This complaint is being filed because I was falsely suspended by Discord off of their platform.I havent done anything wrong and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated.This suspension had occurred in around July of 2025 I tried making multiple tickets with discord support, but I havent gotten a single reply from a real human back.These were usually automated responses , without someone actually looking at the ticket or taking any action.I have submitted multiple amounts of evidence that prove I'm innocent and nothing is being done about it.Business Response

i recently lost the backup codes for my account that is a paid account and the support for discord was completely unwilling to help me therefore i thought it would be best to file a complaint with the better business to let them know this is not ok.Business Response

Additionally, I feel like Discord's AI falsely banned me for "Child Safety", this is entirely wrong. I have done nothing related to Child Safety, Discord's AI Guardian flagged my report as dangerous and banned me altogether. I reported 2 messages from the Offender for Child Safety and it gave me 2 Violations, it lines up. I want a human reviewer to review this immediately and cause less Emotional Damage and Damages in general. There are no Humans reviewing my violations, Child Safety is a very serious accusation for a ban reason. My customer account was suspended permanently without any form of warning, and their customer support has not connected me with any human assistance, just bot replies that then handwave my suspension as solved.I use discord in order to connect with students I coach as well as talk with friends. I am rejecting this response because:
While they have given me a response a few days AFTER I made the request (which mind you, in other less serious matters they have answered within minutes.) that response was an automated bot response that said it was a mistake on their own and they have lifted the suspension. However, when I went to access my account I have found that the suspension has in fact not been lifted yet and after trying to contact them again they are once more ignoring me for elongated amounts of time with no view for any help. I wished to delay this reply further, but I fear the 5 days will be up before I get any form of meaningful help.

My Discord account was hacked, and the hackers actions led to my account being suspended on August 7th. I am not responsible for the violations committed. I appealed multiple times through Discords official channels, but only received automated responses and no evidence of a human review.This has caused me to lose access to important communities, contacts, and data. On July 31st, 2025, Discord **** permanently suspended my account of over 8 years for supposed ban evasion. I have spent over $300 on Discord Nitro and have made many friends on the platform. The issue is that I cannot contact any of these people outside of the Discord platform. This is hurting me emotionally and putting a lot of stress as I cannot contact any of my friends, of which I've known for multiple years. I have only one account on **********************, and the fact that I got falsely banned is putting me under a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety. Discord **** does not respond to appeals with human interaction, but seem to rely on artificial intelligence to answer these appeals. There are many people who have also gotten falsely suspended from the platform indefinitely who have only heard responses from ***** (Discord's safety team AI) and I feel as if Discord should have people look through all of the appeals manually.Business Response
