    I am an administrator for a Discord community with over ******* members. My peers and I are often targeted by occasional false reports, which I believe is what happened in my case.On August 3rd, my account (@wysiz) was permanently suspended for child safety violations. The message that allegedly caused the suspension does not violate Discords Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. Despite filing multiple appeals through Discords support site, I have only received automated responses generated by AI, and in some cases, no response at all.I am a paying customer of **********************, having purchased Discord Nitro and multiple cosmetic items on my account. My account holds significant value to me both financially and socially.I am requesting that my suspension be reviewed by a real, human member of Discords ************** team. If a real person reviews my suspension, I am confident it will be found to be unwarranted and should be revoked.The media attached is the message I was suspended for, as well as examples of automated/AI generated responses/no response from Discord.

    Discord's Ai moderation falsely banned my entire account for Child Safety which H absolutely did not contribute to, I did not endanger or have any conversations with a minor regarding adult topics. Discord emailed me that I was banned yet I received no proof of any message which caused me to be banned which I think is unfair. This all happened on August 8th 2025.     On November 26, 2024, my Discord account (username Sogust, email ************************ was wrongfully banned over 26 times in the same day for fraud, even though I have never engaged in any fraudulent activity. Each ban notice was identical, citing You broke Discords Community Guidelines with fraud as the reason. This is entirely inaccurate, as I have never committed fraud on their platform.I have contacted Discords support team multiple times through their help center to dispute the bans, but I have only received automated replies with no real resolution. Despite my repeated attempts to explain the situation, no one at Discord has addressed the issue or provided any proof to support the fraud claims.Because of this, I have lost complete access to my account, which contains years of messages, contacts, and community involvement. It is extremely frustrating to be locked out without a clear explanation, especially when I have followed Discords Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.I am requesting that my account be reinstated and that Discord look into the circumstances surrounding these bans. I believe this was likely an error in their automated systems, and resolving it should be straightforward once the situation is reviewed.I am filing this complaint in hopes that the BBB can help me get my account back, as my direct attempts with Discord have gone unanswered.

    I am rejecting this response because: Discords response does not address the core issue I raised. My account was banned multiple times in one day for fraud, but I have never engaged in any fraudulent activity. I provided screenshots showing the repeated identical ban notices, yet no explanation or proof has been offered. I am simply asking for my account to be restored so I can regain access to years of messages, contacts, and community involvement. I believe this situation stems from an error in their systems, and a closer look at my account history would confirm there was no fraudulent behavior. I am hopeful that Discord can review the evidence I submitted, recognize the mistake, and reinstate my account so this matter can be resolved.

    I am rejecting this response because: it does not address the facts of my complaint and confirms my concern that no human has ever reviewed my case. From the very start, every response I have receivedboth through their help center and through this BBB processhas been an automated, generic message. My account was banned over 26 times in a single day for fraud, despite the fact that I have never engaged in any fraudulent activity. I submitted multiple screenshots showing these identical ban notices, yet Discord has not provided any proof or even attempted to explain what allegedly occurred. This repeated use of automated replies shows that my case has never been looked at by an actual person. I am asking for one simple resolution: have a real person manually review my account history, verify there was no fraud, and restore my account with full access. Years of messages, contacts, and community involvement are locked away because of what I believe to be an automated system error. A manual review would quickly resolve this matter.

    Hello,My Discord account (User ID: ******************, Username: teremyag_) was wrongfully disabled on August 8, 2025, at 03:46 due to alleged violations of the Child Safety and Minimum Age Requirement policies.I would like to clarify the following:I am above the minimum legal age to use Discord.The reports leading to my ban were made maliciously by individuals who have personal conflicts with **** have never engaged in any behavior that would violate child safety rules.I request that my account be reviewed again in detail.     My account was permanently suspended today, August 9, 2025, for an alleged violation under the Child Safety policy. I strongly believe this action is the result of a misunderstanding and a message being taken out of context.The message in question was part of a specific conversation with no harmful intent whatsoever. It was not directed towards minors, nor did it involve any inappropriate or exploitative behavior.     Dear Discord Support Team,I'm writing to appeal the termination of my account, which was permanently suspended on 08.09.2025 for an alleged child safety violation. I believe this decision was a mistake.The two messages cited as the reason for my ban are:"Evet" (Yes)"O da ok zevkli" (That's also very fun/enjoyable)These messages were sent roughly a month ago as part of a casual conversation.     On July 14th, 2025, I sent an email to ***** ********, current Chief Executive Officer of Discord, Inc. in regards to violations of US state and federal laws in addition to violations of GDPR, the **************** Act AND Discord's own developer policies. I waited two days and when I received no response, I officially filed a ticket under ID #******** on July 16th, 2025 to Discord's Developer Safety Team in compliance with their own procedures.I cannot file a *** complaint because Discord's own *** complaint portal doesn't work, could be because I'm in the **, or they intentionally made it not work. Either way, as somebody who could end up representing interests in the **, this is a direct violation of the *** and of ** directives.

    Hello, Please bare with me because this might be long. On July 8th I had been suspended under the pretense of "child safety", Which was surprising as someone who had never once receive punishment or warning in my half a decade of using Discord. Over the past few days, a good friend of mine messaged me on ******* telling me he and several other people had also been suspended and for the same reason, he later told me that a group of Neo-nazis were targeting him and the server members. Threatening to dox him and his girlfriend, and posting **** photographs in the server and even sending death threats. They have reported our accounts to have them terminated and are clearly targeting me and others. I have read over the Discord ToS regarding child safety, and I found that I had never violated the terms, No sexualization of children, grooming, or self endangerment. I have been falsely suspended in a targeted manner and I wish for my account to be reinstated. I tried making a ticket with Discord's support, but I only gotten an automated reply.
