    Discord's Ai moderation falsely banned my entire account for Child Safety which I absolutely did not contribute to, I did not endanger or have any conversations with a minor regarding adult topics. Discord emailed me that I was banned yet I received no proof of any message which caused me to be banned which I think is unfair. This all happened on August 9th, 2025. My discord account is geek.mutant2 My email is *************************** My ticket id where I got denied is ******** I have evidence of the only time my account was used prior to the banning in which I do not have any recollection or ever have participated in any such acts I have also tried explaining to the discord support team my account may have been hacked and someone may have used my account to do something. Even though Ive explained this to them they simply didnt bother reviewing my email message explaining the situation.

    I am rejecting this response because:they have not shown proof of my violation but also I have never ever participated in any acts that violate their community terms of service I am also a nitro boost subscriber in which they are still charging me for, I find it unfair they didnt even read my explanation I believe I was hacked or reported but I have never been involved in anything that violates the apps policys. The image I sent was proof of the last activity I was doing on my account before being banned I was simply playing video games while on voice chat and never once engaged in anything that violates the apps policys.

    I am rejecting this response because:they said in a couple of days I will have access to my account but still havent lifted the ban which is ridiculous I also demand to speak to a human operator and not a bot because its very frustrating that they dont give me a chance to explain my situation. Its still unfair that they banned be and not have shown ANY evidence of why I was banned. I am also a nitro booster subscriber and theyre still charging me while banning me that is unacceptable I want my account to be reinstated.

    This complaint is being filed because I was falsely suspended by Discord off of their platform.I havent done anything wrong and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated.This suspension had occurred August 10th 2025 I tried making multiple tickets with discord support, but I havent gotten a single reply from a real human back.These were usually automated responses , without someone actually looking at the ticket or taking any action

    I would like to verify my Discord account with my phone number so I can interact on high profile beta testing and coaching servers, however whenever I try that I get the same message that my phone number is connected to a different account. I've tried to login into that account but every time I do it tells me the account is disabled, when I have never made an account with my phone number. However, I have been victim of security breaches before so I figure that my phone number was probably made for some type of bot account and was disabled for that. All I ask is to simply have that phone number back, but every time I've sent a request either I wasn't responded to or told a "verification specialist" will look at it (which I've had no result/follow up since then).If it is a difficult/impossible process then I would like to be made aware of that, but if not I don't understand why this problem had drawn out to half a year. And before it is said, I know that I have a request that is currently open, but that request has been open for over a week now with 0 response, which the last couple times that has happened the request will spontaneously close without any response.

    My account "storm" was banned for impersonation without prior notice or warnings. I have used this account since October of 2015 and have been a consistent subscriber to Discord Nitro since 2021 totaling around 500 dollars spent. I have never tried to impersonate or pretend to be anyone but myself. I am willing to share any and all information needed in order to prove that the account is mine and that I have never tried to defraud or trick anyone using my name.

    Hello,Im filing a complaint because I believe I was falsely suspended by Discord for child ********* my knowledge, this happened in April of this year.I have sent multiple tickets to Discord support but have been met with bot replies or not taking a deeper look into the matter.I did not violate any rules and kindly ask a real person to review my account and reinstate it.Thank you.

    Two months ago, I got suspended from Discord for child safety violations, which then turned into a permanent suspension, even though I was thirteen years old at the time of the action. I am now fourteen.Two months ago I reported a sixteen year old boy for asking me for pictures of my *******, or nudes. I then got suspended, and since then, Ive submitted about five tickets trying to figure out what I did wrong (since Discord didnt specify what the suspension was for), or what I could do to lift the suspension. Not once did I get a human response to my emails. It was always the ***** or *****. I believe I deserve to know what I did to get my account suspended and I also believe I deserve to be unsuspended.

I haven't done anything wrong and believe my account should be reinstated. The suspension occurred around August 2025. I submitted multiple tickets to Discord support but received only automated replies, without any human review or ********* an ** resident, I invoke my rights under the **** and the ** AI Act.**** Articles Invoked:Art. 15 - Right of Access: I request a copy of all personal data processed in this case, specifically relating to the ban. The only info I received was a vague reference to a violation. Based on public documentation, the ban appears to have been triggered by a satirical image from *********** Show, widely available online and clearly fictional. It was shared in an ****-marked channel as part of meme-sharing, not with harmful **********. 22 - Automated Decision-Making: The ban seems to have been issued automatically, without human review or appeal. Other users were banned simultaneously, suggesting a systemic AI moderation ***********. 16 & 17 - Rectification and Erasure: I request correction of any inaccurate data, especially the classification of the image as illegal. I deleted it immediately after the warning and didn't reupload ***** Act Compliance: Under the ** AI Act, systems affecting access to digital services are high-risk and must be transparent and appealable. Discord is obligated to comply, regardless of its headquarters.I formally request:A copy of all personal data processed in this case A detailed explanation of the ban A human review and appeal opportunity Rectification of inaccurate data This account represents years of friendships, creative work, and community involvement.     Dear Discord Team,

    I respectfully request a review of the decision regarding my account, which was suspended for an alleged policy violation. The responses so far have not provided a specific justification - the statement "TOS/Guidelines violation" does not meet the transparency requirements set forth by the **************** Act (***) and the ***** A lack of specific reasoning may constitute non-compliance with these regulations.

    I am asking for:

    - A clear indication of which rules were violated and how;
    - Information on whether the decision was made by a human or an automated system;
    - Confirmation that the case has been reviewed by a human;
    - Access to my account data and incident records, in accordance with my right to access personal data under Article 15 of the ***** This includes not only information related to this specific case, but also a complete copy of all personal data associated with my account.

    In addition to the above, I would like to ask whether there is any possibility of reinstating my account (even if the account is reinstated under moderated conditions or with disciplinary measures), provided that the decision was based on an error or insufficient review. I understand that your previous response stated the account will not be reinstated, but given the lack of specific justification and the potential procedural shortcomings, I believe this matter deserves further consideration.
