My account was permanently suspended today, August 9, 2025, for an alleged violation under the Child Safety policy. I strongly believe this action is the result of a misunderstanding and a message being taken out of context.The message in question was part of a specific conversation with no harmful intent whatsoever. It was not directed towards minors, nor did it involve any inappropriate or exploitative behavior. Dear Discord Support Team,I'm writing to appeal the termination of my account, which was permanently suspended on 08.09.2025 for an alleged child safety violation. On July 14th, 2025, I sent an email to ***** ********, current Chief Executive Officer of Discord, Inc. in regards to violations of US state and federal laws in addition to violations of GDPR, the **************** Act AND Discord's own developer policies. I waited two days and when I received no response, I officially filed a ticket under ID #******** on July 16th, 2025 to Discord's Developer Safety Team in compliance with their own procedures.I cannot file a *** complaint because Discord's own *** complaint portal doesn't work, could be because I'm in the **, or they intentionally made it not work. Hello, Please bare with me because this might be long. On July 8th I had been suspended under the pretense of "child safety", Which was surprising as someone who had never once receive punishment or warning in my half a decade of using Discord. Over the past few days, a good friend of mine messaged me on ******* telling me he and several other people had also been suspended and for the same reason, he later told me that a group of Neo-nazis were targeting him and the server members. Threatening to dox him and his girlfriend, and posting **** photographs in the server and even sending death threats. They have reported our accounts to have them terminated and are clearly targeting me and others. I have read over the Discord ToS regarding child safety, and I found that I had never violated the terms, No sexualization of children, grooming, or self endangerment. I have been falsely suspended in a targeted manner and I wish for my account to be reinstated. I tried making a ticket with Discord's support, but I only gotten an automated reply. In your last response, you stated that my account was disabled for evading a ban from another account and that I should appeal from the email associated with that original account.
However, I do not own, control, or have access to any other Discord account that was banned. I have never previously been banned on Discord, and I cannot appeal from that original account because it does not belong to me.
My account (percblade) was recently compromised and I have an official Suspicious Login Activity email from Discord showing an unauthorized login from ********, *******, ***, on Tue, Aug 5, 5:02 PM. I suspect that the person who accessed my account caused it to be mistakenly linked to a banned account.
Since recovering my account, I have changed my password and enabled Two-Factor Authentication. I can provide the suspicious login email screenshot as evidence.
This seems to be a false positive caused by account compromise. I am requesting a manual review by a human reviewer so my account can be reinstated.

Hello, I am filing a complaint & asking for help with getting a human response from Discord. Theyve been failing to give any information on actions theyve taken against me regardless of many emails Ive sent out requesting a human response but instead its all bot responses. Ive spent a lot of money towards my account with their app currencys & from my understanding there AI moderation has went against their own rules. Discord gets several reports about users being harassed, discriminated against, child predators, child ****, and more and nothing is happening to the people on the platform. They have not taken action towards many users that have used slurs, stalked, or even discriminated against people of color, LGBT, and more.The harassing parties still have free rein on discord and no matter how many reports-these people still have access to the servers and platform. I am rejecting this response because: Those exact steps have been taken several times. I already have reported the issue a dozen times. I have reached out to Discord and they gave me the same response. Nothing has been done with the issues on their platform. The same person has continued to harass users, people are still reporting users with CP, and there are even hate based speech despite reporting and banning this person on their platform. They keep making alternative accounts and harassing people. Reporting doesnt work. I and many people in the server have reported many people already and NOTHING has been done.
