    This complaint is being filed because I was falsely suspended by Discord off of their platform.I havent done anything wrong and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated.This suspension had occurred in around august 7th I tried making multiple tickets with discord support, but I havent gotten a single reply from a real human back.These were usually automated responses , without someone actually looking at the ticket or taking any action My account was compromised by someone in *******. Instead of allowing me to change passwords i get suspended permanently.

    I am rejecting this response because: i don't have access to the other email
    In your last response, you stated that my account was disabled for evading a ban from another account and that I should appeal from the email associated with that original account.
    However, I do not own, control, or have access to any other Discord account that was banned. I have never previously been banned on Discord, and I cannot appeal from that original account because it does not belong to me.
    My account (percblade) was recently compromised and I have an official Suspicious Login Activity email from Discord showing an unauthorized login from ********, *******, ***, on Tue, Aug 5, 5:02 PM. I suspect that the person who accessed my account caused it to be mistakenly linked to a banned account.
    Since recovering my account, I have changed my password and enabled Two-Factor Authentication. I can provide the suspicious login email screenshot as evidence.
    This seems to be a false positive caused by account compromise. I am requesting a manual review by a human reviewer so my account can be reinstated.

    Hello, I am filing a complaint & asking for help with getting a human response from Discord. Theyve been failing to give any information on actions theyve taken against me regardless of many emails Ive sent out requesting a human response but instead its all bot responses. Ive spent a lot of money towards my account with their app currencys & from my understanding there AI moderation has went against their own rules. I will add that only 2 out of 5 punishments theyve taken out of me include proof & reason and even those do not go against Discord TOS.

    I am rejecting this response because: all i have been getting is bot responses from their auto moderation. i have been suspended since 8/8/25 and for the reason(s) that hasn't been mentioned to me besides 2/4 actions they put onto my account. the 2 messages that they have are took out of context.

    all of the actions that they have me for is "child self endangerment", mind you that only two of the messages got flagged that i have sent. i still haven't received any response from Discord for the remaining 2 actions that doesn't have anything attached to it.

    Discord gets several reports about users being harassed, discriminated against, child predators, child ****, and more and nothing is happening to the people on the platform. They have not taken action towards many users that have used slurs, stalked, or even discriminated against people of color, LGBT, and more.The harassing parties still have free rein on discord and no matter how many reports-these people still have access to the servers and platform. They even have been reported and banned in servers but make new accounts to end up doing their actions all over ******** is becoming concerning and unsafe that people are able to harass and use unsavory behavior and distribute materials.

    I am rejecting this response because: Those exact steps have been taken several times. I already have reported the issue a dozen times. I have reached out to Discord and they gave me the same response. Nothing has been done with the issues on their platform. The same person has continued to harass users, people are still reporting users with CP, and there are even hate based speech despite reporting and banning this person on their platform. They keep making alternative accounts and harassing people. Reporting doesnt work. I and many people in the server have reported many people already and NOTHING has been done.

    I am rejecting this response because I already have taken thay action and nothing has been done. I don't know how else to say it. I am sick and tired and seeing that automated response. I jave reported many people for harassment, slurs, and so on with no action taken on Discords part. I want more of a respisne than how to report, I know how to report. If I didnt, I would ****** it. It isnt that hard to report someone, it is the lack of response and action from Discord I am having an issue with.

    I am rejecting this response because: I was banned for action an outside hacker took things I had no control over being posted or said and I am now being denied full entry but to my understanding my discord server known as all of it has been destroyed and turned into what is keeping me banned PLEASE have it deleted and even if I need to be punished for anything please just not permanently suspended I have used discord for years I love your app i love my friends please delete whatever breaks tos on my account and never again will I click an unknown link or Interact with nsfw content you will never see me as a problem or a problem with my account I just dont want to lose my friends over a dumb mistake please hear me out Im begging

    Hello, I recently went to discord for a phone number they thought we're invalid, and it didn't work. They haven't responded since either. My phone number is use is ************, the account is under ************************* and it has frustrated me since they also ignored me.

    My Discord account, @vivahapi, was incorrectly flagged on August 7, 2025 for allegedly violating age requirements, resulting in an unjust ban. I am eligible to use Discord in my home country of *********, as well as in all other countries mentioned in their Terms of Service. Therefore, I believe this suspension should be lifted immediately.

    Im reaching out because my account was permanently suspended, and I believe this may have been a mistake. The reason stated appears to be related to a server I was invited to, but I had no knowledge that it violated Discords Terms of Service or Community ************* my understanding, it seemed like a normal community server that some of my friends were active in. I did not participate in or support any harmful behavior, and I would never intentionally violate Discords rules. I joined simply to stay connected with people I know and had no awareness of anything inappropriate or against policy taking place.I respectfully ask that my account be reviewed again, as I feel this was a misunderstanding.     I am rejecting this response because: 
    I did not break any rules. The server in question was one I joined solely because my friends invited me, as I wanted to stay connected with them. I did not participate in any conversations or activities within that server, and I had no knowledge of what the server was actually about. In fact, after joining, I did not use it at all. It feels unfair to have my account permanently disabled for simply being in a server I didnt engage with or understand, especially when I have not violated Discords Terms of Service or Community Guidelines in any way.

    Im extremely disappointed that after my previous detailed appeal, I received the exact same copy-and-paste automated message as before. This shows my case hasnt been reviewed by a human, which is unacceptable for a permanent account ban. I have already explained that I did not break any rules. I joined that server solely because my friends invited me, and I wanted to stay connected with them. I never spoke, never participated, and had no idea what the server was about. I didnt even use it after joining. Permanently disabling my account over something I had no involvement in is unfair and unreasonable. I expect my appeal to be handled by an actual person who can evaluate the facts, not by an automated system sending the same generic rejection.

    On July 17th 2025, my Discord account (@trd_threeday, email: ************************* was permanently suspended for allegedly violating Discords Child Safety policy. The ban notice contained no details, messages, or attachments indicating what specific content or behavior was in violation. I am certain I have never engaged in any activities that violate child safety policies. I submitted an appeal through Discords official process under ticket ids #********, #******** and #******** but only received automated replies that did not address my specific case or provide any evidence. I sent follow-up tickets explaining the false nature of the ban, but Discord repeatedly replied with unhelpful ***** responses and closed my tickets without proper review. This false ban has locked me out of my account, cutting me off from important communities and contacts. Discord has not provided any evidence or meaningful explanation despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly with them. I am seeking assistance from the BBB to have my account reinstated and to ensure Discord conducts a proper human review of my case, providing me with specific details and any evidence they claim to have.

    I am writing to request a full and proper review of my banned Discord account, which is linked to the email ********************* My Discord user ID is ******************. Since the ban (24/6/25), *** submitted around ten appeals. Only four received a reply, and every one of them was the same automated message.I have never been given a clear reason for my ban. My most recent appeal, #********, was completely ignored. In fact, my more recent tickets are being automatically marked as solved without any reply at all not even from a bot.I am now asking that someone from Discord support explain, in writing and with exact detail, what message, image, or action led to my account being banned. I dont want vague policy names or general statements I want a direct explanation of what rule I supposedly broke and how. If there is no such evidence, I expect my account to be reinstated.Ive also previously had Nitro on the account, with the IDs of the transactions being ******************* and ******************* about 10 AUD in total.
