    On May 30, 2025, I paid 42 SAR (around $11 USD) for a one-month Discord Nitro membership, which was supposed to last until June 29, 2025.On August 8, 2025, Discord permanently banned my account for violating the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. They have not given me any specific reason or evidence for this ban. Because my account is disabled, I cannot log in to see what the alleged violation is about.The email notifying me of the ban stated that my recent activity broke Discords rules and that I could learn more about the violation by viewing my account standing something I cannot do due to the ban. It also mentioned that violations may be reported to law enforcement. This statement was extremely distressing and intimidating, especially given that I have no idea what I supposedly did wrong and no history of malicious *********** first appeal was replied to by what appeared to be an automated AI response (*****), which gave no real explanation or case review. This made me feel like my situation was not taken seriously. I continued to appeal, and while later responses were from the ************** team, they still only repeated that the ban would remain in place without explaining why.I have told them that this may have been caused by a false report, a hacking incident I experienced in the past, or an error by their automated moderation system. None of these points have been addressed, and no evidence has been shared with **** paid for a service and was not able to fully use it, and I believe it is unfair to ban someone without giving them a clear explanation or chance to defend themselves.I am requesting that my account be reinstated so I can use the service I paid for, or, if they refuse, that I receive a refund for the time I lost due to this unexplained ban.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I am writing to formally reject Discords recent response regarding the removal of my account. I believe the decision was made without sufficient investigation or evidence, and I strongly request that my account be reinstated.

     

    The initial appeal I submitted received what appeared to be an automated AI-generated reply, which repeated the same vague explanation without addressing the specifics of my case. This not only feels dismissive but also suggests that my situation was not taken seriously. In addition, their email mentioned potentially reporting to law enforcement, which was alarming and stressful, especially when no concrete evidence of wrongdoing has been provided to me.

     

    I have experienced a hacking incident on my account in the past, after which I immediately changed my password to secure it. If any violations did occur, I strongly believe they may have been the result of unauthorized access from that prior incident, not my actions. To punish me for something I did not do, without presenting proof, is deeply unfair.

     

    This is not an isolated incidentmany Discord users have reported being banned without clear reasons or for reasons that seem minor or unreasonable. This pattern makes it even more important for Discord to be transparent and to provide actual evidence before permanently removing accounts.

     

    I am not asking for muchonly for a fair review based on facts, transparency regarding what supposedly occurred, and the restoration of my account if no clear evidence against me is found. I reject Discords brief and repetitive response as inadequate, and I believe I deserve a proper explanation before any permanent action is taken.

    Hi, I'm writing this complaint solely for the basis for someone to look at my discord tickets as my discord account got falsely banned in the crossfire of financial scams. I accidentally sent public crypto addresses in which I thought the admin needed for the job I was promised. I didnt know that the "job" I was getting involved in was a scam at the time. Now, my discord account is banned and it has a lot of sensitive information as well as information that could help me ban the perpetrator. I also have a lot of memories on that account with different people, as well as I have spent a lot of money of nitro over the past 3 years. (10 dollars a month for reference) Below images are what the scammed look like as well as my account being permanently terminated, I just want my account back even if its a parole period.     Hello, I'm writing this complaint because on August 8, 2025 at 7:41AM (+8GMT), my Discord account was permanently disabled for spam and/or platform abuse. The email listed possible reasons such as sending a large number of direct messages, participating in spam servers, using automation/self-bots, acting faster than humanly possible, or attempting fraudulent activity.I believe this action was taken in error. At the time of the ban, I was asleep. My last activity was at 1:51AM, when I asked friends in a group chat if they had purchased items for the 8.8 sales. I have never spammed, automated, or engaged in fraudulent activity.The only prior incident was on July 28, 2025, when this new account (created to migrate from my old one for safety) was briefly flagged for potential spam because I was adding friends quickly. That was resolved through verification, and received a warning to slow down to which I have followed ever since.The only unusual factor I can think of is that my old Discord account still has an active Nitro subscription under the same email I now use for this account. The subscription is canceled but remains active until its expiration, and I have not purchased Nitro on my new account to avoid conflicts. The old account is scheduled for deletion because I fully intend on using my new account for work but it got disabled instead.This ban has caused significant disruption, as I use Discord for both personal and professional purposes. I am a team leader in my company, and Discord is our primary communication platform across different regions.I submitted an appeal on August 8, 2025 at 1:58PM (+8GMT) (Ticket ID: #********* but have not yet received any automated or human response. I respectfully request a review of my case and clear information on the specific violation so I can address it.

    Hello, I am coming to you about an issue regarding the status of my Discord account.Numerous people complain about Discord on a regular basis, and I feel that they aren't resolving issues in a professional manner at all. My account was disabled, and I had received a message (a file will be uploaded along with this) and all I had done was just trade with another individual on a game, who I had met through an official community server made for the same game, on Discord. Discord is a service that prioritizes gaming, and getting involved with people from official servers made for games is a common practice.Once I had received the message, I suddenly needed to reset my password to log in again.But when I tried this, they required me to put in two-factor authentication that uses an app authentication which I don't have the backup code for anymore, ever since I had migrated to a new PC / Phone, which I already had registered, and I was receiving SMS just fine in the past which is how my account was verified to begin with.But whenever I click verify with my phone number, I get this (file attached), but I never received any SMS for any code at all, and it has been like that for hours.I tried contacting Discord support multiple times, but all of them have either told me that I need to delete my account in the end or find the backup code, which they aren't providing me with anymore.Their agents haven't been helpful, and this is truly a frustrating situation, especially since I filled out a support ticket. Their lack of help on my part is upsetting, since the trading request that I did with another individual was strictly in-game; it wasn't a real money transaction or use of illegal trade on Discord directly. My account being wrongfully locked in such a way without any real resolution is upsetting to me and I hope to get some feedback ******* the files, I have provided multiple screenshots of my exchange with Discord support being unhelpful towards my case.

    I am an administrator for a Discord community with over ******* members. My peers and I are often targeted by occasional false reports, which I believe is what happened in my case.On August 3rd, my account (@wysiz) was permanently suspended for child safety violations. The message that allegedly caused the suspension does not violate Discords Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. Despite filing multiple appeals through Discords support site, I have only received automated responses generated by AI, and in some cases, no response at all.I am a paying customer of **********************, having purchased Discord Nitro and multiple cosmetic items on my account. My account holds significant value to me both financially and socially.I am requesting that my suspension be reviewed by a real, human member of Discords ************** team. If a real person reviews my suspension, I am confident it will be found to be unwarranted and should be revoked.The media attached is the message I was suspended for, as well as examples of automated/AI generated responses/no response from Discord.

    On November 26, 2024, my Discord account (username Sogust, email ************************ was wrongfully banned over 26 times in the same day for fraud, even though I have never engaged in any fraudulent activity. Each ban notice was identical, citing You broke Discords Community Guidelines with fraud as the reason. This is entirely inaccurate, as I have never committed fraud on their platform.I have contacted Discords support team multiple times through their help center to dispute the bans, but I have only received automated replies with no real resolution. Despite my repeated attempts to explain the situation, no one at Discord has addressed the issue or provided any proof to support the fraud claims.Because of this, I have lost complete access to my account, which contains years of messages, contacts, and community involvement. It is extremely frustrating to be locked out without a clear explanation, especially when I have followed Discords Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.I am requesting that my account be reinstated and that Discord look into the circumstances surrounding these bans. My account was banned multiple times in one day for fraud, but I have never engaged in any fraudulent activity. I provided screenshots showing the repeated identical ban notices, yet no explanation or proof has been offered.     I am rejecting this response because: it does not address the facts of my complaint and confirms my concern that no human has ever reviewed my case. From the very start, every response I have receivedboth through their help center and through this BBB processhas been an automated, generic message. My account was banned over 26 times in a single day for fraud, despite the fact that I have never engaged in any fraudulent activity. I submitted multiple screenshots showing these identical ban notices, yet Discord has not provided any proof or even attempted to explain what allegedly occurred. This repeated use of automated replies shows that my case has never been looked at by an actual person. I am asking for one simple resolution: have a real person manually review my account history, verify there was no fraud, and restore my account with full access. Years of messages, contacts, and community involvement are locked away because of what I believe to be an automated system error. A manual review would quickly resolve this matter.
