I am rejecting this response because:I find it unfair to be banned, all my efforts for over 5 years has been wiped (years of nitro wasted, near 480 bucks) just like that. I did not even try to do anything harmful to anyone I just tried to expose someone on the app but I get rewarded with a ban for trying to protect the app, preventing people from being near a bad person who shows bad and gross content in their camera (person was also underage). I would not waste all this just to earn a complete reset of my efforts.
As I am aware, yes it is bannable but to be fair, I needed proof to reinforce my claim or no one would believe in my accusation and I did not want to be called a liar.
(I would have prefered to be Very Limited/At Risk and not Suspended as I didn't know i would still be banned for exposing someone, i would have preferred a warning instead of an instant permban.)
In the video I sent (that i got banned for),I have explained the context, then put a warning that if the user watching this can just click off the video, not wanting to watch the content. The content shown wasn't used for bad, I am just trying to make discord understand that I didn't do this with bad intentions I just tried to expose someone to people so they know what he did and hopefully they don't have to live what i saw.

I am rejecting this response because, I shouldn't be charged as guilty, I can provide more information. I have sent this video in a group chat for spreading information about a user who did disgusting acts in a call on the camera. I wasn't the original creator of the video, we were multiple witnesses in the call and one of the person here recorded what he did and edited into an expose video and told people to spread the word, I went ahead and sent the video attempting to get the person viewed for what he did, but I was unaware the video had the actual content inside (I thought it was blurred or something, I didn't check the video myself until AFTER the suspension, i played like 5 seconds of it then stopped and saw the context i did not check more), I thought it only explained what he did and did not show child safety content, I did not violate child safety on purpose (precisely i did not even know), I have been asked by a friend to spread the word so I went ahead I did it quickly without playing much of the video because I had stuff to do and just did this favor for him. Please hear me that I was unaware that the editor actually included child safety content, I only viewed the vid for a short time then focused on my work. But after a few hours when I got suspended I reviewed the video and this time I watched it fully and I have discovered that there was actually the child safety content with no blur or no anything and I understood now but I didn't even know it was included.. Instead of forwarding it, i downloaded the video then later deleted it from my files after discovering it had that content. I am sorry for posting this, I need to be more careful of what I send nowadays I barely check videos on discord, I get quickly bored or just need to focus more on other things than watching it fully and wasting my time.

On 13th August, my Discord account was suddenly disabled without warning or clear explanation. I have an active Discord Nitro subscription costing ***** per month, with my most recent payment on 21st July. Discord committed to provide access to its platform in accordance with its terms of service, and I have complied with those rules to the best of my knowledge.Since the account was disabled, I have lost access to my messages, servers, and contacts. I submitted support requests to Discord on 13th August, but received only automated or vague responses that did not clarify the reason for the action. My Discord account has been falsely disabled for being underage because I said "12 soon 13", which was not referring to my age. If they had read the chat logs, they would have immediately understood that. I sent one appeal which got an automated response. Also, they didn't provide me with the information of how quickly they will review my case. My activity in Discord is related to Human Rights activism and I can't communicate with my team right now. Time is very important to me, that's why I would like this problem to be solved as quickly as possible. My account is disabled even though it says "limited", I can't use "forgot password" because it prompts "your account is disabled". Previous support said I am limited and need to wait for 7/28/2025 but it is 8/13/2025 and I still cannot use "forgot password". I am not sure if I am permanently disabled or still limited, or if it us just bugged overall.
