    This complaint is being filed because I was falsely suspended by Discord off of their platform.I have not done anything wrong and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated. This suspension occurred on June 26 of 2025. I tried making multiple tickets with discord support ticket system but mostly the replies are from automated bots and they are not taking proper action in helping me reinstate my account.

    This complaint is being filed because I was falsely suspended by Discord off of their platform.I havent done anything wrong and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated.The suspension in question was due to a message taken out of context of me moderating a discord server and no harm was meant to any individual whatsoever.This suspension had occurred in around March of 2025 I tried making multiple tickets with discord support, but I havent gotten a single reply from a real human back.These were usually automated responses , without someone actually looking at the ticket or taking any action

    I am filing a complaint regarding Discords handling of my account's (@ realhauntedmound) suspension. My account was suddenly banned without explanation. The email alerting me that I was banned did not give me a reason as to why I was. I sent an initial appeal asking to be shown the messages that got my account suspended but was met with an automated message. When I sent a reply asking for a human to review my appeal I was met with another message that had no indication of human review. I then sent a second appeal asking for the messages that got my account suspended and what the account standing is but as of August 9th, I have not gotten a reply. Without knowing the context of what took my accounts standing from zero strikes to immediate suspension, I am unable to properly dispute the suspension. Discords appeals process appears opaque and automated, even for a serious allegation that can permanently affect a users account. I am requesting that my appeal be reviewed by a human moderator.

    Five days ago, I sent a copy-pasted image from ****** Images of a micropenis as a joke to two friends (all over 20, Australian citizens) in a private chat. Shortly after, I received a child safety warning and deleted the image. I requested a review immediately. Two hours later, I was permanently suspended.The image was not child pornographyits publicly available as the first result when searching micropenis on ****** Images. I do not and will never condone the possession, solicitation, or sharing of child sexual content. I have younger relatives I deeply care for and would never engage in predatory behaviour.After my suspension, I mistakenly created a new account based on a misunderstanding from an old Discord article, which led to a ban for evasion. I take full responsibility for that second mistake, but I have not made further accounts **************************** has been part of my daily life since 2017 for chatting with friends, gaming, and file sharing between my devices. This ban has significantly impacted me. I respectfully request that you review my case, as the content I sent was not illegal and my intent was never harmful.The suspended account email: ************************* Ban evasion account email: ******************* Thank you for your time and understanding.I have submitted 5 total appeal requests counting the tracking number posted below and the previous four have been 'Solved' on the discord support requests tab without any explanation or reasoning in my emails or on the Requests page, which leads me to believe that the organisation is simply just using a bot to read over appeals and leaving people like me unfairly banned. Please tell this company that I am willing to send identification and whatever else that they may need for my unfair suspension to be removed. Below are the images of the suspensions and also the exact content of the chat messages where the 'micropenis' image that got me suspended was contained. Discord allows **** content.

    I have outlined every single factor as to why I should not be permanently suspended. I did not share child ***********, I simply sent an nsfw image  found on the front page of ****** images which is NOT child ***********, as a form of banter to my friends. If I am being suspended for sharing non cp, nsfw imagery why don't you ban every other person on the app. Also I commented on the discord requests inquriry and I got a response from ***** saying my account has been "TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED" What is going on with that? I try to log in but I it says I am permanently suspended but then the bot response is saying I am temporarily suspended? I am graciously requesting a HUMAN review my request. If you want me to send that exact image again for reference then I will oblige because it is NOT cp and was found on the front page of ****** images when you search the term 'micropenis'. I have said that this app has been a part of my life for the past 7-8 years so can you please come to an actually fair resolution for a spur of the moment accident.

    I am writing to complain about my discord account being deactivated unjustly five days ago. My account was suddenly deactivated with the only notice being an E-Mail, telling me to log into my account to check my account standing and which message of mine violated which ***. This I couldn't do, because the account isn't restricted but deactivated and so, login is impossible. I believe that I have not violated the *** and only had one former account violation which I succesfully appealed back then. I made a ticket on the Discord website and the response I received was an automated one that told me that my account was temporarily restricted due to suspicious activity and I should log in to remove unknown devices. But this is neither the measure that discord has taken, nor a possible course of action, seeing as I can't log into the account. The automated message is attached and, as said before, I'd like my account reinstated, as I believe the deactivation to be unjust and unjustified

    Hello,

    I am begging you to please reconsider my account suspension. I am honestly terrified and heartbroken about losing access, as Discord is an essential part of my daily life, both professionally and socially. I rely on it every single day, all day, and being locked out has caused me extreme stress and disruption.

    I want to be completely honest: the content that triggered this was a meme involving a child. I now understand how it could be seen as problematic, but it is a widely known meme, and at no point is the childs face visible, nor are any explicit parts shown. I never intended to break any rules or harm anyone in any way. I am completely confused and desperate to understand what I did wrong.

    I beg you to please explain exactly what part of my activity was considered a violation. I have always tried to follow Discords rules and have never been involved in anything remotely inappropriate. I am willing to provide absolutely anything you needscreenshots, explanations, or anything at allto prove my intentions were never malicious.

    Please, I am pleading with you from the bottom of my heart: my account is vital to me, and losing it is ruining both my work and personal life. I promise to fully comply with all rules moving forward. I am desperate for your understanding and compassion.

    I want to leave on record that the response I received from Discord is exactly the same as the ones I had already been sent before, without addressing any of the points I raised in my complaint. This shows that they limit themselves to sending generic, automated replies, without caring about the customers specific situation or offering a real explanation.
    I have tried to resolve this issue through their official support channels, but my appeals were closed without any explanation. I never received specific details about the alleged violation, nor was I given the chance to properly defend myself.
    I have been a Discord user for a long time and have always respected their Terms of Service. My account is very important to me, and I expected at least a minimum of empathy, transparency, and common sense from the company.
    I ask Discord that, at least in this public instance, they demonstrate that they truly care about the experience and trust of their long-term customers, and that they review my case seriously instead of continuing to respond with generic messages

    What happened was that my account was suspended due to a message taken completely out of context in which it was never portrayed that I was spreading, downloading or having any relation to certain explicit and illegal content, many users have gone through the same thing, messages taken out of context that never referred to anything that was truly punishable, I say that they should review my case better, determine if I incurred in an offense and if I did not, lift the unfair sanction because it was an unfair action, you can review the complete conversation and along with the message for which I was sanctioned and give the criteria of whether I incurred in an offense, I clarify that the context of the message in which I allegedly committed the offense was only me mentioning said content

    My account got limited for ever without reason. Account where i spended alot of money on decorations and ********** is a issue, Discord AI flagging system is terrible. This is second time they are flagging my videos and pictures for Child Safety. Those videos and pictures are of me, they are pornographic, but they are posted in Server for 18+ accounts in a channel where only ID verf people can post. Im adult, i do look youthfull, and that is prbbly issue for Discord flagging bot. So my account that i spend money in got banned becouse i posted **** video of myself in server for adults only. I hope this get resolved soon, theire stuff is terrible they dont listen nor they care.

    I am rejecting this response because: I know reason for my ban, and reason was video of me. Im adult, i can ID verf with ********************** easy if i must. This is just insane. And from i read, im not alone, becouse many people got banned without any reason on 13.8.2025. I would also state that this is really homophobic behavior from Discord, im not allowed to have feminine body? So me as a gay femboy, should not post anything on that app, becouse im not manly enough by Discord standard? If anyone would look at that video they would realize that is not a child on video, it is adult, me, and i have "twink (youthfull hairless man)" type of body, so i do look younger, but not young as a teen.

    DISCORD as a whole should be investigated. Implement of Child Safety rule on that app this year is suspicious, if majority of people are geting ban becouse of that rule without doing anything wrong, then the real predators, and theire are many of that app (even after reporting them, Discord did nothing) can just say "I was also banned becouse bad Discord AI flagging". They enforcing rules in a way that is making predators have uperhand over TOS and Discord staff. 

    I dont want to type to much. I was banned for no reason, and everyone can see that !

    This complaint is being filed because I was falsely suspended by Discord from their platform.I have been a Discord user for over seven years and have never engaged in any behavior that would warrant a suspension. The suspension, which occurred on 11 August 2025 for alleged ban evading, is completely unfounded. I have never attempted to evade a ban, and I have no history of violating Discords rules.The only alternate accounts I have ever had were two that I lost years ago after unknowingly clicking scam links, before I understood such risks. I also once used a VPN, but I am unsure if that could have triggered any automated action. Regardless, I have never engaged in any harmful or rule-breaking activity.I previously operated a server with over ***** members, and I do not want to lose access to the community I have built over the years. When I tried contacting Discord support, I was instructed to reach out from the account that allegedly violated the rules an account I do not have access to and have no information about. Since then, my tickets have been repeatedly closed without proper review.Given my clean record and long-standing positive presence on Discord, I respectfully request that my suspension be reviewed, lifted, and my account reinstated.
