this ticket not be marked as duplicate, as Discord has suspended my account once again for no reason and out of nowhere, so Im filing another complaint.Recently, my account was suspended for spam, just because I sent a friend request to someone. 2 days go, the suspension was lifted, because I didnt violate the policy. And now, today, my account has been banned for spam AGAIN, but this time for accepting a singular friend request rather than sending. Again, I have not engaged in spammy or fraudulent behavior, I was not mass sending friend requests or any of the sort.
